전력용 변압기 운반, 설치, 고장전류 유입 등으로 권선 및 철심의 접지, 권선의 층간단락, 개방, 기계적 변형, 이탈, 구조물의 기계적 손상, 이완 등이 발생해도 현재 보유하고 있는 진단장비만으로는 정확한 이상 판단이 불가하여 변압기 해체 후 확인 하는 현실을 감안하여 변압기 기계적 변형 고장분석이 가능한 장비 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 또한 변압기 등 변전기기 고장 발생시 광범위한 고객 정전 및 복구비용이 발생(년 평균 3건)하고 있어 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 2003년 한전에 도입된 SFRA(Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer) 주파수 반응 분석기의 진단 원리 및 권선변형 진단사례를 소개하고자 한다.

최근 국내에서 가스절연송전선(GIL : Gas Insulated Transmission Line)의 실계통 도입을 위하여 345kV급 GIL의 개발 및 적용을 위한 연구 및 검토가 수행되고 있다. 가공선로의 일부구간을 GIL로 대치하는 데 있어서, 변전소측이 원거리일 경우에는 변전소 내부의 차단기나 단로기 등 개폐 써지에 의한 과전압의 영향은 감쇄효과로 인하여 그다지 크지 않지만, 현재 설치 예정선로와 같이 변전소 측과의 거리가 약 2.6[km]로 짧을 경우 차단기 동작에 의한 개폐써지의 영향을 무시할 수 없게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GIL 시스템이 가공송전선로와 연계된 경우 근접한 변전소단에서 개폐를 가정하였을 때, GIL 시스템과 가공송전선로에서 발생할 수 있는 개폐과전압에 대하여 과도해석 프로그램인 EMTP를 이용하여 검토하였다.

We focus on the investigations of the effect of social networks on the diffusion of innovations, in order to successfully bring innovations into markets. We begin with consideration of social system from Rogers(1995)' perspective, which includes the fifty-year sequential tradition of diffusion studies, and expand the conceptualization into a framework for thinking about the effect of social networks on the diffusion of innovations. We draw upon basic ideas from the research traditions of social network theory in sociology, and social identity theory in social psychology. Finally, we offer propositions for the future empirical researches. A better understanding of social networks can complement research on the diffusion of innovations and help in the development of a universal model of consumer response to innovations.

Objectives : The metastasis among the Five Viscera are given, passim, in the Hwangjenaegyeong (黃帝內經). Generally, the metastasis among the Five Viscera followed 'mutual generation' and 'mutual overcoming' of the Five Elements. But, the metastasis among the Five Viscera on the Gi Gual Ron not followed. The metastasis are connected with the Eight Diagrams. The Eight Diagrams are classified 'Earlier Heaven' and 'Later Heaven'. It also be assigned the Five Elements. Results : The metastasis order and the principle of shift its location from 'Earlier Heaven' to 'Later Heaven' are similar. Conclusions : Therefore, the metastasis among the Five Viscera on the Gi Gual Ron is based on the law of shift its location from 'Earlier Heaven' to 'Later Heaven'.

Vessel boundary detection and modeling is a difficult but a necessary task in analyzing the mechanics of inflammation and the structure of the microvasculature. In this paper we present a method of analyzing the structure by means of an active contour model(using GVF Snake) for vessel boundary detection and 3D reconstruction. For this purpose we used a virtual vessel model and produced a phantom model. From these phantom images we obtained the contours of the vessel by GVF Snake and then reconstructed a 3D structure by using the coordinates of snakes.

Current seismic design provisions such as ASCE 7-10 provide criteria for selecting ground motions for conducting response history analysis. This study is the sequel of a companion paper (I - Ground Motion Selection) for assessment of the ASCE 7-10 criteria. To assess of the ASCE 7-10 criteria, nonlinear response history analyses of twelve single degree of freedom (SDF) systems and one multi-degree of freedom (MDF) system are conducted in this study. The results show that the target seismic demands for SDF can be predicted using the mean seismic demands over seven and ten ground motions selected according to the proposed method within an error of 30% and 20%, respectively

Cyclone is widely adopted in the vacuum cleaner, because of the simple structure, the high dust collection efficiency and its transparency feature, which can be shown to the customer. At past times, cyclone performance was represented by collection efficiency, flow rate, pressure drop etc. At recent times the noise problem is getting important as cyclone comes into home-appliances. In this paper, pressure drop of cyclone and it's noise were measured at the variation of the cyclone structure and the main sources of cyclone peak noise was found by experimental and numerical analysis. In addition, the structure for peak noise reduction was suggested and it is beneficial both pressure drop and noise reduction.

2003년부터 석유가격의 급격한 상승으로 인한 리비아 정부의 재정투자 증대 및 경제자유화 조치에 따른 내수증가 등으로 2003년 경제성장률이 9.1% 2004년도 7.9%, 2005년 8.45%의 눈부신 경제성장을 이룩하고 있는 리비아 전력수요를 예측하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 리비아 국영전력회사(GECOL) 직원들을 대상으로 수요예측에 관한 교육을 시행하고 향후 리비아 경제발전과 전력소비의 연관성에 에 관해 고찰하였다. 급증하는 오일달러를 이용한 사회간접 인프라구축에 집중하는 반면에 인접국가들과의 전력 계통연계도 함께 관찰하여 최적의 모델을 찾아 전력수요 예측에 활용할 수 있다.

이 논문은 2회선 가공송전선의 1회선 고장시에 선로 운전의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 단시간 과도정격을 결정하기 위한 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 먼저 선로의 단시간 과도정격 산정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요소들인 도체의 수명, 접속개소의 안정성, 선로의 지상고 및 이격거리에 대하여 살펴본 후, 이를 바탕으로 국내 상황에 적합한 과도정격 운영방안을 제시한다.

국내 도심지 전력계통망을 구성하고 있는 지중송전선로는 345kV, 154kV XLPE 케이블로 건설되고 있다. 도심지의 확장과 수요증가로 선로의 대용량화, 대도체화가 진행되고 있고, 송전용량 증대를 위한 신기술도 역시 지속 발전하고 있다. 새로운 신자재, 신공법이 아닌 케이블 재배치, 매설심도 조정 등 시스템 디자인을 통해 허용전류를 극대화하고, 경제적인 대용량 송전선로를 구축하기 위하여 연구한 송전케이블의 관로 최적시공방안을 소개하고자 한다.
