The purpose of this study is to investigate the fashion reflecting the aesthetic consciousness of a generation and age spirit and to study Mods-Look aesthetically by analyzing how Mods-Look expressed on the fashion magazines(Collezioni Donna) from 2001 to 2006 developed into a new form. 1960's Mods-Look appeared in the well known collections such as New York, Paris, Milan in the form of crossover or with a changed style. Especially after 2000's, in addition to the British fashion, even a new word Mods Story was created to prominently express the free style of the Mods spirit. The expressive characteristics represent 1) minimal style, 2) sports casual style, 3) vintage style, 4) dandy & androgynous style. In conclusion, Mods-Look in 21st fashion used to be street fashion started from minority subculture after world war II, but now suit of that time, geometrical pattern and sensibility are becoming design sources for the various fashion market from high fashion to sports look. Therefore, as young people are becoming the center of society in new millenium, sensibility of that time will be reinterpreted to design and Mods-Look will not be limited to subculture but reflected in design development fulfilling people's taste and new future fashion sense by compromising the past and new trend.

"The art challenges the technology, and the technology inspires the art." By this word John Lasseter expressed Pixar animations main soul of story. Media technology has a close relation with the animation. As media developed more and more, an animation has been widen a lot and have given new visions to the audiences. We can see such this figure from the history of the Disney animation. They had tried to make all the kind of animations such a silent animation, planetary animation, black and white animation and the multi colored animation. Lately Disney had made animation that has traditional style. But the method of making traditional animation stable side story's holdup the audience. So Disney animation decided to change this method. For the result of Disney animation studio effort Frozen had produced after a computer graphics work following Rapunzel. What was the reason for entertain well of Frozen? Not only changing the method of producing traditional to computer graphic is could not make entertain well. We can see from the Frozen concordance of the original idea and modern scenario, OST the perfection of computer graphics work. In this paper work Disney animation has worked from the silent animation to computer graphic works result of "The Frozen". For the contribution of technology development makes able to analyze animations expression and relation. There is a lot shots that hard to analyze in the Frozen. But I will study it with the method named "Expansion in space" to making main analyzing expressive extension that appears on the scene.

With development of media and technology animation are seeking a variety of a genre fusion. I would like to propose a new animation screening method using a projection mapping and a popup book. I redesigned the existing method of watching the animation to a new experience by projecting the image on a three-dimensional structure instead a flat screen. This screening method was inspired by preceded works which were made by the fusion of a projection mapping and a popup book. Through analysis of them, I found the merits, shortcomings and clarified the difference of each works. I called this method "Hybrid Animation Theater" because it is fused the various areas - Theater, Projection mapping, Pop-up book, Animation, and Installations, etc. also studied for its architectural features and design. After I designed a prototype to demonstrate the possibilities, the limitations and shortcomings, I could suggest next research directions.

The origin of natural planting, which is getting the spotlight in modern time facing natural and environmental problems, can be found from wild gardens. They were started by William Robinson and concretely embodied by Gertrude Jekyll. It is worth shedding new light on wild gardens, as they served as a pathbreaker for ecological design and an important foundation for the specialization of naturalism, which are part of the most important topics in modern gardens. This study aimed to infer the conceptual model of wild gardens and identify their historic significance by comparatively analyzing Robinson's Gravetye Manor and Jekyll's Munstead Wood. The results are: Firstly, they inherited inspirations for spatial organization from basic cottage gardens and introduced informal forms. Secondly, in terms of the use of materials, they had observed various climates in their journeys so that they could use both native and naturalized plants based on their understanding of the plants' hardiness and exotic species. They also displayed interests in plants in the woodlands and forests. Thirdly, in terms of design techniques, they investigated the colors and textures of individual plants and their relationships to produce a variety of views that resembled nature in microcosm. Fourthly, in terms of maintenance, their basic orientation was the minimum maintenance to allow plants to live according to their nature.

Despite the importance of science education in an informal environment, the reality is that there is a lack of trend analysis research on 'Informal Science Learning (ISL)' and its effects. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out the educational effects of ISL and how to use it, and to provide guidelines for future ISL research directions. This study classifies specific ISL-related papers published from 2010 to 2019 and compares them with each element of GLO used to measure the effectiveness of informal education. The fit of the analyzed data was checked for each part through SPSS and Chi-Square. In conclusion, it was found that researchers are using 'ISL' to pursue 'Knowledge and Understanding' and 'Attitudes and Values' among the five performance indicators of 'GLO'. On the other hand, 'Skills' and 'Enjoyment, Inspiration and Creativity' appear to have the least expectations, so supplementation is required in these areas in the future. In addition, this study intends to suggest a direction for informal science education-related program development and future research to various education workers.

The Korean Mask-Dance Theatre has been developed closely related to Korean Shaman rituals. As many scholars noticed, the performers of the Mask-Dance Theatre were closely related to the Shaman family. In addition, there are mask-dance performances in actual shaman rituals. and are the representative performances among them. This essay intends to compare these two mask-dance performances in the shaman rituals to the similar performance of Old Grandpa and Grandma episode in the regional Mask-Dance Theatre. This study would bring us further in proving the close relation between the shaman ritual and the Mask-Dance Theatre. is one episode, Keori, in the shaman ritual of 'Baeyeonsin-kut' and 'Taedong-kut' in the mid-west seashore area. 'Taedong-kut' is the village shaman ritual for fertility and prosperity, while 'Baeyeonsin-kut' is a private shaman ritual for a large catch of the ship. is held in the later part of the whole shaman ritual since the later part tend to be more for entertainment than actual ritual. The story of is very similar that of in Pongsan Mask-Dance Theatre of the mid-west region. In addition, some of their dialogues are very similar. Only the later part is different. These similarities indicate that the Mask-Dance Theatre, which came into being in later period than the shaman ritual, has likely taken the story motif of the shaman ritual. is also a performance in the shaman ritual of east coasts. is more elaborate and recreational than of the west coasts. is also performed near the end of the ritual, and sometimes it is not performed at all. This indicates that has little ritual meaning left. When we compare it with the regional Mask-Dance Theatres such as Keosung Okwangdae, Tongyong Okwangdae, and Suyong Yaryu, the structure and the story lines are also very similar. It is a question why only the motif of the Grandpa and Grandma isfound both in the shaman ritual and the Mask-Dance Theatre. Many other motifs of other episodes in the Mask-Dance Theatre are not found in the shaman rituals. It seems that the Grandpa and Grandma motif is related to the ur-belief in fertility. In other words, this motif seems to be originated from the old belief in the fertility couple of Chonha Taechanggun and Jiha Yeochanggun. The shaman ritual for fertility first picked up this motif, and then the mask-dance theatre also adapted this motif for its recreational purpose. When we compare with , still has more aspects of fertility ritual, while lost its ritualistic meaning and its main purpose is to develop dramatic needs. and are invaluable existent performances to prove theatre's origin in ritual. The existence of mask-dance performances in the shaman rituals shows us the transit performance between theatre and ritual.

This study looks into the relationship between Chinese philosophy, with a focus on Confucianism and Taoism, and music. Kong zi's Confucius supported, 'Enjoyment without being licentious and grief without being hurtfully excessive', and 'hatred of the music of Zheng'. These ideas do not emphasize the function of music as an expression of emotions, feelings, or desires, and are instead conclusions based on Confucian ideals such as harmony between classes and the spread of benevolent government. Music must coincide with Justice. The hatred of the music of Zheng was a conclusion founded on the idea of a place for Justice in music. Zhuangzi is the source of the spirit of Chinese art; specifically, Zhuangzi's idea of music in relation to its influence on East Asian history of art is extremely influential. In fact, the concept of yuelun is considered the most original and important concept in the history of the East Asian philosophy of art. The most distinctive features of Zhuangzi's theory of music can be summarized as follows. He attempts to liberate music from the restrictions of form and to let music express authentic human feelings and emotions. He also argues that music should not be subjected to politics, as he thinks that the creative mind of an artist can exist only when music is freed from political influence. Confucianism takes a humanistic perspective, while Taoism takes a more naturalistic one. In sum, Confucianism gives weight to the logical and ethical aspects of music, while Taoism emphasizes the intuitional and naturalistic ones.

Various types of robotic arms are being used for industrial purposes, particularly with the small production of multi-products, and the importance of the gripper, which can be used in industrial fields, is increasing. This study evaluated a variable stiffness mechanism gripper that can change the stiffness using the nonlinearity of a flexible material. A prototype of the gripper was fabricated and examined to confirm the change in stiffness. The previous gripper was unable to grip objects in some situations with three variable stiffness mechanism. In addition, these mechanisms were not balanced and rarely rotated when the object was gripped. Therefore, a new type of gripper was needed to solve this problem. Inspired by the movements of the human palm and Venus Flytrap, a new type of a variable stiffness soft robot hand was designed. The possibility of grasping could be increased by interlocking the palm folding mechanism by pulling the tendon attached to the variable stiffness mechanism. The soft robotic hand was used to grasp objects of various shapes and weights more stably than the previous variable stiffness mechanism gripper. This new variable stiffness soft robot hand can be used selectively depending on the application and environment to be used.

Jo, Hee-ryong(1789-1866), who was given the title of "boss of the world handling a China inkt" in the late Joseon Dynasty, was from a noble family, but he claimed to be a yeohang-in himself. The byeoggyesa was formed based on Jong-in and they are engaged in literary activities. Hee-ryong Jo, "I do not follow people's back" is the art spirit of my life. The theory of the Holy Spirit has inspired emotion or inspiration as the essence of art. He pursued original aesthetics of painting with the true nature and personality as important. During his early 60s, the period of banishment for about three years had a profound impact on the identity and direction of his art world. During this period, he wrote four volumes, including "Hwaguamlanmug", "Uhaeagamgo", "Sugyeongjaehaeoejeogdog", "Hanwaheonjehwajabjon" and among his paintings with 19 paintings, eight paintings were produced, including "Hwangsannaengundo", "Bangunlimsansudo", "Maehwaseoogdo". These works reveal the Playful sokmi sprit, the grotesque of manual dexterity, and the aesthetic of painting through the natural divergence of natural nature.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediating effect of followership characteristics when the components of transformational leadership influences the innovative behavior of follower. For this study, response data of nationwide 551 workers were finally analyzed using SPSS 24 and Process Macro 3.5. The research results are as follows. All of the components of transformational leadership had a positive(+) effect on innovative behavior. In this process, team spirit, the characteristic of followership, was confirmed to have a mediating effect in all relationships. Perception of goal alignment and active orientation were found to have mediating effects in some types of combination. On the other hand, critical thinking had no mediating effect. This study has academic significance that variables with complex characteristics were divided into sub-characteristics for analyzing. In practice, it is suggested that there is an effective combination type for each characteristic of the variables in promoting the innovative behavior of follower. Based on the research results, the limitations of the research and future research tasks were presented.
