Thermal Shrinkage Variation to the Measuring Method of Sensory PET Filament (감성소재 PET사의 계측방법에 따른 열 수축률 변화)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 7개 기업에서 생산되고 있는 PET POY와 일본과 대만에서 생산되고 있는 PET POY 시료를 준비하여 이들 사의 열수축 특성을 hank 실험방법과 Toray FTA-500 계측기를 사용한 실험 data를 비교 분석하여 최근 도입되어 사용되고 있는 Toray FTA-500 열 수축률 측정계측기의 타당성을 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 사용한 시료는 PET POY 85d/72f 그리고 120d/36f 그리고 120d/36f 2가지를 준비했으며 국내 합섬 maker 7개회사별로 각각 같은 굵기의 POY 사를 준비하였다. 그리고 국내 POY와 외국 소재로서 대만과 일본에서 생산되고 있는 소재의 열 수축률 특성치를 Toray FTA-500과 hank 방법을 비교 분석하므로서 감성의류 제조용 PET POY 사의 국내ㆍ외 소재의 차이점을 계측기계와 계측방법의 상이로 나누어 data화가 가능케 함으로서 감성의류소내 개발에 기초자료를 활용코자 한다.

  • PVC사의 연신은 Fig. 1과 같이 끊는 물 속에서 이루어지며 연신 후 정전기 방지를 위해 유제를 습식 방법으로 처리한다. 따라서 건조와 heat set chamber에 들어가기 전 어느 정도의 수분과 유제를 함유한 체 각각의 chamber를 통과하며 건조, heat set된다. 본 연구의 목표는 연신 후 squeezing roller의 접압에 따른 건조시간의 관계와 heat set온도, 시간에 따른 열 수축률의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. (중략)

  • This study surveys wet and dry thermal shrinkages of PET POY manufactured by domestic seven companies and foreign companies in Japan and Taiwan. These thermal shrinkages were measured by hank method (KSK 0215) and foray FTA-500 apparatus, and these measured data were analysed and discussed with measuring methods. The specimens prepared were PET POY 85d/72f and 120d/36f, furthermore, 250d/48f and 155d/50f PET POY were also prepared for comparison of wet and dry thermal shrinkages between Japan and domestic PET POY. And the wet and dry thermal shrinkages of each specimens were measured according to the each layer divided by 50,000m of the cake, and between and within thermal shrinkages were analysed and discussed with the domestic and foreign PET POY and measuring methods such as hank ant Toray methods.

  • Photo-curable material can be crosslinked among molecules by light source such as UV and visible light materials. Material properties are controlled by crosslink reaction. Shrinkage is occured during the curing reaction of material structure. Phenomenon of shrinkage stress occurs inside the product and reduce the stability of the product causes problems. Heat shrink the evaluation of the phenomenon has been formalized. But the evaluation of photo shrink is not enough. In this experiment, real-time contract with shrinkage tester phenomena and analysis degree of shrinkage of the material differences. According to the research, experimental results and theoretical analysis of the results were big differences. Shrinkage, especially for a number of different functional groups that were very different theory. These differences are occurred by the molecular structure different and not enough reaction.

Effect of Hydration Heat and Drying Shrinkage of Mass Concrete Using Hwangtoh Binder (황토결합재를 이용한 매스콘크리트의 수화열과 건조수축 효과)

  • In this paper, the applicability of hwangtoh, as an alternative of cement paste, is investigated for the solution of internal heat and shrinkage caused by the hydration of cement paste. Several small-sized specimens of hwangtoh and ordinary portland concrete(OPC) were compared as to compressive strength, heat of hydration, and shrinkage strain. Moreover, the applicability of mass structure was reviewed through the test of large-size specimens. The 28-day compressive strength of hwangtoh concrete(HBC), ranged 18 to 33 Mpa, can reach that of ordinary portland concrete. Not only the maximin internal temperature of HBC was read about 1/4 of OPC as it is cured, but also its drying shrinkage decreased as lower as 50% of OPC starting from 60 days. Therefore, hwangtoh binder is more favorable than cement one in the view of hydration heat and shrinkage under the construction of mass structures.

  • Cure shrinkage during cure process of polymer matrix composites develope residual stress that cause some structural deformation, such as spring-in, spring-out and warpage. The carbon/epoxy prepreg used in this study is Hexply M21EV/34%/UD268NFS/IMA-12K supplied by Hexcel corp. Cure shrinkage and degree of cure measured by TMA(thermomechanical analyzer) and DSC(differential scanning calorimetry). Cure shrinkages are measured by TMA within a temperature range of $140{\sim}240^{\circ}C$ in a nitrogen atmosphere, and degree of cure determined by the heat of reaction using dynamic and isothermal DSC runs in argon atmosphere. As a result, the cure shrinkage is increased dramatically in a degree of cure range between 27~80%. the higher the cure temperature, the lower the degree of cure occurring to begin cure shrinkage.

  • 합섬필라멘트 사는 직물제조 공정을 거치는 동안 수많은 장력과 열처리를 받게 된다. 이러한 장력과 열처리는 열수축과 열응력을 발생시킴으로서 최종 제품의 물성에 큰 영향$^{1)}$ 을 미치며 경사줄 발생의 원인이 되기도 하여 제품의 상품적 quality를 떨어뜨린다 이런 합섬직물의 경사줄 발생은 우선 원사물성 data에 대한 지식부족으로 인해 그 다음 공정인 제직준비, 제직, 염색ㆍ가공공정에서의 미비한 공정관리로 발생할 소지가 크므로 본 연구에서는 지금까지 본 연구실에서 계속해온 연구결과$^{2)~6)}$를 바탕으로 국내 7개 회사의 PET SDY 75d/36f의 습ㆍ건열 수축률, 열응력에 관한 cheese layer간의 편차를 조사 분석하므로서 경사줄 발생을 줄이기 위한 원사의 기본 물성 data를 기업에 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
