  • We have analyzed the reliability of failure models In grid topology circuit switched networks. These models are grid topology circuit_ switched networks. and each node transmits packets to object node using flooding search routing method. We hypothesized that the failure of each link Is Independent. We have analyzed for the performance estimation of failure models It using joint probability method to the reliability of a small grid topology circuit switched network. and compared analytic output with simulated output. Also. We have evaluated the reliability of networks using call blocking Probability occurred in circuit switched networks.

  • The thermal protection techniques for ramjet combustor are key technology, which block the heat from hot combustion gas, and maintain the structure temperature safely.   • [$SF_6$] 가스차단기를 개발하기 위해서는 차단기가 동작하는 동안에 차단기 내부에서의 유동 파라메터(압력, 밀도, 온도, 속도 등)의 값을 정확하게 분석하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 특히, 아크가 존재할 경우 열가스 이동속도에 대한 분석은 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 small-gap 측정시스템을 이용하여 시험용차단기가 동작할 때 차단부에서 발생하는 열가스의 이동속도를 측정하기 위한 연구내용을 정리하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 전류 영점 직전까지의 대전류 구간에서의 열가스 해석을 수행하여, 그 결과와 과도 회복 전압에 따른 아크 후 전류를 계산하여, 아크 후 전류의 0으로의 수렴 여부를 이용하여 열적 파괴 영역에서의 차단성능을 평가한다 아크 후 전류는 유동해석을 통해 구하여진 극간의 온도분포로부터 계산된 아크 저항과 과도인가회복 전압을 이용하여 계산된다.

  • This study is an Investigation on the Watertightness Properties of Rain-Block System on the Sliding-Roof Joint of Large-Span Membrane Structures. In this experimental, we test the watertightness performance of joint part of sliding door in roof of large span membrane structure(for pilot project) under environment of rain and wind. A shape of rain water blocking systems of joint part in sliding door verifies the defects and effects of water leakage prevention in precipitation with the wind conditions. For obtaining watertightness of large span membrane structures, it is necessary quality of joints and performance, and quality of membrane material of a retractable roof as well as a closed roof. Also, for obtaining quality in joints, it is essential to make a watertightness guideline for design of large-span membrane.

  • This paper analyzes the ratio of tunneling current for channel doping concentration of sub-10 nm asymmetric double gate(DG) MOSFET. The ratio of tunneling current for off current in subthreshold region increases in the region of channel length of 10 nm below. Even though asymmetric DGMOSFET is developed to reduce short channel effects, the increase of tunneling current in sub-10 nm is inevitable. As the ratio of tunneling current in off current according to channel doping concentration is calculated in this study, the influence of tunneling current to occur in short channel is investigated. To obtain off current to consist of thermionic emission and tunneling current, the analytical potential distribution is obtained using Poisson equation and tunneling current using WKB(Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin). As a result, tunneling current is greatly changed for channel doping concentration in sub-10 nm asymmetric DGMOSFET, specially with parameters of channel length, channel thickness, and top/bottom gate oxide thickness and voltage.

Experimental Investigation on Combustion Performance of a Pintle Injector Engine with Double-row Rectangular Slot (핀틀 인젝터 Rectangular Slot 2열 형상에 따른 연소성능에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, combustion tests were performed to investigate combustion performance of a pintle injector engine with double row rectangular slot which uses kerosene and liquid oxygens as propellants. The double row rectangular slot was designed to improve the combustion performance of a pintle engine with a single row and the blockage factor was changed from 0.7 to 1.0. The main design parameters of the double row were distance between rows, area ratio and aspect ratio. The characteristic velocity efficiency was measured from 92.4 to 96.9 percentage for double row but 86.8 percentage for single row. It showed the highest combustion performance at the BF 0.85.

  • Many companies and organizations are building a mobile office environment using the LTE network, the national disaster network and Air Force LTE network are built for public safety and national defense. However the recent threats on information security have been evolving from information leakage to DDoS attacks to neutralize the service. Especially, the type of device such as Smart phones, smart pad, tablet PC, and the numbers are growing exponentially and As performance of mobile device and speed of line develop rapidly, DDoS attacks in the mobile environment is becoming a threat. So far, universal countermeasure to DDoS attacks has been interception the network and server step, Yet problem regarding DDoS attack traffic on mobile network and expenditure of network resources still remains. Therefore, this paper analyzes the traffic type distributed in the private mobile network such as the National Disaster Network, and Air Force LTE network in order to preemptively detect DDoS attacks on terminal step. However, as direct analysis on traffic distributed in the National Disaster Network, and Air Force LTE network is restricted, transmission traffics in Minecraft and uploading video file upload which exhibit similar traffic information are analyzed in time series, thereby verifing its effectiveness through establishment of DDoS attacks standard in mobile network and application that detects and protects DDoS attacks

  • This investigation relates generally to windows and doors for traditional Korean houses(Hanok) and, more particularly, to windows and doors for traditional Korean houses which have a lattice structure that can minimize heat loss in the winter. In order to accomplish the above objective, the present invention provides a door for traditional Korean houses, including a structure of a lattice door framed with vertical lattice frames and horizontal lattice frames which are arranged in a regular periodic pattern.

  • Relief of thermal stress has received great attention, to improve the beam quality and stability of high-power laser diodes. In this paper, we investigate a microtrench structure engraved around a laser-diode chip-on-submount (CoS) to relieve the thermal stress on a laser-diode bar (LD-bar), using the SolidWorks® software. First, we systematically analyze the thermal stress on the LD-bar CoS with a metal heat-sink holder, and then derive an optimal design for thermal stress relief according to the change in microtrench depth. The thermal stress of the front part of the LD-bar CoS, which is the main cause of the "smile effect", is reduced to about 1/5 of that without the microtrench structure, while maintaining the thermal resistance.
