  • 다른 부품 업체와 마찬가지로 이 분야에 있어서 국내 기업은 아직 시작 단계에 있으면서도 다른 선진사의 높은 기술 상태의 부품을 만들지 않으면 경쟁이 되지 않기 때문에 어려움이 많다. 또 압전 세라믹스 주파수 소자의 설계와 제작에 경험 있는 전문가도 별로 없기 때문에 시스템 업계가 요구하는 경향에 맞춰 부가가치가 높은 신 제품을 내놓기도 아직 힘든 상태이다. 통신기기와 전자기기에 있어서 이 부품의 중요성을 고려한다면 본 궤도에 도달할 때까지 외부의 지원이 필요하리라 생각된다. 아울러 전기와 재료 두 분야에 걸쳐 있는 본 압전 세라믹스 주파수 소자의 특성을 감안한다면 전기공학 전문가와 재료공학 전문가의 협력이 양산과 설계 과정에서 부딪치는 문제의 해결의 지름길이 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 한국인터넷진흥원 종합분석팀은 사이버 위협 인텔리전스(CTI)를 통해 주요 침해사고를 추적하여 분석하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 마련, 공유하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 구체적으로는 외부 협력채널 혹은 기존 사고에서 사용된 악성도구의 흔적을 기반으로 악성 인프라를 탐지하고, 이에 대한 공격자의 전략을 상세히 분석, 정리한 보고서를 발간하여 기업의 보안 수준을 제고하려 노력하고 있다. 본고에서는 사이버 위협 인텔리전스 측면에서 변화한 종합분석의 관점 및 역할을 소개하고, 고도화되어가는 침해사고를 대응하기 위한 향후 전략을 제안한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the status of FTA origin verification for exported goods in Korea and analyze the cases of major origin verification to seek origin management strategies that enables exporters to actively satisfy origin verification requirements. The case analysis demonstrates that it is important to meet not only the substantive, but also formal and procedural requirements of origin verification. We identified origin management strategies including: develop internal origin management experts and origin management system, utilize external expertise and related support institutions, strengthen networking with supplier companies, consider origin management at the contract stage and continue origin management after export.

Innovation System of a Theme Park: A Case Study of Everland in Yongin, Korea (테마파크 에버랜드의 혁신시스템)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the innovation system of a theme park, and to suggest the development strategies of a theme park through looking at Everland in Yongin, Korea. Everland had relatively the strong networks with in-house, customers, and suppliers, while it had the weak networks with competitors and universities. The innovation information network is constructed among in-house innovation actors; while, the level of interactive learning is low. So the innovation barriers exist; namely, the insufficiency of information exchange, the lack of roles of intermediate organizations, and the gap of R&D and practices. The cooperation and trust should be accumulated to overcome the barriers of innovations. Therefore, Everland should strengthen the networks with in-house innovation actors, and diffuse the cooperation and trust outwards. To maximize the synergies, Everland should construct the networks of innovation actors in a region (Regional Innovation System). To construct Regional Innovation System, first, Everland should construct the close and horizontal cooperation relationship with related firms, and intensify the innovation capacity through learning by interacting. Second, Everland should diffuse the principle of win-win through cooperation and competition.

  • In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.8% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. and SMEs were driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as innovation, job creation, industrial diversity, balanced regional development. Despite their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D capabilities and equipments as well as funding capacity. Government-Supported Research Institute(GRI) can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledges and help them build technological capacities. so, In order to effectively support SMEs, government and GRI must be a priority to know about the factors influencing the performance related to technology transfer and technological collaborations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Innovative competences and CEO's entrepreneurship on Organizational performance in ICT small and medium enterprises, including the moderating effect of Social capital. This study adopted research variables such as Innovative competence, CEO's entrepreneurship as independent variables, with Organizational performance as a dependent variable, including the moderating variable of Social capital. 1,200 companies data which in the field of ICT SMEs were collected from the survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows, First, CEO's entrepreneurship was confirmed to have a significant effect on organizational performance, and social capital variables were confirmed to have a moderating effect between entrepreneurship and organizational performance. Second, it was found that the company's Innovative competence was significantly affected the organizational performance. and also that social capital variables moderating effects. From these findings, it was confirmed that the Innovatibe competence plays an important role in influencing corporate performance.

The Process of Open Innovation Launching at LG Chem and the Limit of OI Application to Korean Firms (LG화학의 개방형 혁신 도입과정과 우리나라 기업에의 적용에 관한 고찰)

  • Concept of Open Innovation (OI) has recently prevailed in academia and industry as a model for increase in R&D productivity. This concept which in turn leads to an improvement in R&D investment efficiency has therefore drawn many firms to adopt this new model. And this has been the same for Korean firms since the extensive introduction of the OI concept in the early 2009. Yet, the problem with this is that the Korean firms do not know much about this concept in practice: what causes OI to occur, what the intended purpose of its introduction is, what proper procedures to take for a successful introduction, and so on. Based on LG Chem’s Open Innovation movement case which ignited in the late 2006, this paper answers the questions previously raised. The successful introduction was made possible by taking a proper procedure of change management along with a strong support from its senior management. This paper also identifies how the OI movement, which was a way to introduce new technology from the outside, has acted as a catalyst in forming a cooperative R&D atmosphere in LG Chem, and how the role of OI has transformed into a strategic tool for organization change.

An Analysis of Employment Effects of Non-Technological Innovations: Manufacturing vs. Service Firms (비기술적 혁신의 고용 효과 분석 : 제조업과 서비스업 비교)

  • This study empirically analyzes the effects of non-technical innovation activities on employment growth. The study estimates the effects of organizational innovation and marketing innovation on employment growth using the data on manufacturing and service firms from the 2016 Korea Innovation Survey. The estimation results suggest that the detailed types of organizational innovation and marketing innovation have different effects on employment growth. In the case of organizational innovation, changes in business practices and changes in workplace organization do not have any significant impact on employment growth in both manufacturing and service firms. On the other hand, new external relationships have a positive employment effect in the manufacturing firms. Marketing innovations such as new methods in product placement and product promotion also have an effect of increasing employment in the manufacturing sector. However, the study finds that marketing innovation does not have any positive employment effect in the service firms.

A Study of Internet Discussion on Inter-regional co-prosperity : Focusing on Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regions (지역간 상생 협력에 관한 인터넷 담론: 대구-경북을 중심으로)

  • This study examined Internet discourse on inter-regional co-prosperity. In particular, the study is interested in the co-prosperity between the Daegu-Gyeongbuk regions. The Internet discourse was searched through a set of four keywords: co-prosperity, economy, business attraction, and cultural tourism. The study also conducted sentiment analysis of YouTube comments to determine how the Internet responds to co-prosperity topics. The findings of the analysis are as follows. First, Internet discourse related to co-prosperity has evolved from abstract concepts to concrete cooperative measures and policy contents. Second, the discussion of co-prosperity has moved from outside help or support to self-sustaining innate motivation. Finally, YouTube sentiment analysis showed that if co-prosperity efforts between regions are promoted through concrete policy contents, it becomes easier to gain positive responses from citizens and lead a positive policy drive. In this regard, a study on Internet discourse is a useful means to detect citizens' response to inter-regional co-prosperity.

  • The scope of e-Commerce process becomes wider as the emphasis on the enterprise collaboration grows. It has expanded from its initial settings of order management or billing processes to cover various collaborative processes in the company's value-chain. In order for those collaborative e-Commerce processes to be successful, corresponding business processes should be fully supported by standard bodies. The RosettaNet consortium, one of the most representative international B2B standard bodies, has steadily provided new PIPs to support those expansions. Since individual RosettaNet PIPs correspond to unit tasks that are executed separately in or between companies, multiple PIPs have to be integrally used to properly handle larger business cases. RosettaNet implementation, however, has suffered from the lack of standard guidelines or deliverables to refer under this multi-PIP environment. In this research, a contents-based document routing system is implemented. By applying this routing system to the RosettaNet e-Logistics program where multi-PIP environment is inevitable, we verified our contents-based document routing system is effective to support multi-PIP environment flexibly.

  • 본 논문에서는 글로벌 표준화 시스템으로의 확장성을 고려하고 자동화 처리 개념을 적용한 한국형 리서치 시스템을 개발한다. 리서치 시스템의 기반이 되어지는 설문조사의 종류에는 전화조사, 온라인조사, 면접조사 등의 조사방법이 있으며 현재 대부분의 프로세스가 수동적 작업화 상태에서 데이터를 수집 검증하여 비효율적인 상태로 운영되어지고 있다. 현재 일부 기업들이 자체 프로그램의 개발을 시도하고 있지만 전문 프로그래머들의 리서치 업무에 대한 업무분석 및 이해 부족과 외부 개발 용역에 대한 고비용성으로 대부분 시스템 구축에 완성도가 낮아 개발시스템 운영에 실패를 하고 있는 실정이다. 부가적으로 개별 기업들이 초기 개발비용을 감수하지 않기 위해 외국산 리서치 솔루션을 구입하면서 높은 제품 비용과 로열티 비용 부담으로 인하여 기업 리서치 시스템 구축을 통한 효율화를 이루지 못하는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 산학협력 연구개발로 1회의 설문입력 과정으로 개별적인 전화조사, 온라인조사, 면접조사를 동시에 가능하도록 통합하는 자동화 시스템과 일반 사용자까지 쉽고, 빠르게 설문지를 입력하고 진행하여 컴퓨터에 의한 정확한 데이터를 신속하게 고객에게 전달 할 수 있는 서비스 체제를 구축하고 설문조사의 최종 단계인 데이터 분석 및 가공에 필요한 기본적인 분석, 통계 기능 제공과 오피스 프로그램 및 통계 프로그램인 SPSS프로그램과 호환성을 주어 리서치 운영 프로세스의 개선을 목적으로 한국형 자동화 리서치 솔루션을 개발한다.
