The visual inspection method that depends on human's eyes has some problem that a lot of variations happen in examination according to bodily, spiritual state of the checker. We automate remocon inspection process using CCD camera. Our developed inspection system can be used in any remocon production line without the user's big handling. Our inspection system was developed using PC, CCD Camera, Visual C++ for universal work place. The accuracy of proposed system was improved about 3.2[%] than the conventional pattern matching method and the processing time was decreased about 119[ms]. Also we showed that our inspection system is more robust to lighting circumstances.

Electronics in modern lives have become more miniaturized and precise. Multi Layered Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) occupies 50% of electronic components consisting of electronics. This high volume of the production needs high speed and more precise machine performances. The dominate parts of the production equipments are the module transporting components and the visual inspection module. Most visual inspection has been off-line because of the image processing time. In this paper, a new image processing method is proposed to reduce thousands of matrix calculation for image processing and realize on-line high speed inspection.

This study, by explaining the relationship between mechanical properties and clothing formability, aims to propose functional data for tailoring performance of fabrics of good tailorability. The KES-FB system was used to measure factors of mechanical properties and also the technique of stepwise-block-regression method was applied to investigate relationship between functional properties and mechanical properties of men's shirks. As results of vasual inspection of men's shirts, it showed that good fabrics had higher value in the LT, bending properties, shear properties and RC than poor fabrics in Total Appearance Value(TAV). And finally, A formula was obtained for calculating the VIA of men's shirts from functional properties which were calculated from the mechanical properties.

The micro needle means the ultrafine probe of 'Probe Card'. The size of micro needle is so minute that it is difficult to minute that it is difficult to inspect it with eyes. On the other hand it is very critical if there is a defect in micro needle of probe card. In this study, we developed an automatic visual inspection system for finding defect status in probe angle, tip length and diameter. Through the experimental results, we could find that our proposed method is better than human-eyes inspection method in accuracy and inspection speed, and also in robustness to lighting circumstances.

To evaluate the sensory characteristics of domestic or imported chilled and frozen pork butts, six samples were purchased and investigated. Sixty panels of sensory evaluation were consisted of six groups by sex and age. In the appearance test, many panels preferred the domestic frozen butt A obtained good scores in fat color and fat attachment (p<0.001). In the age group, the 20's consumer preferred the domestic chilled pork butt of A company, whereas the 30's and 40's consumers preferred the imported frozen butt of A company. According to the results from the triangle test, the combinations of domestic frozen butt B and imported frozen butt A was the most significantly distinguished among the pairs of raw and cooked butts.

This paper describes a case study on the failure cause analysis of power cables and their fittings. For more accurate analysis, electrical and chemical analysis techniques were employed from the macrography stage for the exterior of the cables to the entire disassembly stage. As a result it was confirmed that the power cables failed due to improper fabrication by which electric field was concentrated at the deadend of a shrink tube on the cable.

해양수산부(장관 윤진숙)는 위험물의 분류기준을 국제기준과 동일하게 적용하고 위험물질 운송에 따른 안전성 제고를 위해 "위험물 선박운송 기준"을 개정하여 시행한다고 밝혔다. 개정된 기준은 국제적으로 적용되는 "국제해상위험물규칙"(IMDG Code)의 최근 개정내용을 반영하고, 위험물 및 화물구역의 종류별 방화장치 요건을 강화하여 위험화물로 인한 선박의 화재 및 폭발 사고가 감소될 것으로 기대된다. 특히, 위험물 운송 용기를 용기의 종류, 재료 및 형태별로 구분하고 외관, 구조 및 성능검사로 세분하여 위험물 용기 검사체계를 효율화함으로써 민원인의 편의를 도모하였으며, 또한, 국제기준에 따라 자동차를 일반선박이나 컨테이너에 수납하여 운반하는 경우 위험물로 분류되어 위험물수납 검사대상이 된다. 본 고에서는 "위험물 선박운송 기준" 일부 개정(안)에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 Dilated U-Net 기반의 이미지 복원기법을 통해 콘크리트 균열 추출 성능 개선 방안을 제안한다. 콘크리트 균열은 구조물의 미관상의 문제뿐 아니라 추후 큰 안전사고의 원인이 될 수 있어 초기대응이 중요하다. 현재는 점검자가 직접 육안으로 검사하는 외관 검사법이 주로 사용되고 있지만, 이는 정확성 및 비용, 시간, 그리고 안전성 면에서 한계를 갖고 있다. 이에 콘크리트 구조물 표면에 대해 획득한 영상 처리 기법을 사용한 검사 방식 도입의 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 또한, 딥러닝 기술의 발달로 딥러닝을 적용한 영상처리의 연구 역시 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 콘크리트 균열 추개선출 성능 개선을 위해 Dilated U-Net 기반의 이미지 복원기법을 적용하는 방안을 제안하였고 성능 검증 결과, 기존 U-Net 기반의 정확도가 98.78%, 조화평균 82.67%였던 것에 비해 정확도 99.199%, 조화평균 88.722%로 성능이 되었음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was optimization of the conditions for mixing different amounts of red radish (Raphanus sativus L.) sprout powder, butter, and sugar when baking domestic wheat cookies prepared using red radish sprout powder. Response surface methodology, with a central composite design comprising 5 levels and 3 variables, was used to identify the best possible combination of amounts of red radish sprout powder ($X_1$), butter ($X_2$), and sugar ($X_3$). The physical and mechanical properties of each of the 20 samples analyzed, including color L (p<0.001), color a (p<0.01), color b (p<0.001), spread ratio (p<0.001), and hardness (p<0.01), differed significantly. The results of sensory evaluations, including color (p<0.001), appearance (p<0.001), texture (p<0.001), flavor (p<0.01), taste (p<0.001), and overall quality (p<0.001) also differed significantly among the samples. The optimal compositional ratios were 5.15 g for the red radish sprout powder, 64.84 g for the butter, and 47.18 g for the sugar.

자연에너지원중 태양에너지를 이용한 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 난방에너지 절감효과를 분석하기 위하여 야간에 내부설정온도를 18℃로 했을 때의 자갈축열 태양열 온실과 동일한 제원의 대조온실의 난방연료소비량을 비교하였다. 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 경우 난방초기에는 연료가 대조온실에 비해 약 10%정도 더 소모되었으나 2일이 경과한 후에는 점차 난방연료소비량이 감소하였다(Fig. 2) 이러한 결과는 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 경우 주간에 온실에 투여되는 일사에 의해 축열이 이루어 질뿐만 아니라 야간에 난방을 할 경우에도 축열층의 온도가 설정온도에 도달할 때까지 축열이 이루지기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다 (Fig. 1). 3월 10일부터 3월 15일까지 6일간의 난방연료소비량이 대조온실은 167℃였으나, 자갈축열 태양열 온실은 109℃로써 대조온실에 비해 약 35%정도 난방연료 절감효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다(Fig. 2). 6일간의 난방 후 자갈축열 태양열 온실에 난방을 중단한 결과 온실외부의 최저기온이 -2.4℃일 때 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 내부최저온도는 14℃를 유지하였으며, 이후 계속 난방을 수행하지 않은 상태에서도 주간에 축열효과로 인하여 최저외기온이 3℃전후일 때 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 내부온도는 15℃를 유지하였으나 대조온실은 5℃ 전후였다. 그리고, 일기온차가 심한 3월말에는 야간설정온도가 18℃인 경우에 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 난방연료소비량이 대조온실에 비해 월등히 적음을 알 수 있었다(Fig. 1, 2). 3월에 자갈축열 태양열 온실의 난방연료소비량은 대조온실에 비해 약 50%이상의 절감효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다./TEX>3.1cm, 2cm$\times$4.2cm 순으로 나타났다. 5. 저고리의 옆길이 곡선에 대한 평가는 진종의 중심인 겨드랑이가 5cm인 것이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 4cm, 6cm, 3cm 순으로 나타났다. 6. 이에 위의 항목들을 종합하여 제작한 연구저고리는 등길이가 28cm, 어깨선 위치는 1.75cm, 깃크기는 5cm$\times$21.5cm, 소매통 크기는 3cm$\times$4.3cm, 옆길이 곡선은 5cm로써 그 형태에 따른 신체적합성에 대한 외관 관능검사 결과로 3.83의 평균값으로 나타났고, 심미성에 대한 외관 관능검사를 항목별 평균치 값으로 종합하면 4.00의 값으로 나타났다. 또한 각 부위별 동작적합성 관능검사는 7가지 동작을 부위별 항목 평균치 결과 3.95의 유수한 저고리로 평가되었다. 본 연구 실험 결과 앞으로도 전통 저고리를 피복함에 있어 외관과 동작적합성이 좋은 저고리를 만들기 위해 지속적 연구가 요청된다. turned back than the Korean women's.
