본 연구는 국내기업과 선진 외국기업의 SCM 사례를 중심으로 벤치마킹을 통하여 국내 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management: SCM)의 도입에 적합한 성공요인을 발견하고자 한다. 참조 모델로는 SCC(Supply Chain Council)의 SCOR(Supply Chain Operations Reference-model)를 적용하여 SCM의 발전단계모형과 성공요인을 제시하고 이를 통해 국내기업의 SCM의 전략적 도입방안과 SCM의 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책에 지침을 제시하고자 한다

중국이 떠오르고 있다. 지나친 산업화의 폐해로 환경오염의 장본인인 중국이 이제 친환경건축물을 통해 에너지 절약과 비용절감을 동시에 노리고 있다. 세계의 공장이라는 타이틀에 걸맞게 이제 중국은 넓은 땅과 수 많은 건축물로 몸살을 앓게 되었다. 많은 조사들이 중국의 산업화를 염려하고 있으며 그에 대한 해결책을 내놓고 있다. 그러나 최근 몇 년 사이 중국 정부에서 발표한 에너지 절감 자료들을 보면 조금이나마 안심이 되는 시점이다. 더구나 정부의 계획과 시장의 기술력의 간극 때문에 외국기업들에게 기회가 되고 있다. 우리나라와 기업들은 이러한 때를 놓쳐서는 안 될 것이다. 특히 ESCO를 통한 에너지절감 방법과 노하우가 전수되고 기술이 중국에 이전됨으로 ESCO의 저변확대를 이뤄나가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of the study is to present an analysis of the expatriate leasing market for highly-paid professionals residing in Seoul. The effects of physical and locational attributes, range of amenities along with expat's national and industrial attributes on housing rents are being empirically evaluated based on transactions. Using lease transaction data for the period of 1994 through 2013, the results show that physical and locational attributes which have been proved to affect conventional housing value are also confirmed to affect leasing housing rent for expatriate. Also this study finds the following results. First, housing rent is found to be influenced by foreign residents' occupation. Therefore banking, petrochemical, insurer and pharmaceutical company affect positively on housing rent while mechanic firms influenced negatively to rent. Second, housing rent is found to be affected by foreign residents' nationalities. The results indicate USA and the United Kingdom have a positive effect while French has a negative effect on rent.

1990년 후반기에 금융시장의 두드러진 특징중의 하나의 금융의 증권화 현상일 것이다 다른 금융시장에 비해 급속한 성장을 하고 있는 곳이 주식시장이다(민상기, 1998). 이런 주식시장에서 각각의 투자자는 투자기업의 선정을 위해 기업분석과 구가의 예측을 위해 각종 변수에 대한 정보를 수집하여 이를 분석하게 된다 주식시장에 참여하는 투자자는 크게 나누어 보아 전문가로 편성된 기관투자자와 외국인 투자자 그리고 개인 투자자로 나누어 볼 수 있을 것이다 이건 투자자중에서 개인 투자자들은 기관투자자나 외국인 투자 전문회사와 비교해서 열악한 정보수집력과 분석력을 가지고 있다. 그 결과 투자수익률에서도 기환 투자자와 외국인 투자자에 비해 저조하게 나타난다. 최근 백화점, 할인점, 대형 마트 등의 대형 매장이 하루가 다르게 늘어나고 있다. 특히 대형 할인점은 국내기업과 외국기업간에 시장 점유율을 높이기 위하여 매장을 계속하여 늘려 가고 있고, 이에 따라 인근 중소형 마트 매장은 경쟁력을 상실하고 폐업하는 사태가 속출하고 있다. 이러한 유통시장 변화는 계란유통도 변화를 가져오리라 보는데 대형 할인매장 중심으로 계란유통현황을 살펴보았다.

This paper examines a country's strategic optimal tariff policy against a foreign firm with market power. That is, the purpose of the paper is, under asymmetric information, to reexamine the problem of optimal tariff policy against a foreign monopolist from another country's welfare standpoint. This is to extend the analysis of Brander and Spencer(1984) which is both analytic and elaborate. The incentive compatible tariff schedule is derived, and then policy implications are investigated. The main result is that, under incomplete information, the optimal tariff is elevated above its full-information counterpart in order to capture foreign rents. Moreover, it suggests that trade policies motivated by rent extraction are unlikely to be robust to the introduction of incomplete information. This research complements an existing literature on the strategic trade policy in terms of asymmetric information.

As foreign investors' share holdings in Korean firms have dramatically increased since 1998 following the financial deregulation on the limit of foreign stock investment, the concern over the negative impacts the foreign investors would bring on the firms' financial policy has been growing too. Foreign investors were perceived to require the firms of excessive payments of cash dividends sometimes with threat of hostile takeover trials detering the firm from investing its cash flow in the physical facilities and RandD eroding their potential growth capabilities. We examine the impact of foreign investment on the firms' dividend policy using 234 listed firms' panel data over the sample periods of 1998 to 2005 employing various panel regression methodology. Foreign shareholders are found not to be related or even negatively related to the payout ratio(dividend/net income), but positively and statistically significantly related to the ratio of cash dividends to book of asset, negatively to the dividend yields. Considering the payout ratio is the most appropriate measure for the dividend payment, we can not support the arguments that the foreign investors' holdings have induced the excessive dividend level in Korean firms.
