본 논문에서는 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 활용한 STEAM 교육의 연구 동향을 분석하고자 한다. 연구 결과를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째로 연도별 분석의 결과, STEAM 교육은 활발히 실시되고 있었지만 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 활용한 STEAM 교육은 상대적으로 적게 실시되고 있었다. 연구 내용별로 분석한 결과, 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 활용한 STEAM 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하기 위한 연구가 가장 활발하였다 (87%). 또한, 연구 방법에 따라 분석한 결과, 질적 연구와 혼합 연구가 대다수를 차지하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다(92%). 마지막으로 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 활용한 연구 대상은 초등학생이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있었고(52%), 고등학생 (28%), 문헌 (16%)순으로 많았다. 연구 결과를 통하여 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 활용한 STEAM 교육은 연구 내용, 방법, 대상이 편중되어있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통하여 피지컬 컴퓨팅과 STEAM 교육의 학교 현장의 도입을 위해서 다양한 분야에서 연구가 필요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the research utilization in social work practice and to examine the factors associated with research utilization. The subjects of this study were social workers participating in social work practice in Korea. The sampling methods used in this study was a multistage sampling strategy. Data were collected by sending mails and follow-up mails to the social workers. Data from 569 of social workers were finally analyzed by ordered regression analysis. The results showed that the level of research utilization by social workers in Korea was very low, but their attitude toward research was positive. The variables affecting research utilization were related to the research ability of social workers, but the variables of research related environment except type of organization were not significant. The variables for research ability of social workers are experiences of utilizing journal articles, experiences of re-education for research methodology, gender, attitude about research usefulness. The variables for research related environment are characteristics of agency setting. The implications of social work research are discussed.

본 연구에서는 일단위로 제공되는 RCP 시나리오를 Poisson Cluster 기법을 활용하여 시간강우량으로 생성할 수 있는 모형을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 일반적으로 시간단위 강우량의 경우 수자원 설계 또는 강우-유출 분석시 가장 기본이 되는 입력 자료로서 이에 대한 모의기법 확립이 기후변화에 따른 수문학적 영향 검토의 신뢰성을 결정짓는 핵심 요소이다. 그러나 국내 다수 연구를 살펴보면 기후변화 시나리오의 시 공간적 상세화 기법을 활용한 일단위 상세화 연구는 다수 존재하였지만, 일단이 이하의 시간적 규모에 대한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 시단위 상세화 기법시 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 Poisson Cluster 기법을 활용하여 국내 실정에 맞는 시단위 상세화 기법을 개발고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 RCP 시나리오를 시단위강우량 자료로 생성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 기상청에서 제공하는 RCP($27km{\times}27km$) 시나리오를 활용하였으며, 1km 격자 단위로 시공간적 상세화 기법을 수행하였다. 둘째, 시공간적으로 상세화 된 자료를 Poisson Cluster 기법을 기반으로 시간단위 자료를 생성하였으며, 기본적인 통계치(평균, 분산, 왜곡도 등)를 활용하여 관측값과 비교 분석 하였다. 마지막으로, 미래 기후변화 시나리오를 동일한 방법으로 시간단위 자료를 생성하고 연 최대값을 추출하여 빈도해석을 통해 미래 극치 확률강우량을 평가하였다. 본 연구 결과 시간단위 자료를 제공함으로써 미래 수자원 설계 및 영향평가를 효과적으로 수행할 것으로 기대되며, 수문기상변화 예측을 위한 신뢰성 있는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In Korea, co-utilization of research equipments has been low, even though co-utilization policies for them have been implemented for a long time. This situation results because the policy formation and implementation for the co-utilization of research equipments have been conducted from the perspectives of the policy maker not from those of the researchers and equipment managers. Therefore, this work has been conducted for analyzing the current state of co-utilization of research equipments as well as for discussing the future developments of its more co-utilization in the basic research programs by adopting the bottom approach in policy implementation theory. The research shows that firstly principal investigators, especially professors in universities, have placed a relatively low priority on the co-utilization of research equipments, secondly implementation resources such as high quality technicians and affordable budget for co-utilization are scare, thirdly incentives for the activation of co-utilization in the stage of daily operation of research equipments are lacking. As a result, the study tries to develop a more economic means and information tools for the promotion of co-utilization of research equipments in the perspectives of bottom-up approach in policy implementation theory.

이 연구는 공공부문이 구축/관리중인 지식정보자원의 시민활용 실태를 점검하고 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 지식정보자원의 시민활용성 제고방안 모색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시의 시민 200 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 지식정보자원에 대한 인지도/활용도/활용장애요인과 유비쿼터스 기술에 대한 인지도/활용도/유용성을 조사하였고, 향후 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 공공행정, 교육학술, 사회문화/복지, 생활경제 등 4 대부문 16 개분야 32 개의 지식정보자원에 대한 시민활용 의향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 지식정보자원에 대한 인지도와 활용도는 보통보다 낮은 수준에 있으며, 그 이유로는 개인정보유출에 대한 불안, 지식정보자원 소재에 대한 정보부족, 지식정보자원 활용 비용의 부담 및 활용의 불편 등으로 나타났다. 향후 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용한 지식정보자원 활용의향에 대해서는 실생활과 밀접한 관련을 갖고 있는 교통/기상정보, U-Care 및 U-Health 정보, 금융, 공연예술, 관광여가 등의 정보에 대해서는 높은 의향을 보이나, 실생활과 직접 관련이 적고 전문적인 능력이나 관심이 요구되는 행정정보공개, 정책참여, U-학술연구 등에 대해서는 낮은 의향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this paper is to review recent articles on applying smart learning for elementary students with learning disabilities. The search procedures through the Web-database system were implemented to find the proper research. Finally, a total of 10 articles met the criteria and were included in this review. Each study was analyzed according to the categories of the population, setting, research design, and intervention. The results indicated that research design implemented as case study and single subject design. Results founded strategies applying smart learning leaned too much towards using the skill-based application as learning contents. Based on analysis results, considerations for smart learning for elementary students with learning disabilities were suggested.

연구결과는 학술적인 논문, 기술의 기반이 되는 특허, 기술이 체화된 상품 등 다양한 방법으로 도출되고 있다. 현재까지 연구 성과를 측정하는데 있어서 수치로 표시되는 정량적인 평가는 용이하게 활용하고 있다. 하지만 질적인 우수성을 평가하기 위한 정성적인 방법은 많은 연구를 필요로 한다. 각기 다른 목적이나 용도로 만들어진 평가지표나 방법론이 적절하게 적용하여 평가지표로 적용되어 지기는 힘든 상황이다. 특히 연구자나 기관 등의 평가 시 연구논문을 활용한 계량정보기법을 근간으로 하는 다양한 방법이 많은 연구자들을 통해 제시되고 있다. 또한 학술적인 논문뿐아니라 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 평가시도 유사한 방법을 활용하고 있다. 문헌의 경우는 SCI DB를 활용하여 정성적인 부분을 대체하고 있다. 하지만 산업으로 대표되는 특허의 정성 평가는 많이 활용하지 못하고 있다. 이에 특히 문헌 및 특허의 인용정보를 대상으로 최근 제안되고 있는 연구 성과 지표인 h-지수 등을 활용하여 사례를 분석하여 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to make objective decisions in the use of closed schools through the development of utilization indicators for the efficient use of closed schools, which is expected to increase continuously. The research phase was largely carried out by drawing preliminary indicators for use in closed schools, drawing final indicators using big data, and quantifying indicators, and finally objectifying them through quantification. The institution intends to apply and verify the facility based on future indicators. This study has implications for the application of big data analysis methods that have not been attempted in planning and research for the use of closed school facilities to date.

일반적으로 가뭄은 신뢰성 높고 활용이 쉬운 강수량 자료를 활용하여 판단되고 있으나, 복합적인 대응을 하기 위해서는 증발산량, 토양수분 등 다양한 변수를 고려해야 한다. 이러한 수문기상정보들은 관측자료의 자료 확보기간이 통계 분석을 하기에 짧거나, 시공간적 대표성 부족 등의 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 지면모델이 대안으로 널리 활용중이나, 이를 실제로 가뭄에 활용한 응용연구는 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 미국 NASA의 전지구지표자료동화체계 GLDAS (Global Land Data Assimilation System) 산출물을 활용하여 지면모델 기반의 수문기상정보를 국내 가뭄감시 연구에 적용하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, GLDAS 프로젝트를 통해 제공되는 다중모델 기반의 증발산량, 토양수분 결과를 비교 분석하고 이를 직접 활용할 수 있는 가뭄판단 지수에 적용하여 성능을 검토하였다. 이를 통해 GLDAS 산출 정보가 가뭄판단에 있어 발휘하는 성능을 평가함으로써, 향후 본원에서 구축할 지면 모델 앙상블 시스템의 가뭄감시정보 산출의 효과를 간접적으로 검토하고자 한다.

This study is to propose a alternative gem that is expressed in various ways instead of jewelry with limited output. It was investigated what materials were used in the alternative gem used in the jewelry design thesis over the past five years. In addition, as a result of a survey to understand the needs of customers, it was found that customers also use resin among resins as an alternative gem, like as research trends. Based on this, the scope of resin use as a alternative gem was expanded and applied to jewelry design rather than the existing method of using resin. As a result, it was found out a various uses of resin as an alternative gem. However, the demand and traditionality that correspond to the conditions of jewelry remain challenges to be established through various jewelry design studies in the future. Therefore, in order to utilize the popular preference of alternative gem, continuous research on applying jewelry design to alternative gem should be continued.
