The image distortion field has been studied and applied variously in the fields of engineering and art. This research is to express artistic sense by using the engineering technology on image distortion. In order to do this, the paper first examines the aesthetic interpretations on artistic expressions of image distortion. Then, it explains that image distortion using magnetic force can be an artistic expression method and includes user immersion elements. In addition, it demonstrates that image distortion can be used as an artistic emotional expression based on interaction. This research will contribute to the production and development of creative emotional contents through the convergence of scientific technology and art.

현대 패션분야에서 디자이너들의 예술적 표현의 주제이자 매체로서 활용되고 있는 빛은 보다 감성지향적인 방향으로 발전되는 추세로서, 빛을 활용한 감성 패션디자인에 대한 표현 방법과 조형적 특성을 분석하는 것은 매우 의미있는 일이다. 패션디자인에서 빛을 표현하는 방법으로는 빛의 반사, 이미지 표현, 발광, 투사에 의해 독창적으로 응용되어져 표현되어 왔으며, 다양한 빛의 표현을 위해 재료의 물성을 조작함으로써 얻을 수 있는 빛의 유희, 명암이나 형태, 색채를 통한 빛의 재현, 발광물질이나 인공광에 의한 발광, 프로젝터를 통한 빛 이미지 등 다양한 표현방법이 활용되고 있었다. 빛이 활용된 감성 패션디자인의 조형적 특성으로는 상호작용성, 영상성, 투명성, 실험성으로 분류되었다. 상호작용성은 착용자의 행위에 의한 변형과 신체의 변화나 감정의 변화에 의한 불빛이나 영상 패턴이 바뀌는 등 형태나 컬러, 영상의 변형 등 착용자의 메시지 전달이나, 감정표현, 신체보호, 그리고 재미를 유발하는 효과를 자아내는 것으로 나타났다. 영상성은 디지털 이미지를 활용한 것과 내부 광원에 의한 발광성으로 분류되며, 드레스에 장착된 수많은 LED 에 의한 영상을 만들거나 이미지를 확대시키는 방법으로 표현된 영상성은 심미적인 효과가 우선시되었다. 투명성은 주로 비닐, 플라스틱, 기능적 소재 등 투명한 소재들을 이용하여 대부분 재료의 특성이 조형적 특성으로 분석되었고, 외부와의 개방성과 위장가능성의 효과를 준다거나, 투명한 재질에 이미지가 변화하는 이미지의 중첩성과 같은 효과를 나타내었다. 실험성은 새로운 실험적 도구로서의 패션을 표현하고자 할 때, '빛'을 매개체로 하여 관심을 유도하고 재미를 더해주며, 신비주의적 환상이나 호기심을 불러일으키는 효과를 나타내었다. 이처럼 빛을 활용한 패션디자인은 빛을 매개체로 하여 다양한 표현방법으로 활용이 가능하며 특유의 조형적 특성을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Flowers are one of the most natural expressions of human expression. Recently, these flowers have been applied to various kinds of products to enhance their aesthetic value and to use them as artistic materials expressing their vitality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the formative characteristics of flowers that are visually beautiful and to express them visually through the fusion of various products used in daily life. Based on this research, we study the importance of emotional design that gives satisfaction to consumers and new design expression techniques. In addition, we pursue the aesthetic value of the product with naturalness and original design sense, and develop sensibility product design expressing design sensitivity by combining floral motif with various products based on expression of decoration using image of flower. I would like to suggest the possibility of development of sensible product design.

In this study, we tried to produce moving-image works through sentiment analysis of music. First, Google natural language API was used for the sentiment analysis of lyrics, then the result was applied to the image visualization rules. In prior engineering researches, text-based sentiment analysis has been conducted to understand users' emotions and attitudes by analyzing users' comments and reviews in social media. In this study, the data was used as a material for the creation of artworks so that it could be used for aesthetic expressions. From the machine's point of view, emotions are substituted with numbers, so there is a limit to normalization and standardization. Therefore, we tried to overcome these limitations by linking the results of sentiment analysis of lyrics data with the rules of formative elements in visual arts. This study aims to transform existing traditional art works such as literature, music, painting, and dance to a new form of arts based on the viewpoint of the machine, while reflecting the current era in which artificial intelligence even attempts to create artworks that are advanced mental products of human beings. In addition, it is expected that it will be expanded to an educational platform that facilitates creative activities, psychological analysis, and communication for people with developmental disabilities who have difficulty expressing emotions.

A game graphics, one of computer graphics, has grown rapidly and diversified expression techniques through continuous trials and studies. Rendering methods in game graphics are divided into two branches. The one is Protorealistic rendering method expressing realistic images like photos and the other is NPR(Non-Protorealistic rendering) method expressing emotion and artistry of human being. This paper analyzes how NPR techniques are used in game and what features are in their applications. And this paper suggests various effects for game graphics in an artistic viewpoint. So, this study aims at supporting production of more emotional, familiar and artistic games by understanding merits, demerits and applicabilities of recent NPR researches.

Five Plus One' is a result of visual expressions on five senses such as the sense of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Although I searched for the data on five senses, there were only information which was quoted in various languages and scientific bases, and also most of the books written were far from artistic expressions including visual pleasure and emotional expressions. In addition, most materials were mainly textbooks for children's intellectual development, academic papers, and medical publications. Therefore, I made this book that makes us to communicate about five senses and an inspiration even though we have a problem to read writings in both Korean and English. I arranged visual elements using illustrations and typography in various ways based on the scientific evidence.

본 연구는 예술심리치료 및 심상유도의 접근을 통해 영상치료로서의 시각적, 청각적 표현 범위와 치료요소를 찾는데 목적을 두고 있다. 현재 인간의 사회 활동 중에 생기는 정신적 육체적 스트레스를 예방 및 해소하기 위해 이루어지는 치료 활동 중 영상을 이용한 심리치료의 노력이 다방면으로 행해지고 있다. 치료의 형태는 주로 예술심리치료에 속하는 이미지와 기능음악, 클래식 등을 결합한 영상과 음향의 복합적 활용 방식이 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 이는 치료적 요소에 초점을 두고 체계적인 제작이 되지 앉아 심리치료의 한계를 드러내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 먼저 기존의 병원, 테라피 공간 및 공공장소에서 일반인을 대상으로 행해지고 있는 영상심리치료의 현황을 파악하고, 행해지는 치료 형태 분류를 통해 색채.미술심리치료에서 사용되어지는 이미지 활용과 음악치료 기법 중 GIM(Guided Imagery and music: 음악과 심상유도) 활용을 중심으로 일반인을 대상으로 하여 실험연구를 진행하였다. 실험 대상물은 영상이미지와 음향의 두 가지 자극이 복합되어 혹은 단일의 자극으로 주어지는 경우를 구분하여 정서적 반응을 조사하고, 전반적인 치료영상에 대한 선호도 조사를 통해 긍정적 정서를 불러일으키는 이미지 및 음향 요소를 도출한다. 이는 향후 영상심리치료의 체계적인 가이드라인 제작과 평가 척도 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

Arts have changed continuously reflecting the times with the political atmosphere and social systems. As political, economic, and social big changes have occurred since World War II, antihistorical tendencies rejecting modernism in the early 20th century have come to appear in culture and arts as well. With these social changes, radical, avant-garde and artistic tendencies with strong experimental spirits, which rejected modernism took place especially in American dancing world. Trends of improvised elements and experimental trials were dominated discovering expressions of new movements in intentions and expressions of works. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on choreographic forms of modern dance until today by exploring choreographic characteristics of this postmodernism. To examine post-modernist inclinations in works, Trisha Brown who led American post-modern dance stressed dance for expressions of movements in themselves and pure movements by actively accepting into dance works American social flows which played a major role in postmodernism starting from 1960s. American modern dancers considered body in itself as important one and any emotional expressions and individual sensitivity is excluded as their physical expressions are factual, realistic, and due to their movements. They imprinted dance as valuable art by recreating ordinary behaviors into dance, using space excellently and forming experimental dance shapes. Therefore, it can be said that through analyzing brown's works, we proposed a new direction getting out of limits of arts and provided a direction of essential dance alt to movements of modern dance and choreographic shapes.

Digital Technology actively utilized in all spheres by rapid changes in information and knowledge demands transformations not only in the sociocultural and educational spheres but also specifically in the field of arts education. Digital Technology becomes a challenging factor for the field of arts education. In this study purposed a new teaching-learning approach method in arts education, called "Music Technology-Based Learning"(hereafter, MTBL), which is to, first, take interdisciplinary approaches combining various subjects in the field of arts education. In the case study was conducted to examine the educational effects of the MTBL approach to the liberal arts course in university: mind maps derived from 2 sessions (pre-class and post-class), evaluation sheets regarding self-directed learning and in-depth interviews with ten voluntary learners after the class were used as methods for data collection. The result of case study shows positive changes in the terms of the degrees of emotional sensibilities of the learners. Moreover, the research confirmed the potential of MTBL as a new teaching and learning methodology in art education.

Korea's film industry structure is focused on commercial movies centering on large companies, and its diversity and artistry are relatively overlooked. In addition to trends in the digital media age, the flood of consumable contents on the basis of special effects such as C.G, And is losing popularity as a popular art. The popular art should lead the mature social culture with the educational enlightenment character which induces the indirect experience and the wide insight of the world through the material and expression about the humanities study of the individual and the society. The analysis of the society's artistry and artistry about the movie "(2017)" can be a measure of the definition and kind of artistry in commercial movies and methodology about the manifestation of artistry. As a research methodology, we try to measure the future of the film industry by analyzing the status of the film as popular art, such as intellectual exploration and logical completeness of the essence of society, Through analyzing and criticizing the artistic characteristics in commercial films, I would like to suggest some improvement points by deriving the indicators of the artistic nature of commercial films. The film "1987" is a good example of an ideal commercial film with an artistry that cultivates cultural literacy, promotes civic consciousness through enlightenment messages, and plays a role of self-reflection through art experience. In other words, it shows the possibilities of commercial film with artistry in popular culture, such as a humanistic examination of true history and society, and an introspective gaze of the director expressed through the film society.
