This study has been carried out to investigate the cause, pathological mechanism and treatment of stroke in Oidaibiyo(外臺秘要), written by Wangdo(王燾). The results were follows : 1. Oidaibiyo(外臺秘要), which is written by Wangdo gives an account of the symptomatic degree of intensity and diachronic procedure in the chapter of stroke. 2. The cause of stroke is quoted mainly from External Wind(外來風邪), and the hyper-sexual intercourse, hyperalimentation, hyper -consciousness, excessive lavour and so forth as additional. And personal character and external effect, like the climate conditions are also much affected the outbreak of stroke. 3 With respect to the diagnosis of stroke, pulse means here quoted from its conception in Chungumyobang(千金要方) Jebungwonhuron(諸病源候論), and pulse plays an important role in diagnosis of stroke. 4. The treatment for stroke generally attaches much importance to medicine therapy. The concrete cure, BalhanGeopungbub(發汗祛風法) has been mainly available, and the usage of Cheongyulyak(淸熱樂) has been increased, contray to formal.

Objective : ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ had been made by Wang-Dao(王燾) in Tang Dynasty(唐朝). It included not only in those days medical knowledge, but also before medical knowledge. So it is regarded as important classic in the oriental medicine. And there are various bathing therapy methods. Therefore we would like to bring out use sphere and detailed method of bathing therapy in Tang Dynasty and before period. Methodologies :We have researched bathing therapy of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ according to below the procedure. (1) Making a related words list: We have used existing external treatments technical books to make a list. The list is consist of 23 words and includes not only technical terms, but also general terms. (2) Searching sentence: We have searched sentence that contain terms that related with bathing therapies. (3) Analysis of related sentence: We have searched and classified sentence by disease. Conclusions :(1) ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ has described 15,180 records. Bathing therapies of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 726 records from the whole volume. The contents account for 4.8% of the whole volume. (2) ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ has described 1,104 diseases. Bathing therapies of ${\ulcorner}$Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao${\lrcorner}$ had been used to cure 293 diseases from the whole diseases. The contents account for 26.5% of the whole volume. (3) These diseases belong to dermatologic, internal, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, pediatric, surgical and veterinary diseases.

목적: 융합대비의 변화에 따른 주시시차를 추적하며 동시에 버전스 체계와 밀접한 조절의 관계를 확인해 보고자 한다. 방법: 양안 교정시력이 1.0이상이며 입체시 지각이 확인된 16명을 대상으로 하였다. 굴절 및 양안시 검사는 Zeiss Polatest Classic을 사용하였으며 입체시차는 TNO를 사용하여 측정하였다. 난점 입체시표와 배열시표는 프로 그램화 된 컴퓨터를 사용하여 대비의 변화와 시간을 정확히 제어하였다. 결과: 주시시차는 융합대비의 감소에 따라 안구는 외전성 경향을 보였다(p=0.0004). 외사위안에서 비교차성 비대응 결상시 융합대비가 감소할수록 외전현상이 더욱 두드러졌다. 융합대비의 변화는 조절에 영향을 주지 않았지만(p=0.803) 배열시표에는 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다(p=0.0000). 결론: 융합대비가 저하될수록 안구는 외전성 경향을 보이나 조절의 변화는 없다.

1) Objective ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ had been made by Wang-Dao(王燾) in Tang Dynasty(唐朝). It included fumigation therapy and aroma therapy. Therefore we would like to bring out use sphere and detailed method of Fumigation therapy and Aroma therapy in Tang Dynasty and before period. 2) Conclusions (1) Fumigation therapies of ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ have contained boil and burn. The effects of fumigation therapy are made by cooperation effect of medicine and heat. (2) Aroma therapies of ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ have been used to cure infectious, internal, psychologic, dental, pediatric, dermatologic and surgical diseases. Especially these therapies have a good effect on cough. (4) Aroma therapies of ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ have been used to cure infectious, internal, psychologic, dental, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, dermatologic and surgical diseases. Expecially this therapy has an good effect on nightmare.

본 논문에서는 복부 초음파 영상에서 근육 영역의 명암 대비를 강조하기 위해서 Multiple 연산을 적용한 후, 명암 대비가 강조된 영상에서 수직 방향의 명암도가 200 이상인 픽셀들에 대해 퍼지 기법에 적용하여 이진화한다. 이진화된 영상에서 피부층과 외복사근 사이에 존재하는 피하지방을 추출하기 위해 Thick-Search 방법을 적용하여 피부층과 외복사근을 추출한 후, 피부층과 외복사근의 사이에 Up-Down Search 방법을 적용하여 피하지방층을 추출한다. 피하지방층이 추출된 영상에서 근막의 형태학적 정보를 이용하여 근막을 추출한다. 추출된 근막 사이에 대해 Up-Down Search 방법을 적용하여 근육의 후보 영역을 추출한 후, 근육의 형태학적 정보를 이용하여 최종적인 근육 층을 추출한다. 추출된 근육의 경계선을 Monotone Cubic Hermite 보간법을 이용하여 근육의 경계선을 보정한 후, 최소자승법을 이용하여 근육의 두께를 측정한다. 제안된 방법을 복부 초음파 영상에 적용하여 근막 및 근육 영역을 추출한 결과, 기존의 근육 추출 방법보다 정확하게 추출되었고, 근육의 두께 측정 결과도 전문의가 육안으로 측정한 결과와 근사한 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

규제완화가 진행되고 있는 미국에서는 거대화 복잡화하는 전력거래에 대한 전력계통에 신뢰도를 유지하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되어있다. 그 중에서 1996년도 여름철에 연달아서 발생한 수백만호 규모로 영향이 미친 광역 정전사고를 계기로 공급신뢰도의 문제가 크게 부상되고 있다.

앞으로 점차 늘어날 공동연구에서는 직접 연구에 종사하는 전문가 외에, 연구개발을 운영하는 유능한 리더나 관리자의 역할이 중요하게 될 것이다. 그들이 하는 일은 연구자금의 확보, 공동연구자의 물색, 연구 정보의 수집과 정리, 연구전략의 수립, 연구성과의 공개 등이 될 것이다. 이러한 전문가를 양성하기 위한 과정은 대학의 교육과정에 어떤 방식으로든지 편성 될 수 있을 것이다. 경영학적 전문성과 과학에 기반을 둔 사회학적 전문성을 가미한 '연구개발 경영학'이 필요한 시대가 반드시 올 것이므로 이에 대한 대비가 필요하다.

본 연구는 전국 11개 국립대병원의 2008-2012년 자료를 이용하여 병원의 의료외수익에 관한 다각적인 분석을 시도하였다. 병원의 의료수익, 의료비용, 의료이익, 의료외수익, 총수익, 의료수익의료이익율, 의료수익경상이익율, 총수익대비의료외수익비율의 연도별 변화와 경영성과, 병상수, 지역에 따른 의료외수익의 차이가 주요 분석대상이다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 제시하면, 국립대병원의 의료외수익은 2008-2012년 동안 지속적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 경영성과에 따른 의료외수익은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 병상수가 많고 대도시에 위치할수록 의료외수익의 규모가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 병원의 수익성 다각화를 통해 경영 개선을 제고하기 위한 객관적 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

국립수목원(원장 박종서) 보전 복원 연구팀은 그 동안 금강산에서만 분포하는 것으로 알려진 버들개회나무(물푸레나무 과(科))의 자생지를 강원도 남부지방에서 발견하였다고 밝혔다. 국립수목원은 현재 버들개회나무의 생태학적 및 유전적 도태 가능성에 대비하여 현지내 외 보존을 위한 대책 마련을 추진중에 있다.
