A Study on Moderating Effects of Organizational Justice in the Relationship between Organizational Performance and Job Characteristics of Researchers in Government-Supported Research Institutes (직무특성과 조직성과의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과 검증 : 정부출연연구소 연구인력을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the moderating effects of organizational justice, on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational performance of researchers in government-supported research institutes. For this purpose, a regression analysis was conducted based on a survey on 459 researchers in government-supported research institutes. As a result, first, autonomy, importance, identity, and feedback, excluding diversity, have positive effects on job satisfaction. Second, autonomy, identity, and feedback among job characteristics have positive effects on organizational commitment. Finally, as a result of verifying the moderating effects of organizational fairness on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational performance, it turned out that autonomy and diversity among job characteristics showed statistically significant effect on job satisfaction, and autonomy, importance, and feedback on organizational commitment.

Designing an Autonomous and Interactive Agent Architecture (자율성 및 상호작용성을 위한 에이전트 아키텍처 설계)

  • As the next significant software abstraction, software agents have generated lots of excitements in recent years because of its promise as a new paradigm for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing software systems. This promise is particularly attractive for creating software that operates in environments that are distributed, open, and complex, such as the Internet. The effort of developing agent systems have, however, suffered from lack of generalized agent architecture because of various properties of an agent and nonexistence of a standard agent architecture. An agent architecture is an important criterion in order to not only identify agents in their domain but also determine the software architecture of the system. The major contribution of the work described here is an object-oriented design of an agent architecture that addresses fundamental properties, which are autonomy and interaction. Object-oriented design method is used for identifying the internal modules of an agent architecture and organizing correlation between the modules are identified.

A Study on the Reliability of Voice Payment Interface (음성결제 인터페이스의 신뢰도에 관한 연구)

  • As the payment service sector actively embraces artificial intelligence technology, "Voice Payments" is becoming a trend in contactless payment services. Voice payment services can execute payments faster and more intuitively through "voice," the most natural means of communication for humans. In this study, we selected richness, intimacy, and autonomy as factors for building trust with artificial intelligence agents. We wanted to determine whether the trust will be formed if the factors were applied to the voice payment services. The experiment results showed that the higher the richness and autonomy of the voice payment interface and the lower the intimacy, the higher the trust. In addition, the two-way interaction effects of richness and autonomy were significant. We analyzed and synthesized the collected short-answer system to identify users' anxiety when using voice payment services and proposed speech interface design ideas to increase their trust in the voice payment.

  • 선박의 자율지능기술은 국방분야에서 무인화 기술 개발로 시작하여, 최근에는 해운분야에서 자율운항선박의 도입에 관심을 갖게 되면서 자율운항선박 관련 기술 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 자율운항선박이 해상 물류의 수단으로 사용화되기 위해서는 자율운항선박의 항만 입출항을 위한 기술적, 제도적 기반이 마련되어야 한다. 특히 항만 운영의 효율성을 높이고 자율운항선박의 안전 운항을 보장하기 위해서는 자율운항선박의 입출항을 위한 여러 기술이 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박의 입출항을 위해서 요구되는 기능을 식별하고, 요구 기능이 개발되기 위해서 고려되어야 하는 사항을 검토하였다. 자율운항선박의 입출항 지원을 위해서는 항만과 선박의 정보 공유 및 동기화가 선행되어야 하고, 고품질 정보를 기반으로 스케줄링 및 운항 경로 계획이 수립되어야 한다.

Convergence Influences of Nurses' Professional Autonomy and Empathy on Patient Safety Culture (간호사의 전문직 자율성과 공감능력이 환자안전문화에 미치는 융복합적 영향)

  • This study was a descriptive survey to identify influences of nurses' professional autonomy and empathy on patient safety culture. The participants were 191 nurses working at a general hospital in Seoul. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Patient safety culture had a significant correlation with nurses' professional autonomy (r=.26, p<.001) and the subscales of empathy, which were perspective-taking (r=.30, p<.001) and empathic concern (r=.27, p<.001). Factors influencing patient safety culture were perspective-taking (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), professional autonomy (${\beta}=.20$, p=.004), and a total clinical career of over ten years (${\beta}=.17$, p=.012). The results of this study could be the basic data for the development of programs that enhance the professional autonomy and empathy of nurses. In addition, it is necessary to study repeatedly in various groups in the future.

Autonomous flight Algorithm Design (자율형 운항 알고리즘 설계 연구)

  • Airborne separation assurance is a key requirement for Free Flight. This paper is to propose autonomous flight algorithm, such as extended authority of delegation, efficiency of airspace issue to deal with the empirical solution for free flight, and to measure flight efficiency and conflict detection and resolution (CD&R) by utilizing flight performance data under the two circumstances of scenario with the modeling of proposed algorithm and potential field algorithm. The results show that the autonomous flight algorithm is superior to the potential field algorithm under the circumstances of free flight airspace in terms of algorithm performance, CD&R, and flight efficiency.

  • 네트워크의 급격한 발전에 따라 컴퓨터의 보안 문제가 계속 대두되고 있다. 이러한 보안관리 시스템으로 이동 에이전트를 이용한 침입탐지 시스템이 계속 연구되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 침입탐지시스템을 고찰하고 작은 에이전트의 그룹으로 구성된 자율성을 가진 이동 에이전트를 기반으로 한 모듈 접근방식의 시스템을 위한 모델링을 제공한다. 제안된 모델은 침입 정보를 동적으로 수집하고 탐지 에이전트를 학습시키고 탐지한다. 이동 에이전트는 통신 비용절감, 로컬자원 사용의 한계에서의 독립, 관리의 편의성 제공. 비동기 연산 등 다양한 이점을 가지고, 분산 연산을 위만 유동성 있는 구조를 제공한다.

  • 자율운항선박은 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심기술인 사물인터넷과 빅데이터, 인공지능 등이 집약된 미래 고부가가치 선박으로 주목받고 있는 반면, 실제 선박 운항 중 많은 위험요소들로 선박 안전상의 우려가 제기되고 있다. 해양교통에 있어 안전규제는 해사안전 증진 및 해양사고 위험성을 최소화하기 위한 중요요소라고 할 수 있으며, 자율운항선박 시대에서도 동일하게 작용할 것으로 보인다. 이에 자율운항선박 시대 준비를 위한 안전규제의 재정립은 선박의 안전운항을 위한 안전관리체계 정비를 위한 핵심사항이라고 할 수 있으며. 최근 국내·외에서 논의되고 있는 자율운항선박 운항을 위한 규제 개발 역시 중요한 의미를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 자율운항선박 운용을 위한 안전규제체계 개선을 위해 실제 상용화를 앞둔 자율주행자동차 안전위험 이슈 분석 사례를 기반으로 자율운항선박 운용에 따른 안전위험 이슈를 도출했다. 이러한 결과는 자율운항선박의 운용을 위한 규제 개발 논의 시점에서 향후 자율운항선박의 상용화 및 안전규제체계 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Recently, research on the development of autonomous vehicles has increased worldwide. Moreover, a means to identify and analyze the characteristics of traffic accidents of autonomous vehicles is needed. Accordingly, traffic accident data of autonomous vehicles are being collected in California, USA. This research examined the characteristics of traffic accidents of autonomous vehicles. Primarily, traffic accident data for autonomous vehicles were analyzed, and the text data used text-embedding techniques to derive major keywords and four topics. The methodology of this study is expected to be used in the analysis of traffic accidents in autonomous vehicles.

A Study of Autonomy Preference on Decision-making among Patients with Chronic Disease (만성질환자의 의사결정에 대한 자율성 선호도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the influencing factors of autonomy preference on decision-making among chronic disease patients. Data were collected from 522 chronic disease patient and it was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression, using SPSS 26.0 ver. program. Significant factor influencing decision-making preference was health concern (β=-.17, p<.001), and factors influencing information-seeking preference were gender (β=-.20, p<.001) and number of questions during the treatment (β=.09, p=.030). Healthcare providers should take into account the characteristics of patients and establishment of a strategy to improve the quality of communication.
