Researchers commonly begin a project by studying past works in the area and deriving relevant information and ideas from their predecessors. In presenting their works researchers acknowledge their debts to preflecessors by carefully documenting each source to indicate what they borrowed. The obvious form of plagiarism is to cokx without crediting the sources. Students have to learn how to quote and how to make reference lists or works cited at the end of their reports which allow readers to locate and use the sources they used for their reports. Nowadays online information sources through the internet increase day by day, but there is no standard documentation style for citing these sources. In this paper up-to-date documentation styles recommened by APA(American Psychological Association) and MLA(Modern Language Association) are introduced. It was found that the graduate schools and the academic societies in Korea do not keep a certain documentation style consistently by checking the school catalogs and the policy statements on manuscript submisssion to the journals.

배전자동화용 제어함 축전지 불량상태에서 외부전원 상실시 고장검출(FI) 및 원격조작 등의 자동화 운전이 불가능하여 광역정전 발생우려가 있으므로 이를 개선하기 위하여 축전지상태를 배전자동화 주장치에서 배전자동화 단말장치를 이용하여 온라인 상에서 종합적으로 계측 판단할 수 있는 축전지감시 모듈을 개발하였다.

최근, 교욱분야는 많은 컴퓨터 기술을 도입하여 다양하게 발전되어 왔다. 본 논문은 이러한 기술 중 인터넷을 통한 사이버 교육의 하나로 온라인 학습 시스템을 설계를 하고자 한다. 제안된 학습 시스템은 학습자가 온라인상에서 언제 어디서든 학습에 참여할 수 있도록 그 기능을 지원하려한다.

In this paper, we proposes to develop an online academic vocabulary dictionary as a way of educating academic vocabulary for content-oriented Korean language education. Various academic languages exist in the content-based Korean language teaching materials they encounter when studying at university. You cannot understand or produce academic text without knowing the academic vocabulary. Therefore, one of the tasks of Korean language education has become to improve educational efficiency by preparing a method for academic vocabulary education that is most suitable for them in consideration of their own. Prior to the development of the online academic vocabulary dictionary, the institute conducted a basic study on how the content should be contained in the online dictionary. Online academic vocabulary dictionaries allow students to naturally link their limited education into and out of the classroom, thereby overcoming the limitations of vocabulary education at the educational scene and maximizing their educational effectiveness.

Online signature verification system is widely used in banking account, credit card and so on, because system for online signature verification is easy to implementation and inexpensive. Therefore there are a lot of study on online signature verification. However there is little research about online signature is safe or not. This paper shows a way of online signature estimation using various information of signature. This paper make a experiment about relation sorority grade of online signature and 2-D information of online signature like the number of strokes and cross points, density of points, standard deviation of direction, velocity and acceleration, lengths of signature and convex hull etc. Finally, this paper presents several features of safe online signature.

최근 컴퓨터 게임은 3D 가속기를 이용한 3D 실시간 렌더링을 게임에서 제공하여 보다 사실적으로 묘사된 그래픽 환경 하에서 게임을 즐길 수 있게 되었다. 또한 네트워크 인프라가 구축됨에 따라서 네트워크를 이용한 온라인 형태의 게임들이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 온라인 게임은 스탠드 어론 형태의 게임과 달리 네트워크를 이용하여 가상의 공간에서 원격지의 다른 사람들과 같이 게임을 즐기는 형태로서 여기서 발생되는 게임적 재미요소는 그 전의 어떤 게임에서도 찾아 볼 수 없는 즐거움을 준다. 이러한 이유로 현재 많은 게임들이 3D 그래픽과 온라인을 접목시키고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 개발 중에 있는 3D 온라인 슈팅 게임'을 기준으로 개발에 필요한 엔진 기술과 이를 이용한 개발 방법론을 제시하고 현재까지의 개발 과정에서의 문제점과 이에 대한 보완 대책을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 사용자들이 정보교류와 의사소통을 활발히 전개하여 사용자혁신 (User Innovation)을 촉진하는 사례들과 이와 관련된 현안 이슈들, 그리고 기업의 사용자혁신 활용 전략을 다루고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 보급과 확산을 통해 사용자들이 온라인 커뮤니티를 형성하고 상호 교류할 수 있는 장이 마련되어 사용자혁신이 더욱 활성화 될 수 있으므로, 휴대기기 산업에서 이러한 사례를 발굴하여 분석하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 MP3 플레이어 산업에서 기업이 온라인 커뮤니티를 통해 고객정보를 어떻게 획득/처리/활용하는지, 그리고 스마트폰인 블랙잭 제품에서 어떤 과정을 통해 사용자혁신이 이루어지는 지를 사례연구 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 1)온라인 커뮤니티에서 사용자의 역할과 (정보공유, 아이디어 창출, 문제해결, 정보취합, 제품테스트, 사용의견 제시, 제품홍보 등) 기업의 대응전략, 2)기업과 고객간 커뮤니케이션 패턴 (질문/불평/사용후기 및 피드백/시제품/공지 등) 특성, 3)온라인 커뮤니티 내에서 사용자간 커뮤니케이션 패턴과 현안, 4)온라인 커뮤니티 활성화를 통한 신제품개발 촉진방안 등으로 구분하여 제시되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 사용자혁신 사례를 바탕으로, 사용자혁신을 촉진하고 신제품개발과정에서 사용자의 참여를 강화할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 정리하였다. 특히 개방형 혁신이 강조되는 상황에서 사용자혁신은 개방형 혁신의 한 형태도서도 의미가 있으며, 향후 더 많은 사례연구와 실증분석이 요구된다.

The current trend of Korean-based journals is to become international journals. Support from academic societies and the government to improve the quality of journal and achieve internationalization is growing. For world-wide dissemination of journal contents, an online peer-review system and high quality journal web site are required. Also journals should be written in English. Proper publication ethics is also needed. For this article, I researched the current status of the 'Journal of the Korean academy of Pediatric Dentistry' and have made some suggestions to help with this journal's internationalization process for the future.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 기반의 전자 상거래에서 극소액 지불을 지원하고, 원격지에서의 계정 개설과 관리 등을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 지불인과 수취인을 쉽게 인증할 수 있는 인증이 강화된 전자 현금 모형의 지불 프로토콜을 개발하고, 프로토타입을 통해 그 효과성을 실험하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 온라인 전자현금인 OnCash에서는 기존의 전자 현금인 Ecash나 Netcash와 마찬가지로 공개키 암호방식과 비밀키 암호방식을 이용하여 메시지 기밀성을 유지하고 전자 화폐의 이중사용을 방지하고, 적정한 수준의 익명성을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다.

As the rapid develoment of internet and information technology, the traditional library has been altered to the digital content service based on the world wide web. This paper proposes a design and implementation of an Artcle Union Catalog System(AUCS) based on metadata. The metadata set for the AUCS consists of twelve Dublin Core elements and one holdings element. The qualifiers of the proposed metadata elements are also represented. The AUCS system has an online cooperated cataloging system using the web interface or the 239.50 protocol, an union cataloging management system, and an integrated information retrieved system service. The integrated search and retrieval service of the AUCS displays not only the summary and detailed bibliographic information, but also the abstract, the table of contents, the digital content, and the copylfax service.
