온라인게임에서 협업시스템은 유저와 기업, 기업과 기업, 기업과 유통, 기업과 정부, 유저와 유저 간 등에서 활발하게 작동된다. 이와 같은 협업시스템은 온라인게임의 개발과 시장진입과정에서 주도적인 역할을 한다. 온라인게임이 해외수출이라는 새로운 계기를 맞게 되면서, 한정된 공간에서 운용되던 로컬 협업시스템은 글로벌이라는 새로운 환경변화에 따라 변화하게 되었다. 각 국가별로 구조화된 협업시스템은 네트워크를 통해 확장되고 정교화되며, 글로벌과정을 통해 최적화된다. 본 논문에서는 한국과 중국의 온라인게임 산업의 글로벌 협업시스템이 각 산업 내부에서 어떻게 구조화되고 최적화하며, 해외진출 과정에서 어떻게 변화하고 진화하는 지 살펴봄으로써 한국 온라인게임 기업의 해외진출에 새로운 대안을 제시하고자 했다.

스토리지 스냅샷은 특정한 시점의 스토리지 시스템의 이미지를 말하며, 데이터의 보호 및 유지를 위한 필수적인 기술이다. 스냅샷 구현을 위해서는 블록 수준, 파일 시스템 수준, 하드웨어 수준으로 구현이되지만, 파일 시스템 캐시에 대한 처리 등으로 인해 스냅샷 일관성이 깨지거나, 하드웨어 혹은 파일시스템에 종속적이여서 여러 파일시스템과 하드웨어에 일관적인 스냅샷을 제공할 수가 없다. 또한, 대부분의 스냅샷들은 정적 스냅샷을 제공하여, 스냅샷 생성시간 동안 시스템의 서비스를 멈춰야 한다. 본 논문에서는 파일시스템과 하드웨어에 독립적이면서, 온라인 스냅샷 방법을 제안한다.

블로그는 현재 광범위하게 대중성을 얻고 있는 온라인 커뮤니케이션의 최근 형태이며, 블로그 사용이 빠른 속도로 주류를 형성해 나가고 있다. 초기 HCI 분야에서의 온라인 커뮤니케이션(CMC)에 대한 연구는 사용자가 시스템의 소프트웨어나 하드웨어의 인터페이스를 어떻게 대하는가 하는 점에 초점이 맞춰졌었지만, 최근에는 온라인 커뮤니티, 블로그처럼 사용자들이 인터넷을 통한 사회화가 어느 때보다 활발하게 이루어지고 있기 때문에, 시스템의 사용성에 대한 고려만으로는 충분하지가 않다. 즉, 시스템이 어떻게 사용자들 간에 사회적 상호 교류를 지원할 수 있고, 이러한 사회적 교류가 원활하게 이루어지기 위해서 시스템이 어떻게 설계되어야 하는 지에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 블로그 이용자들을 대상으로 이들과 상호 연결된 블로거들과의 온라인에서의 관계적 행위를 살펴보고, 또한 이러한 행위가 네트워크 구조적 특성과는 어떠한 상관 관계를 가지는지를 심층 인터뷰와 사회 네트워크 분석법을 이용하여 탐색적으로 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해서 얻은 사용자들의 온라인 교류 시 보이는 행위적 특성을 바탕으로 온라인 개인 미디어 서비스 설계에 대한 가이드라인을 제안해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 2015년부터 서비스를 진행하고 있는 한국형 온라인 공개강좌 K-MOOC 관련 연구물들의 연구 경향과 그 연구물들의 주요 핵심어들을 실증적으로 분석하여 그 결과를 제시하였다. K-MOOC는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 평생교육 교육지원 서비스로서, 또한 코로나19 상황에서의 대면수업 대체 보완 교수학습 활동 콘텐츠로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K-MOOC 관련 등재지(등재후보지 포함) 게재논문 96건을 연도별 발표 경향과 그 연구물들의 핵심어들의 빈도 등을 분석하여 워드클라우드로 제시하였다. 본 연구자는 본 연구결과에 기초하여, K-MOOC 수강생들의 학습성과 향상 방안과 정규 교육과정과의 실제적인 연계 방안 등에 대한 후속 연구를 진행할 계획이다.

우리나라는 서비스 관련 기업이 매우 많음에도 불구하고 고객의견의 수집 및 분석 기술이 미흡하다. 따라서 고객의 의견을 실시간으로 모니터링하고 문제가 발생하였을 때 이를 알리고 적절한 대안을 지원하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 고객의 피드백 측정을 위해 오프라인에서 설문지를 작성하던 방법을 온라인상에서 작성하고 결과를 분석할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 온라인 시스템으로 설문작업이 이루어지므로 실시간으로 데이터를 분석할 수 있으며 상품별로 설문지를 작성할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 서비스에서 사용할 수 있다. 향후 언어별로 설문지를 작성하여 외국인도 사용 가능하고 스마트 폰 시대에 손쉽게 설문에 응할 수 있도록 모바일에서도 설문에 응할 수 있는 시스템을 개발 예정이다.

Today, many learned societies are very interested in publishing international journal, especially for titles from non-English speaking countries. In Korea, there is not many studies on publishing international journals except for some cases trying to internationalize domestic journals. This study analyzed international factors of domestic 143 titles offering DOI by KoreaScience. The analysis showed that many of these journals have low impact factors and editorial board without a lot of foreign scholars. Some titles don't have online submission platform or English websites. It is recommended that domestic journals should reinforce international factors including global distribution with visibility to be considered as reputable international journals.

Abroad service of domestic academic thesis is very important for the enhancement of cited counting and Korea journals acknowledgement. The basis is to register DOI, the international academic thesis identifier at each thesis. It requires uneasy process depositing academic thesis to CrossRef which manages and registers DOI. KISTI has been conducting DOI/CrossRef deposit business object to domestic societies in scientific and technical field. In this thesis, we designed and implemented academic thesis DOI enrollment supporting system which is able to manage the required process on the online for the DOI/crossRef deposit business.

Korean academic societies in science and technology are trying to improve the prestige and quality of their journals by enlisting them in international citation databases. In order to be enlisted in international citation databases, a journal should be managed and maintained according to the policies of organizations operating citation databases. In particular, a journal should have an effective on-line publishing process including fair and transparent peer-review. KISTI studied the systematical necessary element so that the domestic journal could receive the evaluation for the international index DB record. Based on this, KISTI designed the Article Contribution Management System(ACOMS) Ver. 4.0 including the academic journal homepage and completed the english ACOMS development in 2010. Presently the english ACOMS promotes the continued facility improvement in 2012 in order to be reborn as the international journal manuscript submission/review and electronic publishing system. And it is managed about the academic journal of 49 kinds including JICCE academic journal. Therefore, this paper suggests utilizing english ACOMS as a way for JICCE journal to enlist their journals in international citation database.

This study was conducted to obtain a better understanding of Korean researchers' motivations and experience regarding open access publishing. An online survey was conducted with the Korean authors of PLOS ONE, a major open access mega journal (OAMJ). A total of 238 responses were collected; the analysis was based on 202 valid responses. The results of the survey were compared and constrated with the results of a major international study that investigated similar issues. For Korean authors with open access publishing experience, journal impact factor (JIF) is still the most important factor in making publishing decisions. There was a significant difference between general publishing venue decision making versus open access publishing venue decision. Overall, Korean authors are far less satisfied with open access publishing than the authors in the international study. The results suggest comparatively low level of expectation among Korean researchers toward open access publishing. Open access policy and training initiatives are needed to promote open access.
