본 연구는 학술커뮤니케이션에서 활용되는 온라인 전자출판물의 이용과 인용도에 대한 상관관계 분석과 유용성의 차이를 평가하고자 하는 연구목적을 수행하기 위해 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자들을 대상으로 이용도와 인용도를 조사하였으며, 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 인용된 온라인 전자 출판물의 사회과학분야와 자연과학분야 간 유용성에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자의 이용도와 학술지에 인용된 온라인 전자출판물의 수와 인용비율간의 상관관계는 저자들의 온라인 전자출판물 주당 이용시간과 이용종수가 증가하더라도 저자들이 학술지에 인용하는 온라인 전자출판물의 수와 인용비율은 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 사회과학분야와 자연과학분야 간에 있어서 학술지에 인용되는 온라인 전자출판물의 유용성에는 차이가 없었다. 따라서 학술지의 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자들이 온라인 전자출판물을 많이 이용하는 것과 온라인 전자출판물을 실제로 인용하는 것에는 상관관계가 없으며, 측정요소를 통하여 평가한 사회과학 분야와 자연과학분야에서 온라인 전자출판물의 유용성에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to improve the accessibility of websites that can search for online e-journals and check the original text, and the accessibility of web contents in the form of article papers. In order to publish online e-journals in Korea, article contribution management system is used, and services are provided through public or private academic DB companies. There was no content related to accessibility in the publishing and editing stage of online e-journals. In the case of foreign countries, objective to comply with Level AA of WCAG 2.1 to improve accessibility of websites and web content. In addition, the level of accessibility of academic journals is guided through VPAT. In order to improve access to web content in online journals, Accessibility matters are added to the academic society's editorial and publication regulations. Accessibility education should be provided to journal editors. Accessibility checklists should be developed and researchers should verify themselves. To improve the accessibility of online e-journals to websites, For equal use, various convenience functions should be provided when using the website. It guides the accessibility function to the article contribution management system. Each academic and academic DB company should be required to submit a Korean VPAT.

최근 국내 과학기술분야 학회에서는 발행 학술지를 세계적인 학술지로 등재하고자 하는 노력이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라, 해외연구자들을 학술지 편집위원으로 참여 시키고 많은 해외 연구자들이 자체 학술지에 논문을 많이 투고하도록 독려하고 있다. 해외 연구자들간에 이메일로 투고 심사를 처리하고 심사 총평을 작성하는 논문투고심사 프로세스는 심사 이력이 관리도 안 될 뿐만 아니라 논문투고 심사 진행 상황을 알 수 없음으로 인한 이용자의 불편함, 시간적 비효율성 등의 많은 단점이 있다. 이에 KISTI는 해외 연구자들이 학술지 생산을 위한 학술활동 전 과정에 참여할 수 있도록 하고자, 학술지를 체계적으로 운영하고 투명한 상호심사(Peer Review) 과정을 포함하는 학술지 전자 출판과정을 온라인으로 처리하고 모든 메뉴 용어를 국제적인 수준의 영어로 기술한 영문 Article Contribution Management System(ACOMS Ver. 4.0)를 개발하였다. 영문ACOMS는 기존 국문 ACOMS와 달리, 학술지 홈페이지를 포함하고 있으며, 저자와 편집위원 혹은 저자와 판사 간의 온라인 논문 교정 프로세스가 들어가 있다. 영문 ACOMS는 2012년 현재에도 국제적인 시스템으로 거듭나기 위해 지속적인 기능개선을 추진하고 있다. 개발된 영문 ACOMS 기능에 대해 살펴보고, 향후 개선방안에 대해 기술한다.

이 논문에서는 스토리지 교체, 복제, 데이터 센터 이전 등 다양한 응용에서 꼭 필요한 온라인 스토리지 마이그레이션 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 온라인 스토리지 마이그레이션 방법은 전송속도를 높이기 위해서 전송 대상 파일들의 익스텐트 맵을 생성하고 물리주소에 따라 순차IO를 수행하여 파일들을 읽고 이를 타겟(target)으로 전송한다. 또한, 전송 중에 발생하는 소스 (source) 측의 변경에 대해서 추적을 하고 이를 로그레코드로 기록하여 전송중의 변경을 타겟측에 반영할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 제안하는 온라인 마이그레이션 방법을 실제로 구현하고 소스와 타겟의 일치성과 온라인 마이그레이션 수행 속도를 측정하는 실험을 수행하였다.

Finding and selecting proper reviewers is a burden on the publisher of the journal. In order to solve this problem, the online submission system started to recommend appropriate reviewers automatically. It includes a variety of new features, from recommending authors in the references of submitted papers as reviewers to finding similar papers by searching the citation index and suggesting reviewer candidates extensively. This study investigated how the online submission system provides functions such as recommendation of reviewers. As a result of examining major online submission systems, ScholarOne and Editorial Manager were recommending reviewer candidates by commercial citation index and review history platform. On the other hand, JAMS, a domestic online submission system, did not have any advanced functions such as recommendation of candidates for reviewers. Sooner or later, in Korea, it seems that more efforts should be made to improve the function of online submission system, such as recommending suitable reviewers for papers.

관광 분야에서 온라인 리뷰의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 온라인 리뷰의 텍스트 데이터는 파악이 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특정 관광지에 대한 온라인 리뷰 텍스트 데이터가 나타내는 전반적인 의견을 직관적으로 도출하는 방법에 대해 알아보고자, 토픽 모델링과 Markov Chain을 시행했다. '해운대'에 대한 온라인 리뷰를 수집한 후, LDA와 BTM을 활용하여 주제를 도출하고, Markov Chain을 시각화하여 키워드 간의 관계와 전체적인 평가 내용을 확인했다. 사용된 기법은 각자 특징적인 결과를 제시했기 때문에 다양한 기법을 상보적으로 이용하기를 제안하였다.

본 연구에서 구축된 멀티미디어 도서관 정보시스템은 대학도서관을 기본 모형으로 하여 설계하였다. 이 시스템은 7 개의 모듈 즉 참고문헌제공 전문가시스템, 학술지 브라우징, 멀티미디어 데이타베이스, 텍스트 데이타베이스(온라인 열람목록, OPAC), 외부데이타베이스(온라인/CD-ROM/인터넷 데이터베이스), 도서관 이용안내, 시스템이용법으로 구성된다. 시스템의 구현 환경은 IBM 컴퓨터 466DX2/Dp을 사용하고 시스템 개발도구로는 하이퍼텍스트 기능이 첨가된 멀티미디어 저작 도구인 멀티미디어 툴북을 이용하고 이용자 인터페이스는 메뉴방식을 채택하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 학습자들의 학습효과를 높힐 수 있는 교수 학습환경을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 학습자들의 학습성취와 학습만족에 미치는 학습자 개인요인- 건강, 가족지원 정도, 컴퓨터 능력, 취업여부, 자기조절학습능력- 에 초점을 두어 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서울사이버대학교 사회복지학부 재학생을 대상으로 수집된 총 226개 설문지를 회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학습성취에는 학습자 개인의 건강, 자기조절학습능력이 유의미한 영향을 보였고, 학습만족에는 가족들의 지원 정도와 자기조절학습능력이 영향을 나타냈다.

In this paper, we design and implement KISTI-ACOMS 2.0, extended from its previous version, applicable to all the academic societies by integrating new concepts, functions and services. KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 provides membership management, paper review management, replaces most extensive customizing with configuration, and supports a variety of unique features such as English service for foreign authors and reviewers, similar article search for preventing piracy and user access control, which are difficult to be implemented in the existing systems being used by Korean societies. Therefore, many academic societies can configure KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 more easily and promptly, and manage their own business such as society administration and journal publication online more effectively.
