While academic discussions and methodological researches on oral history are being progressed in Korea, its exploitation has already begun to increase with a variety of methods and approaches in the private sector. Oral history is a new method of research, as well as another process of production of archives. In order to make valuable and highly qualified archives of oral history with the application of the aforementioned conditions and characteristics, its recognition, environment, process, and method should be improved and developed. From this point of view, it is regarded as reasonable that oral history is recognized as a part of the strategy for documentation. Oral history should be produced based on common sense and reasonable judgment, applying empirical know-how rather than logic or principles because it holds a great number of characteristics, which include variable elements in the field of oral history. In addition, its process or documentation methods should be improved and developed, giving consideration to thorough exploitation. The promotion or revitalization of oral history is a signal that announces the advent of new archives and the new subjects of history at the same time. Endeavors to produce highly efficient archives of oral history are expected to be continued with the complex accumulation of empirical assets achieved at academic discussions and its fields.

In this paper, we analyze several exposure time schedules to obtain uniform multiple hologram and measure the diffraction efficiencies of holograms stored in $LiNbO_3$:Fe(0.015wt%) crystal through experiments. The minimum angular selectivity and the intensity ration of two incident beams are investigated precisely by the high resolution system(minimum angle : $0.0028^{\circ}$). Considering initial recording time, total exposure time and time constants, the efficiency distribution(0.014 ${\pm}$ 0.005%) of 100 holograms is measured and the 330 analog images are recorded in the same place. Also, total 500 holograms are retrieved by spatial multiplexing.

We derived the resolution of the modified triangular interferometer and described the analysis about distance measurement using the one. Also, to demonstrate the feasibility of distance measurement using the modified triangular interferometer, the incoherent hologram of a two-point source with depth and its numerical reconstruction were presented. We demonstrated the possibility of the modified triangular interferometer as a three-dimensional display by recording and reconstructing the incoherent hologram of three-dimensional image.

심장과 혈관의 고해상도 영상을 얻어 심질환에 관한 정보를 얻는데는 혈관조영기(Angiograph)가 가장 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 혈관조영기의 정량분석을 위한 영상 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 심장의 수축 이완에 따른 심벽의 부위별 움직임과 심장 체적 변화를 측정 수치화하고 혈관을 따라가면서 혈관의 두께를 기록하는 프로그램을 작성하였다. 영상획득과정에서 생기는 잡음과 위치오차를 없애는 전처리를 거친 후에 구조적 형태 인식법(Structural Pattern Recognition)으로 인식 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 14장의 심장의 수축이완 연속사진과 2장의 관상동맥 혈관조영사진을 분석한 결과 비교적 정확한 측정을 해내는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다.

We propose an algorithm for video effects of sports broadcasting that informs TV viewers of a sports player's sequential performing forms and locus in detail when gymnastic game such as 'vault' is broadcasted. It records the image sequences while a player is performing, extracts only the player's performing forms from background scenes by a proposed algorithm, superposes them sequentially on a background scene, and broadcasts them with slow speed. This system named as 'Multi-Motion' has ever been used in NHK live broadcasting for 1995 World Gymnastics Championships held in Japan.

In waste repository environment, we can process the waste history efficiently for reuse by recording the history trajectory of the vehicle which loaded waste and the dumping position of the waste vehicle. By mapping the unloaded waste to 3D and by extracting the dumping point, a new method was implemented so as to record the final dumping position and the waste content under various experiments. In this paper, we developed the algorithm which tracking the vehicle and deciding the moment of dumping in landfills. We first trace the position of vehicle using the difference image between current image and background image and then we decide the stop point from the shape of vehicle route and detect the dumping point by comparing the dumping image with the image that vehicle is stopping. From the camera parameters, The transform method between screen coordinate and real coordinate of landfills is proposed.

Dance is an art that includes not only art historical facts, but also a series of processes for dancers' body, choreography, and the creation of entire process of dances and their lives. In other words, dance is the art of embodying the experience and consciousness of the dancer as the subject, and embodying it through the physical body, and therefore, the existing empirical study which relies solely on the literature in the history of dance study is difficult to deliver a complete history. Oral history is a new methodology historical writing that overcomes the limitations of research methods based on literature centered documents. Oral history in the field of dance is that the dancer becomes the subject of the history of dance's narrative. The memory and testimony of a dancer can become a history, complement the missing parts of the documentary record, and amount to analysis and interpretation to attempt the history of dance from various perspectives. The history of dance through oral history analysis thus generates another view from the literature. The oral history is acted as a prism that can explore the sociocultural discourse of the time and the history of dance. As a new academic challenge for the history of dance field, I expect to be able to review the artistic, social, and cultural functions and roles of dance beyond the limit of existing literature-oriented history study and to be able to progress to various the history of dance.

삼성전자가 본격적인 디지털 녹화 시대 개막을 알리는 램(RAM)방식의 DVD레코더(모델명:DVD-R5000)를 국내에 출시한다. 삼성전자가 이번에 출시하는 램(RAM)방식의 레코더는 PC를 기반으로 하고 있기 때문에 녹화와 재생 등이 타 방식보다 빠르다는 것이 가장 큰 특징이다. 즉 디스크에 기록된 영상과 음성등을 가장 빨리 찾고, 재생할 수 있다는 점이다.

본 연구에서는 동영상 자극이 제시되었을 때 시각적으로 느껴지는 감성을 자율신경계 반응, 동공반응 그리고 주관 설문으로 평가하였다. 20~27세 사이의 대학생 남녀 20명이 실험에 참여 하였고 뉴스, 다큐멘터리1, 다큐멘터리2, 사랑, 스포츠 그리고 전쟁의 6가지 장르의 동영상에서 Gamma, Hue, Lightness 그리고 Saturation의 4가지 화질변수가 변경된 영상을 시각자극으로 제시하였다. 장르를 다르게 한 실험이 총 6회 진행되었으며 장르별로 기본영상 1개와 화질변수가 변경된 영상 16개가 무작위 순서로 제시되었다. 1회 실험이 진행되는 약 14분 동안 PPG, SKT 그리고 GSR 센서를 착용하여 생리 반응을 측정하였고 눈 영상을 기록하여 동공 반응을 측정하였다. 시각자극에 대한 주관적 평가를 위해 1~7점 척도의 불쾌도, 긴장도 그리고 피로도 항목의 설문을 실시하였다. 생리반응, 동공반응 그리고 주관설문 결과를 화질변수 별로 나누고 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하여 차이가 있는지를 확인하였다. 그 결과 시각 감성이 어떤 화질변수에 의해 유발되는지 확인할 수 있었다.
