  • 인터넷의 편재성과 유용성 때문에 인터넷이 산업현 장에까지 확장 적용될 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격지나 또는 바로 산업 현장에 대한 예측가능 유지 보수가 수행될 수 있도록 하는 가상 디바이스 네트워크의 관리 시스템에 대한 개념을 제시하다. 디바이스 제어 네트워크로서 LonWorks 네트워크를 선택하고. 데이터 네트워크로는 이더넷을 선택하여 가상 디바이스 네트워크를 구성하였다. 가상 디바이스 네트워크를 구현하기 위해 LonTalk/IP 게이트웨이/웹 서버를 이용하였다. 가상 디바이스 네트워크의 운영 및 관리를 통한 응용 예로서 기업의 가상 머신/생산 시스템에 관한 예측 유지보수 예를 제시하였다.

Priority Area Prediction Service for Local Road Packaging Maintenance Using Spatial Big Data (공간 빅데이터를 활용한 지방도 포장보수 우선지역 예측 서비스)

  • The current status of local road pavement management in Jeollabuk-do only relies on the accomplishments of the site construction company's pavement repair and is only managed through Microsoft Excel and word documents. Furthermore, the budget is irregular each year. Accordingly, a systematic maintenance plan for local roads is necessary. In this paper, data related to road damage and road environment were collected and processed to derive possible areas which could suffer from road damage. The effectiveness of the methodology was reviewed through the on-site inspection of the area. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, in 2018, the number of damages on general national roads were about 47,000. In 2019, it reached around 38,000. Furthermore, the number of lawsuits regarding the road damages were about 93 in 2018 and it increased to 119 in 2019. In the case of national roads, the number of damages decreased compared to 2018 due to pavement repairs. To measure the priorities in maintenance of local roads at Jeollabuk-do, data on maintenance history, local port hole occurrence site, overlapping business section, and emergency maintenance section were transformed into data. Eventually, it led to improvements in maintenance of local roads. Furthermore, spatial data were constructed using various current status data related to roads, and finally the data was processed into a new form that could be utilized in machine learning and predictions. Using the spatial data, areas requiring maintenance on pavement were predicted and the results were used to establish new budgets and policies on road management.

  • The assessment and prediction of service life of a structure are usually under uncertainty so that rational probabilistic concepts and methods have to be applied. Based on these rational assessment and prediction, optimum maintenance strategies to minimize the life-cycle cost and/or maximize the structural safety can be established. The service life assessment and prediction considering maintenance actions generally includes effects of maintenance types and times of the structural components on the service life extensions of structural system. Existing researches on the service life management have revealed the appropriate system modeling considering the correlation among the components is required for system reliability analysis and probabilistic service life estimation. However, the study on correlation among the maintenance actions is still required. This paper deals with such a study for more effective and efficient service life management. In this paper, both the preventive and essential maintenances are considered for the extended service life estimation and management.

Study on the Maintenance Cost of Railway Infrastructure Using Line Classification and TMV Data (선로등급 및 검측차 검측정보를 고려한 철도시설 유지보수비용 산정에 관한 연구)

  • During the feasibility study of new rail lines, maintenance cost of railway infrastructure has mostly been estimated based on the track length and on simplified parameters; however, the estimation reliability can be improved by employing the correction factor from UIC 715, as well as the line classification in UIC 714. The correlations between maintenance cost and various parameters such as weighted track length based on line classification, radius of curvature, gradient and worn -out rate have been analyzed according to the case studies. Prediction of the maintenance cost has been carried out using the cost data, which were representative of the whole cost data; as a result, it was demonstrated that a cost model based on the line classification and the correction factor was more reliable than the existing models. Furthermore, possibilities of using data from both the track measurement vehicle and from the maintenance information system, which are under development, have been investigated and, based on this investigation, a combined cost model using line classification, radius of curvature, gradient and worn-out rate, among other factors, will be proposed in the near future.

  • 본 논문은 고속선에서 전차선 귀선전류를 측정하여 UM71-C 궤도회로의 유지보수를 향상하고자한다. KTX 36호에 구축된 차상 검측시스템 중 귀선전류 검측시스템에서 레일 좌/우에 흐르는 전차선 귀선전류 및 레일 간의 귀선전류 차를 검측하여 불평형 상태를 비교 및 분석하였다. 이러한 결과는 궤도회로 설비들에 대한 구성요소의 기능저하를 사전 예측하여 열차의 안전운행을 확보하기 위한 자료로 활용하고, 또한 검측시스템에서 얻어진 데이터들과 비를 통해 향후 유지보수에 활용 가능한 지침 및 분석기준을 마련하고자 한다.

  • 소프트웨어 보증은 소프트웨어의 신뢰성, 예측 가능한 실행으로 정의할 수 있다. 신뢰성은 악의적인 의도로 발생할 수 있는 버퍼 오버플로, 메모리 릭 등의 보안 취약점이 존재하지 않아야 한다는 것이고, 예측 가능한 실행은 소프트웨어가 개발 시 의도한대로 실행되어야 한다는 것 이다. 소프트웨어 보증을 위한 작업은 소프트웨어 개발 생명 주기의 개발과 유지보수 단계 모두에서 수행되어야 한다. 국외 기관인 NIST, SANS 등은 개발 단계에서의 보증을 위해 필요한 툴, 프로그래밍 가이드라인, 오류 식별 문서 등을 공개하고 관련 프로젝트를 지원하였다. 본 논문에서는 상대적으로 연구가 부족한 유지보수 단계에서의 소프트웨어 보증을 위해 신뢰와 평판 기반의 소프트웨어 보증 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 사용자에게 해당 소프트웨어에 대한 다른 사용자의 평판과 다양한 의견을 제공하고, 이에 따른 신뢰도를 함께 제공한다. 이는 사용자가 안전한 소프트웨어를 선별하고 사용하는데 도움을 준다.

  • The maintenance and repair period consists the largest part of a construction project life cycle cost. However, it has been analyzed that the repairing plan relies on regulations and the officers' experience mostly that sometimes lead to performing unnecessary work. Moreover, the data occurred during repairing have not been stored in a system that can be used in future plans. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest a repairing cost and time predicting model by applying the properties of the building.

  • Software changes for various kinds of reasons and they increase maintenance cost. Software metrics, as quantitative values about attributes of software, have been adopted for predicting maintenance cost and fault-proneness. This paper proposes relationship between some typical object-oriented metrics and software changes in industrial settings. We used seven metrics which are concerned with size, complexity coupling, inheritance and polymorphism, and collected data about the number of changes during the development of an Information system on .NET platform. Based on them, this paper proposes a model for predicting the number of changes from the object-oriented metrics using multiple regression analysis technique.

  • Pavement Management System has a special purpose that the rehabilitation strategy applied on pavement should be executable in view of technical and economical point after new pavement open to the traffic. To achieve that purpose, a reliable pavement performance prediction model should be embeded in the system. The object of this study is to develop a probabilistic pavement performance prediction model for evaluating asphalt pavements based on the Markov chain concept. In this paper, methodology of the Markov chain modeling principle is explained, and the application of this model to asphalt pavement is described. As the results, transition matrics for predicting asphalt pavement performance are obtained, and also performance life is estimated quantitatively by this system.
