영화 <버닝>의 주인공 종수(유아인 분)는 소설가를 꿈꾸며 택배기사 아르바이트로 생계를 이어간다. 시간에 관계없이 다양한 물건을 배달해야 하는 종수는 항상 지친 표정이다. 종수처럼 매일 무거운 물건을 나르다 보면 요추 주위의 근육, 인대가 늘어나는 요추 염좌에 걸리기 쉽다.

Subacute Ankle Sprain patients, 3 tests have been acknowledge for diagnostic precision and thus most commonly used to test their soft tissues, muscles, and ligaments: ankle stress-valgus test, anterior-draw test, and MRI scan. Although not much different from the rest two in its diagnostic value, MRI costs patients some money and time. Also, we have reached the conclusion through an experiment with a group of patients in a certain hospital that the rest two methods is as efficient and useful as MRI in diagnosing ankle joint patients.

Persistent instability following an acute lateral ankle sprain eventually require ligamentous reconstruction in some cases. Over 50 surgical procedures have been described to reestablish lateral ankle stability varying from direct in situ repair of the anterior talofibular ligament and the calcaneofibular ligament to augmented reconstructions with either autograft or allograft tissue. The author describes the rationale and the technique of anatomic ankle ligament reconstruction with the 4th extensor digitorum longus tendon.

The purpose of this study was to analysis of influence between of private health insurance and length of stay with cervical and lumbar simple sprain patients at Ubiquitous medical environment. They were diagnosed as having sprain of cervical and lumbar spine without neurological symptoms in hospitals and clinics from July 1, 2010 to February 29, 2012. This study was t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results were when the number of private health insurance was input as an independent variable, the subjects had one or two accidental insurances(${\beta}$=2.731, P=0.013), length of stay in beds was longer than they had no accidental insurance and when they had more than three ones(${\beta}$=4.991, P=0.000), length of stay was significantly longer. This study has a meaning in that it is domestic practical study which identified relationships between entry of private health insurance and length of stay.
