T7 RNA polymerase is a single subunit RNA polymerase able to accomplish whole transcription process without auxiliary factors. In order to study transcription elongation mechanism of phage T7 RNA polymerse, stepwise walking of RNA polymerase was established by immobilizing biotinylated DNA template with streptavidin bead, series of active and stable elongation complexes were obtained, Transcripts were radio isotope labeled at the 16thm 17th and 18th nucleotide residues so stable elongation transcription complex of T7 RNA polymerase containing 22-40 nucleotide residues could be identified. We identified the positions of stablely formed transcription elongation complexes of termination site in intrinsic hairpin-independent PTH terminator sequence through the established stepwise walking of wild-type of mutant R173C T7 RNA polymerases. The results suggest that stable elongation transcription complexes were at the site of passing PTH terminator signal by mutant R173C RNA polymerase.

LNG선의 신뢰성이 향상되고 안전운항이 오래 지속되고 있다. 이것은 모든 관련자들의 노력 덕택 이며 매우 고무적인 일이다. 현재보다도 미래에 LNG선의 역할은 보다 더 중요하게 될 것이다. LNG선의 신뢰성 유지는 한층 더 요구되어 질 것이다. LNG선과 같은 고기술선에서는, 실증성에 의거한 증명된 신뢰성이 필수적인 것이다. 이 점에서 미실증 분야로 있는 LNG선 수명 연장에는, 극히 신중한 대처가 필수 불가결하다. 기술면의 증명이 부족한 대로 수명 연장을 통해 사고를 일으킨다면, 열심히 쌓아올린 LNG선의 안전에 대한 전통이 붕괴될 염려가 있다. 여러 가지 요 인으로 볼 때 수명연장 요인은 존재하나, 대형사고 유발에 대한 Risk가 워낙 큼으로써 신중을 기해야 할 것이라고 생각한다.

무전극 형광램프의 출력선 연장은 무전극 램프가 가지는 장수명 등의 이점을 최대화할 수 있는 방안이 된다. 하지만 이를 위해서는 연장에 따라 발생하는 요인들 -공진주파수의 변경, 온도변화에 따른 안정성 등을 고려하여 인버터의 설계가 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 ENDURA 150W 인버터의 출력선을 25m 연장하기 위해서 출력선을 고려한 공진 주파수를 설정하였고 온도변화에 따른 대책들을 제시하였다.

This thesis is to review 'Manhoengcheongnyu,' $\ulcorner$Cheongguyeongeon$\lrcorner$ in which sexual organs have appeared. The result of the review shows that a male narrator wants a large organ and a female narrator, a small one. Although there seems to be a difference between the male and the female with the framework of the size of the organs, they have the similar standpoint, Yeohapbujeol(如合符節), that they give and take the sexual feelings to satisfy their mates each other. As a consequence. $\ulcorner$eokgogeomgokuikeungurenarotgeugeotjochagilgoneopda$\sim$(#1993, *569)$\lrcorner$, refers to the other's satisfaction about the sizes of their own organs rather than the idea that the female sexual life is unilaterally oppressed by the male one. Sijo(時調) touches on organs which are 'bawdy and trifling,' and includes obscene comments. Eumdampaeseol(淫談悖說). Mentioning Eumdampaeseol(淫談悖說), the participants in a banquet of the singing space can be a part of its atmosphere, and by being protected by it, they can recite the sexual organs openly or they can grasp the inner meaning of the verse-joke in a refined and humorous fashion-which expresses organs indirectly. Thus, $\ulcorner$aheunahopgommeogeun老丈濁酒geolleo醉kemeokgo$\sim$(#1854, *534)$\lrcorner$, is not related with 'remorse about old age', but is merely a kind of Sijo(時調) about a sexual organ.

This study aimed to examine Korean listeners' mode of perceiving sound duration as prolongation, whether dichotomous or continuous. Thirty-five Korean participants (17 men and 18 women) listened to the Korean segment /s/, which was lengthened by 0-980ms in 20-ms increments. Then, the participants were asked to rate each version of the sound based on a rating of one to 100 (the closer to 100, the more disfluent). To examine whether listeners perceived durational variations for the fricative segment dichotomously or continuously, a curve was estimated using the best-fitting regression model for the observed data with the highest adjusted R-squared value. The mode of perceiving durational variations for the segment was continuous (or gradient) rather than discontinuous (or dichotomous). No gender difference was found in the mode of perceiving prolongation. However, there was a significant gender difference in that men rated the most disfluent sounds higher than women. The findings of this study were further discussed in relation to the existing literature, and clinical implications for the assessment of stuttering were presented.

The purpose of this study is to understand the adjustment process of families adopting an older child, and to generate a substantial theory. To achieve this purpose, we conducted in-depth interviews with mothers adopting an older child and analyzed data with qualitative analysis approach. From the analysis, theoretical model has been made, and the model includes the adoptive families' diverse experiences, barriers to adjustment as well as resources and strategies that they mobilized and used for smooth adjustment. Their experiences in the process of adjustment consisted of five phases: unfamiliar meeting, shock, fighting alone without support, control, and stability. Barriers to adjustment process were composed of adoptees' problem behaviors, loss of time, lack of preparation, lack of experiences, repetition of the vicious circle, withstanding alone, improper resources, lack of support, and being criticized. Resources and strategies that families adopting an older child utilized were individual resources and ability such as rearing experiences, intellectual ability, willingness, belief, and perspective change; family system such as spouse and other offsprings; informal support system such as extended families, relatives, friends, neighbors, and other families adopting an older child; formal resources such as adoption workers and helping professionals. From our results, we suggested policy and practice guidelines to help adjustment experiences for families adopting an older child.

우리회는 지난 98년 산자부와 가스안전공사에 LPG용기의 재검사기한을 연장해달라고 건의한 바 있으며 가스안전공사가 두차례에 걸쳐 용기도색 부식여부, 프로텍터 및 스커트 손상여부 등 용기실태조사를 실시한 결과 20kg용기의 최초 재검사기한을 현행 3년에서 4년으로 연장해도 좋다는 내용으로 산자부에 개정을 요청한 바 있다. 최근 협회에서 산자부에 다시 건의한 내용ㅇ르 게재한다.

Cases of the time extension have continuously transpired in the public construction projects. The potential of economical loss and claims is increased because the concerned parties such as an owner or a contractor have not properly performed their own responsibility for the time extension. Therefore, this paper aimed to improvement of apportioning responsibility for the time extension in construction projects.

This paper estimates the employment effects among 55~59 years old men of delayed mandatory retirement act between 2016 and 2019. Although the positive employment effects appear to have reclined during the period, they have remained non-trivial and may have encroached youth employment. The results suggest that wages should be flexibly adjusted in the market so that labor demand can sufficiently expand to accommodate the increased labor supply among the old without hurting the young.
