The Analysis on the Sensitive Hand Characteristics and Appearance Performance of Thobe Fabric for Man in the Middle-East Region (중동지역 남성복 Thobe 직물의 감성 태 특성 분석과 외관성능 분석)

  • PET fabric is used as a regular clothing in the middle-east region which is called Chador as a women's clothing and Thobe as a men's clothing. Then there is a big difference of export price according to the minute hand characteristics of the PET fabrics, of which characteristics are due to the fibre and manufacturing process characteristics. This research surveys the optimum manufacturing conditions related to the fibre and fabric for the Thobe clothing which were developed in this study through comparison with high price Teijin Thobe manufactured in Japan. In this research, four kinds of Teijin fabrics made in Japan were prepared as a target quality specimen, and five kinds of developed fabrics were produced as an experimental specimens. These specimens were made by changing yarn denier, twist, yarn setting conditions and fabric density, which are also changed by twist contraction, weaving and finishing shrinkages. As a result of this study, the sensitive characteristics of Teijin Thobe fabrics can be analysed from fibre and fabric, and then the manufacturing design technology was constructed under the base of low twist texturing and 3 dimensional fabric design simulation technologies.

Evaluation on the Appearance and Gluing Characteristics of Pine Laminated Boards according to Overlaying Materials (소나무 집성판의 표면화장 재료별 외관품질 및 접착성 평가)

  • This experiment was carried out to investigate the appearance and surface gluing characteristics of laminated boards overlaied with teak sliced veneer, printing paper, wall paper, cotton cloth, and wool cloth, The overlaying sheets were glued on the laminated boards with polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesives and the species for laminated boards was red pine. The obtained results are summarized as follows; in case of the teak sliced veneer overlaied boards, the appearance quality was very good and showed the first grade of KS standard. but the delamination rate was 44.0% and 895% for cold water or warm water dipping treatments, respectively, so the wet gluing properties were very bed. In the case of the paper or cloth overlaied boards, the appearance quality was same good and showed the first grade of KS standard, but their delamination rate was 10~20% and 39.3~49.0 for cold water or warm water dipping treatments, respectively, so the wet gluing properties were bed, relatively better than sliced veneer overlaied boards. The present work showed that appearance of laminated boards overlaid with several sheets appeared quite positive in terms of secondary gluing qualities of laminated boards, suggesting that sliced veneer, paper, and cloth would be appropriate for the overlaying materials of laminated boards.

  • Structural safety as well as variety and aesthetics of building facade are currently gathering more attention in building construction and stone curtain wall is widely used in exterior wall. However, two main problems are existed in curtain wall construction method. One is an uniformity of construction quality and the other is a repair work of stone panels. Also, the noise and vibration occurring in construction may be cause of civil complaint. Therefore, a new method is needed to overcome these problems. This paper presents a new stone curtain wall system using under cut anchor and secondary holes that was developed in this study. Additionally, structural performance evaluation was conducted to verify the constructability and structural safety for wind pressure and seismic load. Through the evaluation of this method, improved constructability and economic efficiency were verified.

  • Recently, High-rise building are irregular-shaped to be city landmarks and function as vertical cities to enable the efficient use of land. 3T (Twisted, Tilted & Tapered) designs are being suggested for irregular buildings and studies to develop new structural system have been actively made to satisfy slender shape ratio. In diagrid system, not only gravity load but also lateral load is delivered based on the triangular shape of diagrid, so most of columns are eliminated. Because shearing force is delivered by the axial behavior (tensile/compressive) of diagrid to minimize shearing deformation, the system is more applicable to irregular buildings than existing system where shearing force is delivered by the columns. In this study, the process of selecting connection details and the structural safety of the selected details are verified using the finite element analysis with focus given to the construction overview of the Cyclone Tower. However, the relersed methods of stress concentration are suggested and the performance of stress concentration relieves that it's suggested for the appropriate cap plate thickness and extended length.

  • This paper is an experimental study of the acid-resistance of concrect which contains silica sand particles. In the concerete sample experiment. the workability and strengh as well as the acid-resistance of the hardended concrect is inverstigated.

  • 본 연구는 소비자의 의류제품평가에 있어 개인적ㆍ심리적 요인인 자기이미지 및 의복태도의 관련성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 소비자의 의류제품평가는 다차원적인 구조를 가지며, 외관적, 성능적, 외재적, 표현적 요소로 세분화되어 사용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 소비자의 자기이미지와 의복태도에 따라 의류제품 평가기준과 의복선호스타일에 유의한 차이가 나타남으로써 이들이 소비자의 의류제품 평가에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인이라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 소비자의 자기이미지 및 의복태도는 감성이나 이미지와 같은 요소들의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 최근의 의류시장의 경향에 부합하여 시장세분화의 효과적인 변수로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 이와 함께 자기이미지 및 의복태도를 통해 세분화된 표적시장 소비자들이 보다 중요시하는 의류제품평가의 차원들을 파악하고 이를 강화함으로써 보다 효율적인 마케팅 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 국내 배전계통에 90년대 중반이후 초기에 도입된 외국산 및 국산 폴리머애자를 현장에서 발취하여 특성을 평가하였다. 외관 관찰, 하우징의 발수성 및 경도, 전기적 특성, 하우징 재질의 변화특성 둥을 시험 평가하였다. 평가 결과 하우징은 발수성이 상실되었으며 표면에 열화가 진행되었다. 그러나 애자의 성능은 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 해양수산부(장관 윤진숙)는 위험물의 분류기준을 국제기준과 동일하게 적용하고 위험물질 운송에 따른 안전성 제고를 위해 "위험물 선박운송 기준"을 개정하여 시행한다고 밝혔다. 개정된 기준은 국제적으로 적용되는 "국제해상위험물규칙"(IMDG Code)의 최근 개정내용을 반영하고, 위험물 및 화물구역의 종류별 방화장치 요건을 강화하여 위험화물로 인한 선박의 화재 및 폭발 사고가 감소될 것으로 기대된다. 특히, 위험물 운송 용기를 용기의 종류, 재료 및 형태별로 구분하고 외관, 구조 및 성능검사로 세분하여 위험물 용기 검사체계를 효율화함으로써 민원인의 편의를 도모하였으며, 또한, 국제기준에 따라 자동차를 일반선박이나 컨테이너에 수납하여 운반하는 경우 위험물로 분류되어 위험물수납 검사대상이 된다. 본 고에서는 "위험물 선박운송 기준" 일부 개정(안)에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

  • 본 논문은 템플릿 모델을 이용하여 차량의 외관에 따른 종류를 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 우선, 영상에서 차량을 검출하기 위하여 누적 차영상 기법을 이용하여 배경 영상을 추출한 후 차량 영역을 획득한다. 획득한 차량 영상은 날씨와 조명 영향에 따라서 그림자가 존재할 수 있다. 따라서 외곽선을 추출하고 가로와 세로, 대각선 방향으로 사영한 결과를 이용하여 그림자를 제거한다. 그림자 영역이 제거된 최종 차량 영역은 템플릿 모델과의 매칭을 통하여 가장 적합한 차량 종류로 인식한다. 제안된 방법을 이용하여 차량 종류를 인식하였을 때 만족할 만한 성능을 나타내는 것을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

  • As the aging of large domestic SOC facilities accelerates, facility maintenance is also changing from safety evaluation based on the current condition to performance-oriented preventive and preemptive maintenance based on the prediction of the level of future obsolescence. In particular, in the case of bridges, class 1 and 2 bridges are systematically managed along with many studies, but for small and medium-sized class 3 bridges there is no collection and utilization of historical data presenting performance degradation during their service life. Therefore, in this study, 3D model-based demonstration DB system was designed and developed to intuitively check the damage change rate at the damage location by registering the maintenance history by life cycle for each member's exterior damage in the 3D bridge object and to enable API-based comprehensive performance evaluation.
