  • KCR3과 AACR2R이 온라인 환경 즉, 온라인 목록에 부합되도록 실제적인 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 구두법과 약자, 즉 몇몇 구두법에 대한 재정리 및 약자에 대한 완전철자 사용, masterfile에서의 청구기호의 위치, 서명저자사항에서 공저서 및 공저자 등의 생략없는 완전한 나열, 주기사항에 내용 및 목차주기의 제공, 표목지시로 이용자에게 다양한 접근점의 부출 등을 제시함으로서 온라인 목록에 부합되는 합리적인 편목규칙이 성립될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 온라인 마켓을 통한 교육용 영상콘텐츠의 유통은 안정적인 시장을 형성하고 있지만, 오프라인 교육의 효과를 전적으로 대체하기는 어려운 것으로 나타났다. IT 기술의 발전에 따른 가상현실 시장인 VR(Virtual Reality)이 주목 받고 있으며 이를 접목한 다양한 콘텐츠가 대중에게 서비스 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인에서 교육적인 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육용 VR 영상 플랫폼 제공 방안을 제안한다.

The Development of Policy toward the Students' Access to Their Own Information on NEIS (나이스의 학생개인정보서비스 제공을 위한 인식조사)

  • NEIS (National Education Information SystTem) provides educational information to parents while students are not able to have the direct access to their own academic information. Students filed their request to the National Human Right Agency. The objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility of students direct access to their own information and how to do it. In detail, online survey was conducted from 3,300 students, teachers and parents who are the stake holders of student information service on NEIS regarding whether they are for it, if so how to do it. The result indicated that students, parents and teachers are all positive in that order. It is unexpected that teachers who need to input and are responsible for the accuracy and reliability for student information are also for it. Although the human right law suggests all students have the right to direct access to their own information, the order of operation can be from secondary school level if the operation can not be done all at the same time. The range of information provided through this service is in principle the same as what parents can access except the counseling information.

  • 인터넷의 활용과 컴퓨터 기술환경의 새로운 패러다임 변화는 디지털도서관의 등장을 가져오게 하였으며, 동시에 이미 온라인 서비스를 실시해오던 여러 분야의 정보센터들로 하여금 어떠한 유형의 데이터도 저장, 관리, 제공하며 정보라는 상품을 생산해 내는 정보시장(Information Marketplace)의 역할 자로서 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 1980년대부터 진행되어온 도서관 서지자료의 Database화 작업과 병행하여 도서관 이용자에게 보다 광범위하고 효용성 있는 정보를 제공하기 위한 디지털도서관의 이론적 배경에 대하여 기술하고, 디지털도서관의 주요 소장정보인 원문이미지정보의 처리기술에 대한 이론을 정리하며, 현재국내에서 추진중인 원문이미지정보시스템의 분석을 통하여 향후 디지털도서관 구축시 비교분석 모델을 제시해보고자 한다.

A multi-channel CNN based online review helpfulness prediction model (Multi-channel CNN 기반 온라인 리뷰 유용성 예측 모델 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Online reviews play an essential role in the consumer's purchasing decision-making process, and thus, providing helpful and reliable reviews is essential to consumers. Previous online review helpfulness prediction studies mainly predicted review helpfulness based on the consistency of text and rating information of online reviews. However, there is a limitation in that representation capacity or review text and rating interaction. We propose a CNN-RHP model that effectively learns the interaction between review text and rating information to improve the limitations of previous studies. Multi-channel CNNs were applied to extract the semantic representation of the review text. We also converted rating into independent high-dimensional embedding vectors representing the same dimension as the text vector. The consistency between the review text and the rating information is learned based on element-wise operations between the review text and the star rating vector. To evaluate the performance of the proposed CNN-RHP model in this study, we used online reviews collected from Amazom.com. Experimental results show that the CNN-RHP model indicates excellent performance compared to several benchmark models. The results of this study can provide practical implications when providing services related to review helpfulness on online e-commerce platforms.

CCPA-LINK Web 서비스 이용방법-한국정보통신진흥협회 제공 통계 DB온라인검색 서비스

  • 한국정보통신진흥협회는 각종 조사통계를 바탕으로 지난 91년부터 정보통신관련 통계 및 문헌정보 DB를 구축하여, 94년부터 온라인정보검색시스템인 CCPA-LINK를 통해 정보통신산업 DB를 서비스하고 있다. 95년부터는 신뢰성 있는 자료를 보다 많은 이용자에게 편리하게 제공하고자 인터넷을 통해 Web서비스를 시작했다. CCPA-LINK Web 서비스를 통한 한국정보통신진흥협회의 정보통신산업 DB활용이 정보통신업계 기초자료 제공의 창구역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 특히 한국정보통신진흥협회는 통계청이 지정한 정보통신산업의 통계기관으로서 산업의 각종 통계를 실태조사를 통해 작성, 제공하는 만큼 CCPA-LINK의 서비스 DB 내용이 양과 질적으로 더욱 충실해지고 있어 활용자에게 보다 풍부한 데이타를 제공하게 된다. CCPA-LINK Web 서비스는 일반에게 공개되고 있어 누구나 접속할 수 있다.

A Study on the Effects of Service Quality Factors of Companion Animal Online Shopping Malls on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty (반려동물 온라인 쇼핑몰의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As pets such as dogs and cats have been accepted as family members and companions, calling them companion animals has become more and more common. As the trend of identifying companion animals with humans and treating them as members of a family is spreading, people are more concerned about food, health, and leisure for companion animals, searching for expensive products, and accelerating the growth of related businesses. This study collected data by conducting an online questionnaire targeting customers who visited online companion animal shopping malls. Data collected only for people who have purchased companion animals at least once in online shopping malls for companion animals were used for empirical analysis. Questionnaires from 205 people were collected, but a total of 198 copies were used for the analysis, excluding the questionnaire that gave an insincere response. The results are as follows. First, through exploratory factor analysis, it was confirmed that the service quality factors of the online shopping mall for companion animals consisted of four dimensions: communication-transaction, safe security, design, and information provision. Second, it was found that communication-transactions, information provision, design, and safe security, which are the service quality factors for companion animal online shopping malls, all have a significant positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that customer satisfaction in online shopping malls for companion animals had a significant positive (+) effect on loyalty. Fourth, in the relationships between service quality factors (communication transaction, safety security, design, information provision) and loyalty of companion animal online shopping mall, it was confirmed that customer satisfaction has complete mediating effects.

A Web-based Monitoring System of Class Status (웹기반 학업상태모니터링시스템의 구현)

  • Computer based teaming system has considerable influence upon teaching technique and teaming efficiency. It is possible to make a learner-oriented teaching in the online learning system. In this case, it can provide easily and immediately learner with various information that relate to class status, for example, attendance, examination score and so on. In the case of conventional off-line education, however, it is inefficient to provide the information of class status for learners compared with on-line system. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system of class status which can provide various information of teaming status for learners, instructors and advisors. It is useful to advise student's course work and job. The main purpose of this system is to prepare a monitoring system of class status on a web based e-class system. It achieves self-monitoring systems which provide a feedback data as a result of class for students.

  • 인터넷과 통신기술의 발전으로 온라인 정보소스와 정보사용자의 수가 증가되었다. 이것은 정보시스템간 특히 데이터베이스간의 통합을 요구한다. 데이터베이스간 통합에 대한 연구는 오래 전부터 시작되었고, 많은 결과들이 발표되고 있다. 기존의 데이터베이스간 통합 방법은 일반적으로 전역데이터모델(Global Data Model)을 제공해야하며, 전역스키마(Global Schema) 작성, 전역스키마와 지역스키마간 번역과 같은 복잡한 작업들을 필요로 한다. 이는 최종 사용자에게 다양한 질의(정보)와 이질적인 지역 데이터베이스들에 대한 단일접근방법을 제공하기 위함이다. 하지만 데이터베이스간 통합이 요구되는 영역에서 필요한 정보만 제공해 준다면 다양한 질의를 제공하기 위한 기존 정보통합시스템들의 요구사항은 오버헤드로 작용한다. 본 논문은 데이터베이스간 통합 시 필요한 정보를 기반으로 데이터베이스간 통합을 하는 I2system(Information Integration System)을 제안한다. 이는 기존의 정보통합방법의 오버헤드를 줄이며, 단순하고 확장성 있는 데이터베이스간 통합을 제공한다.

An Analysis of Online Readers' Advisory Services Offered by Public Libraries (공공도서관의 온라인 독자상담 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the rapid advancement of information technology and changes in the reading environment, the readers' advisory services provided by public libraries are facing challenges and opportunities. Recognizing the need for public libraries to respond and propel their services forward, this study analyzed the current status of online readers' advisory services offered by public libraries in Korea and discusses areas that require improvement. To achieve this, the study analyzed the online readers' advisory services in 50 public libraries located in Seoul and six metropolitan cities (Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, Busan, and Ulsan) across seven categories. These categories encompass various aspects, such as announcing reading programs and new books, identifying and addressing reader needs, developing content by librarians, generating content by readers, providing guidance on external reading information, connecting with professional book review databases and online websites, and utilizing social media services. Through this analysis, the study identified areas for improvement to enhance online readers' advisory services in public libraries and ultimately improve reader satisfaction. It suggested enhancing activities such as librarians' book recommendations and reviews for individual readers, reader participation, and interaction.
