The purpose of this study is finding the way of vitalizing local festival of Chung-buk through successful local festivals and local festivals of Chung-buk. Therefore this study analyzed case of local festivals Young dong with reference definitude, participation, foundation, organizing, capability of calling the people. And It is pointing out the problems of the local festivals and suggesting the ways of vitalizing local festival in Chung-buk.

귀중한 수자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 홍수 피해를 저감하고 환경친화적인 수자원의 역할을 제대로 자리매김하기 위하여 무엇보다 필요한 사항은 신뢰성 있는 유량자료를 기초자료로서 확보하는 것이다. 그러나 유량 측정에 필요한 측정기준의 불명확, 예산과 측정장비의 부족, 전문 인력의 부재로 인해 그동안 유량자료에 대한 문제 제기가 계속되어 온 것이 사실이다. 최근 유량조사사업단의 설립과 함께 정도 높은 유량자료를 생성하고자 유량측정을 전문적으로 담당하는 인력이 유량측정과 분석을 일상적으로 수행하는 등 개선의 노력을 계속하고 있다. 강화된 유량측정 기준과 개선된 방법론에 따른 현장측정을 통해 정밀한 유량측정성과를 확보하였으며, 측정된 유량측정성과의 일상 검증을 통해 보다 정밀한 유량측정성과를 확보하고자 하였다. 또한 유량자료를 생성하여 이를 평가함으로써 유량측정 전 과정이 적절하게 이루어졌는지를 평가하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 낙동강 수계 본류의 주요 9개 대상 지점에 대해 신뢰성 있는 수위-유량관계곡선을 개발할 수 있었다. 개발된 곡선식을 이용하여 유량자료를 생성하고 상 하류간 비교, 유출률 분석 등을 통해 생성된 유량자료를 검토하였다. 확정된 유량자료는 양질의 수준을 갖는 것으로 평가되었다.

본 연구는 우리나라 대학의 창업교육센터(Entrepreneurship Education Center)에 대한 조사를 수행하여 선행 조사DB와 비교 분석하였다. 창업교육센터 실태조사를 바탕으로 대학별 정량적 정성적 지표를 측정하여 상위그룹과 하위그룹의 구분하고 두 집단의 차이점과 성공운영 요인을 분석하였다. 창업교육센터의 일반 현황과 특성, 교직원(교수자수, 교원창업자수), 교과목(과목, 수강인 원수), 학내외 프로그램(창업동아리, 창업경진대회, 창업캠프), 재정운영(예산, 전담인력) 등의 계량 지표는 대학정보공시(대학 알리미)와 중앙일보 대학평가 DB를 기초하여 조사하였다. 그리고 운영상의 문제점, 센터의 성과측정 항목 등 정성지표는 창업교육센터장을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 또한, 국내 창업교육센터의 표본특성을 살펴본 후 상위그룹과 하위그룹의 차이를 규명하여 상위그룹이 보유하고 있는 인적 물적 역량과 프로그램의 분석하여 창업교육센터의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교육부의 "산학협력 선도대학(LINC) 육성사업 (2012년~2106년)"에서 창업교육을 총괄 지원하기 위해 2012년 대학에 설치된 전담조직인 61개 창업교육센터의 성과를 분석하고 대학평가에서 상위 순위에 있는 대학 그룹들의 차이점을 도출하는데 의미가 있다. 또한 2017년에 새롭게 지정된 LINC+ 사업 ('17년~) 창업교육 분야의 정책적 시사점을 제시한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 창업교육센터 운영에 대한 구조적 설문지를 개발하여 실태를 분석하였다. 이 결과는 창업교육센터의 효율적 운영을 위해 대학교직원 연구자 공무원 학생 및 창업교육센터를 포함한 창업지원 기관의 이해 관계자에게 향후의 발전을 위한 자료로써 의미가 있을 것이다.

2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 세계 주요 국가들은 이러한 상황의 생존전략으로 창업 및 기업가정신의 부활을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라도 경기침체 및 청년실업률 증가와 같은 장기불황을 극복하기 위해 '국민행복, 희망의 새 시대'라는 국정비전하에 '일자리 중심의 창조경제' 실현을 제1의 국정목표로 설정하였다. 2016년 4년차에 접어드는 창조경제는 수많은 예산과 인력을 투입하여 창업지원사업을 하고 있지만, 그 효과성에 대해서는 의문이 든다. 이에 본 연구는 실제 창업을 하거나 준비 중인 창업가, (예비)창업가, 학생을 중심으로 현 창업생태계의 문제점을 분석하였고, 이 분석결과를 토대로 정부, 지방자치단체 및 민간의 창업지원사업에 바람직한 지원방향을 제시하여 건강한 창업생태계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 정부의 창업지원 정책의 문제점은 보겨 주기식 창업지원사업 및 행사라고 응답한 비율이 41.5%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 국내 창업생태계 조성을 위해 제 역할을 충분히 하지 않은 당사자는 34.1%가 중앙정부, 28.3% 국내 대기업이라고 응답하였다. 창업경험 유무에 따른 창업과정의 애로사항은 자금조달이 46.1%로 가장 높았고, 창업 초기자금 조달방법은 응답자의 절반인 50.4%가 개인자금으로 창업 초기자금을 조달한다고 응답하였다. 창업이 주저되는 주요 이유로는 창업자금 마련 및 기회비용이 40.4%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 창업 시 가장 필요하고 중요하다고 생각되는 지원정책으로는 자금 및 투자 지원이 26.6%, 사무실공간지원 13.5%, 마케팅 및 판로 지원이 13.5%의 응답률을 보였다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics and problems of "Reading Cheongju" campaign which started as "One Book, One City" reading promotion campaign in 2006 and conducted three times in two years. The analysis of such steps as the selection and distribution of "one book", reading and discussion. events and programs, financial assistance, public relations, etc. documents both positive and negative aspects of its performance. "Reading Cheongju" campaign helped improve both the image of the Cheongju Information Library and the importance of reading and discussion in the community, while lacking in participation from diverse groups of community members, flexibility in spending public expenses, and cooperation among libraries and other related organizations.

개별공시지가는 현재 자동화 산정 프로그램인 ALPA(Automatic Land Price Appraisal System)에 의해 지가를 산정하고 있다. 그러나 자동화 시스템은 지가를 자동적으로 산출한다는 장점이 있지만 지가의 계산만이 가능하고, 토지특성의 자동 추출에 관한 기능의 부재와 비교 표준지에 대한 취사 선택기능이 없는 등 정확도나 효율성 면에서 많은 문제점을 드러내고 있다. 이러한 문제점에 기인하여, 현재 개별공시지가를 조사ㆍ산정하는데 1년에 약 400억 소요되어 엄청난 국가예산이 소요되고 있다. 또한, 실무자들의 현장 조사와 수작업에 의한 토지특성 조사ㆍ기재로 인하여 개별공시지가 검증과정에서 발견되는 오류 필지의 상당 부분이 토지특성조사 착오로 나타나고 있어 토지특성 조사의 객관성과 정확성이 결여되고 있다. 따라서, 객관적이고 정확한 토지 특성조사와 효율적으로 공시지가를 자동 산정하기 위해서는 토지특성을 정확하게 자동으로 추출할 수 있는 방법론이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 토지특성 조사 중 객관성과 정확도 측면에서 가장 문제가 되고 있는 필지의 형상특성과 항(방위)특성에 대해 GIS 소프트웨어인 ArcGIS와 Window기반의 Visual Basic을 이용하여 토지특성을 자동 추출할 수 있는 시스템 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 그리고, 자동 추출된 토지특성을 현행 토지특성과 비교ㆍ분석을 통하여 정확도와 효율성을 제시하고자 한다.

This study examined the present condition of convention of convention in Korea and the establishment of strategies for the convention marketing. It is defined as establishing a direction of decision-making for the achievement of efficiency in the convention activities and consists of the following steps; firstly, to set up a target market through the analysis of the convention market and the itemization of the market, and then to draw up a budget and adopt a strategy of convention marketing. Based on this plan of convention marketing, I think the 7P strategy variables such as product, price, passage, and promotion, as well as the participant, physical proof, and process of service assembling should be fixed to attain the target market, for the convention industry is a field of service industry.

The purpose of this study is to develop a program for the automatic derivation of the symbolic equations necessary for the kinematic and dynamic analyses of the spatial mechanism. For this purpose, a symbolic manipulation package called MCSYMA is used. Every symbolic equation is formulated using relative joint coordinate to obtain the numerically efficient system equations. These equations are produced in FORTRAN statements and linked to a FORTRAN program for numerical analysis. Several examples are taken for comparison with the commercial package called DADS which is using Cartesian coordinate approach. Also, this symbolic formulation approach is compared with a conventional numerical approach for an example. The results show that this symbolic approach with relative joint coordinate system is most efficient in computational time among three and is recommended for the derivation of macro elements frequently used.

The value engineering(VE) in construction projects is systematic method which improve quality as well as reduction input cost and as construction VE work extends the range of application, the importance is rising. For this reason studies are needed to enforce design value engineering work systemically and effectively. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the present construction VE processing and deduced the model to be most suitable the work efficiency. As suggested model reflects systemically requirement item of owner and user, it will make approaching direction and standard establishment possible. So it will increase the following function analysis in analyzing step and the effectiveness of creating idea and make successful VE result.

According to the recent survey, it was reported that the public libraries in Korea had seldom conducted the measurement and evaluation of the public library performance. This study, therefore. has investigated the wide range of existing literature on performance measurement and analyzed the different approaches to the problem of measuring public library performance. The performance indicators suggested in this study are 62 indicators and fall into five domains, such as materials, staff resources, user services, facilities, budget and management. Besides, some indicators are suggested to be used in cases where a more detailed examination is required - usually when measuring the performance of an individual library.
