This paper aims to analyze the hyperlink between the portal sites and the press dot coms news and to grasp the features of news service on the online journalism. As a result of the analysis, the portal sites, in the number of news articles which the hyperlink service had been provided, were more than the press dot coms. But in the number of the hyperlinks in the news story which hyperlink service had been provided, the press dot coms were more than the portal sites. The contents that were hyperlinked to the news stories of online journalism were composed of a informative type and an advertising one. All contents that were hyperlinked to the news stories on portal site were informative. On the other hand, about 92% of the contents that were hyperlinked to the news stories on the press web sites were advertising. By means of this analysis, the features of news service on the online journalism could be grasped.

공공정보의 온라인서비스는 이제 공공기관이 일방적으로 제공하는 민원서비스의 하나에서 탈피하여 시민이 가장 많이 방문하는 최대의 대 시민 접점공간이 되어버렸다. 시민들의 온라인을 통한 서비스 수준은 기관이 보유한 대안보다 훨씬 복잡하고 다양하다고 할 수 있다. 바야흐로 u-City 시대, 정보문명 속에서 더욱 다양해신 시민들의 Life Style, 더욱 많아진 정보전달 수단들, 이 모든 생활환경에 맞는 공공기관의 온라인서비스 방법에 대한 문제점과 대안을 제시하였다.

최근 Web 2.0 발달과 더불어 블로그나 온라인 카페 등 웹 상의 사용자가 개인적인 정보를 자유롭게 개제할 수 있도록 하는 인터넷서비스가 증가하면서, 이 사용자들 간의 관계에 초점을 맞춘 소셜 네트워크 분양의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 많은 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 정보자원을 컴퓨터가 처리할 수 있는 의미적인 정보로 표현하고 있지 않기 때문에 서로 다른 도메인 간에 공유와 재사용이 어렵고, 사회적 개체들 간의 관계가 명확하게 정의되어 있지 않아 소셜 네트워크 분석에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 가상 커뮤니티 사용자들이 업로드 한 사진 데이터를 이용한 시맨틱 웹 기반의 소셜 네트워크 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 온톨로지를 기반으로 사진에서 추출된 얼굴 개체와의 관계와 이미 인맥 관계를 형성하고 있는 사람들의 정보적 연결성을 명확하게 정의하고 도메인 규칙을 활용하여 의미 있는 사회적 연결 관계를 추론한다. 이를 그래프로 시각화하여 사용자에게 제공함으로써 온라인 상에서 형성된 커뮤니티 내에서 효율적인 소셜 네트워크 분석을 도모하고 이를 기반으로 다양한 응용 분야에 활용하는 방법을 모색한다.

시각장애인이 이미지로 구성된 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 정보를 얻기 어려운 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 이미지 텍스트 변환 알고리즘 연구를 진행하였다. 해당 연구를 기반으로 개발한 어플리케이션 <들리네>는 쇼핑몰 홈페이지로부터 정보를 수집하고, 이미지 속 텍스트를 추출하여 전처리 및 음성 변환 과정을 거쳐 사용자에게 제공한다. <들리네>는 사용자가 이미지 정보로 이루어진 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 명확한 정보를 편리하게 얻는 것을 목표로 한다.

최근 IT기술의 발달로 인하여 다양한 분야에서 IT기술을 활용한 융합기술의 시도가 많아지고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 발달과 전자책(e-Book) 시장규모가 커짐에 따라 도서에 대한 정보가 많아지고 있으며, 이러한 정보를 분석하여 활용하는 서비스 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 서비스되고 있는 대부분의 온라인 서점에서는 도서의 기본 서지정보와 같이 도서 본문 내용과는 무관한 출판사나 서점에서 도서를 관리하기 위한 정보만을 제공하고 있으며, 도서에 대한 다양한 정보를 활용한 키워드 추출 및 장르 분류를 통한 검색의 효율성 제공이 미흡한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 도서의 본문 텍스트 정보를 마이닝 처리하여 도서 페이지의 흐름에 따라 포함되어있는 장르를 분류하고 이에 대한 결과를 사용자에게 친화적인 시각화 기법으로 제공되는 시스템을 설계하고 구축하였다. 제안한 서비스 시스템은 의미 분석을 기반으로 도서 정보의 구체적, 실제적, 직관적 정보를 제공하여 도서 추천 서비스에 활용될 것이다.

Information is increasing continuously in on-line, it is real condition that inaccurate informations are mass-produced but effort to keep accuracy of these informations is lacking. Already, research about government official of information in World Wide Web is consisting of various method and viewpoint, but problem for the importance of correct information offer and offer of mistake information in World Wide Web about specification target and administration way presentation are no research reward yet and system that can keep accuracy of information is not equiped properly. ss and accuracy whether mistake information in harbor and bay connection web site's administration influences how in authoritativeness security of site and present condition information of harbor and bay and operation information. In this study, we wish to present administration way about mistake informations that is required that recognize problem of mistake information and the administration's importance in on-line in this research, and supply phenomenon information in Web site. We made the right definition about mistake of information through priority literature investigation and virtued research for this, and sorted mistake information in type. And we investigated Pusan port connection information and offered present condition in on-line and research on actual state of mistake information offer and analysis. Reflecting type and special quality of examined mistake informations, We want to make people recognize the importance af freshness and accuracy whether mistake information in harbor and bay connection web site's administration influences how in authoritativeness security of site and present condition information of harbor and bay and operation information.

정보화사회로의 이행에 있어 두드러진 특징 중 하나는 대규모의 자료를 저장, 관리하고 이를 온라인을 통해 원활하게 유통할 수 있는 정보서비스산업의 발전을 들 수있다. 웹정보콘텐츠란 웹을 통해 제공되는 정보 콘텐츠를 의미한다. 이처럼 웹을 통해 제공되는 정보를 웹정보콘텐츠라고 한다면, 광의적으로는 웹상 에존재하는모든정보를웹정보콘텐츠라고부를수있을것이다. 그러나 여기서는 웹을 통해 제공되는데이터베이스화된 정보콘텐츠라고 정의, 이러한 웹정보 콘텐츠를 제작, 서비스하는 산업이라고 의미를 한정했다. 지난해 전세계 웹정보콘텐츠시장은 약 365억달러 규모를형성, 꾸준한 성장세를 이어가고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Online recruitment services have emerged as one of the most popular Internet services, providing job seekers with a comprehensive list of jobs and a search engine. But many recruitment services suffer from shortcomings due to their reliance on traditional client-pull information access model, in manay cases resulting in unfocused search results. Worldjob+, being operated by The Human Resources Development Service of Korea, addresses these problems and uses Splunk, a platform for analyzing machine data, to provide a more proactive and personalised services. It focuses on enhancing the existing system in two different ways: (a) using personalised automated matching techniques to proactively recommend most preferrable profile or specification information for each job opening announcement or recruiting company, (b) and to recommend most preferrable or desirable job opening announcement for each job-seeker. This approach is a feature-free recommendation technique that recommends information items to a given user based on what similar users have previously liked. A brief discussion about the potential benefit is also provided as a conclusion.

Increasingly important user based service on the smart media era, and increasing awareness about the user experience. As the connected Internet information systems increases, one of the problems happening between users and information systems such as Internet shopping-malls, portal sites, and corporate web sites is related with the information privacy concerns issues. Thus, we have reviewed extensive previous studies on information privacy in local and foreign information systems, marketing and other fields. The purpose of this study is to provide future directions of studies on information privacy concerns by analyzing past and recent trends of the studies. By considering these realities, we were conducted review on the influencing factors of information privacy concerns on behavior intention based the online environment. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed.

교수-학습과정에서 학습자가 가지고 있는 학습 장애는 학습 결과에 많은 영향을 미친다. 학습자의 학습 장애를 정확하게 진단하고 이를 고려한 수업 활동이 전개되어야 효과적인 교수-학습 활동이 이루어 질 수 있다. 학습 장애의 특성상 장애 진단과 처방과정에서는 비공개적인 접근이 요구된다. 인터넷 기반의 온라인 학습 장애 진단과 처방시스템은 이와 같은 문제를 해결할 수 있는 유용한 방안 중의 하나가 될 것이다. 하지만 기 구축되어 운영 중인 온라인 기반 학습 장애 관련 사이트들은 학습 장애를 진단해 주고 처방해 주기 보다는 학습 장애 정보를 안내해 주는 정도의 수준에 에 그치고 있다. 단순히 웹문서 형태의 정보제공 체제이거나 텍스트 기반의 지식 전달 체계로 인하여 학습자 개개인의 특성을 고려한 장애 진단에 한계점을 가지고 있다. 학습 장애에 대한 지식을 체계화함과 동시에 일정한 기준에 의해 연관성을 지어 줄 수 있는 의미 분석과 추론 등의 방법에 사용되어지는 온톨로지를 활용하게 되면 기존의 시스템이 가지는 제한점들을 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 상황에서 학습자의 학습 장애를 정확하게 진단하기 위해 온톨로지를 이용하여 학습장애 진단 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 온톨로지의 구축에 사용된 도구는 protege-2000을 사용하였다. 진단시스템 개발 환경으로 학습자의 인터페이스는 Visual C++, 교사의 인터페이스는 Visual Studio.NET을 사용하였으며, DBMS는 Microsoft Office Access와 MS-SQL Server를 사용하였다. 이 연구는 OWL 온톨로지를 사용하여 보다 지능화된 학습 장애 진단시스템을 개발함으로써 실현 가능성을 제안하고 있는 것이 연구의 의의이다.
