As a follow-up research of a qualitative study conducted by Lee(2015), this study needed to carry out a quantitative research targeting not a group of experts but of working-level staff and verify the validity of the assessment scales. As far as the study learned from an exploratory factor analysis of the preliminary research, these 12 questions that were incorrectly categorized or that presented outliers had to be removed and as a consequence, the researcher of the study was led to an outcome(75 Items) that would correspond to this factor structure which one had temporarily set up. For the next step, in order to carry out a confirmatory factor analysis, the study worked on verification on a four-stage structural equation model with each of the factors which the researcher had established applied by stage. In the end, a result to confirm how the model's goodness of fit eventually increases with the factors which the researcher had set up added was gained and lastly, another outcome to agree to the hair designers' expertise practice model which the researcher had created was obtained. In the meantime, in terms of the assessment scales which this study has discussed, the study assumes that since the scales accepted a self-rating method, it may lead not only to increase in expertise through self-reflection but also to establishment of a rational class system based on results of objective expertise measuring but not of subjective judgment by superiors.

Altmetrics is an alternative impact evaluation index that evaluates the social interest in the research performance of individuals or institutions in universities, research institutions, and research fund support institutions. This study empirically analyzed what kind of attention a papers of domestic library and information science researchers published in an international academic journal was receiving in the international community using Altmetric explorer. As a result of the analysis, 230 papers were tracked. The average Altmetric Attention Score (AAS) was 6.63, but there were 2 papers that received overwhelming attention (over 170 points) as they were mentioned in news report and Twitter. Second, there was a tendency for high AAS to appear in cases where a domestic researcher participated as a co-author and the main author belonged to an overseas institution, and in the case where the research funds were supported by foreign government agencies. In addition to the field of the library information science or information system, the papers classified as the field of public health service and education showed high AAS, and it was confirmed that these papers were published in the journals of various fields such as life science. Finally, it was confirmed that there was a weak correlation of r =0.25 between the AAS and the number of citations of the analyzed paper, but a strong correlation of r =0.68 between the number of Mendeley readers and the number of citations.

최근 논란이 되고 있는 새만금간척사업에 대한 환경영향평가서를 최초 작성할 당시는 갯벌의 가치를 사업의 편익에 포함시키지 않았으나, 이후 환경단체에서는 새롭게 부각된 갯벌의 기능과 가치를 포함시켜 경제성 분석을 다시 할 것을 주장하였다. 이 자료에서는 지금까지 발표된 갯벌과 논의 가치 비교와 새만금사업의 경제성 분석을 검토하였다. 갯벌의 가치에 대하여 금전적인 평가를 한다는 것은 주관적인 요소가 개입하게 되므로 여전히 학자 간에도 의견이 일치하지 않으며 경제성 분석에 포함할 항목에 대해서도 합의가 이루어지고 있지 않아서 일반인에게는 매우 혼란스럽기만 한다. 새만금사업환경영향공동조사단의 공동조사에서는 우리나라 최초로 갯벌의 정화능력 실험과 설문조사를 통한 갯벌의 가치 평가를 시도하였다. 그러나 연구자가 검토한 결과 새만금사업 편익 총액의 51%를 차지하는 국토확장효과가 과대하게 평가되고 농산물 증산액과 논의 공익가치 역시 과대하게 평가되어 경제성 평가를 왜곡시켰다고 판단된다. 갯벌의 기능과 가치에 대한 평가는 앞으로 객관적인 연구결과에 의존해야 하며 환경학계의 검증을 거치는 작업이 필요하다고 본다.

학술연구정보 서비스는 연구자의 연구 개발 과정에서 필수적으로 활용해야 하는 서비스이다. 그렇지만, 그 중요성에 비해 아직까지 학술연구정보 서비스에 대한 심도 깊은 사용성 평가가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 OntoFrame이라는 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반 학술연구정보 서비스 구현 과정에서 반복적인 사용성 평가를 수행함으로써 어떻게 서비스가 효용성과 사용성을 갖추어가는 지를 실증함으로써 사용성 평가의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 특히, 사용성 평가 목표에 따라 서비스 시안(Mock-up)을 대상으로 실시한 사용자 인터뷰 중심의 1차 사용성 평가와 서비스 프로토타입을 대상으로 실시한 학술연구 정보 서비스간 비교 평가 중심의 2차 사용성 평가를 상이하게 구성함으로써 사용성 관련 문제를 다양한 관점에서 도출할 수 있었다. 사용성 평가는 매 구현 단계마다 반복적으로 실시함으로써 본 학술연구정보 서비스의 사용성을 지속적으로 향상시킬 계획이다.

최근 급속도로 발전하고 있는 첨단산업의 배경에는 반도체를 중심으로 한 디지틀 전자기술(Electronics)이 자리잡고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 전자 및 정보기술 이후, 즉 포스트 일렉트로닉스(Post-electronics)시대를 겨냥한 새로운 돌파구로서 기대되고 있는 21세기 기술의 주도권을 잡을 기술이 어떤 기술이 될 것인가는 매우 흥미로운 질문이다. 현재 시점에서 볼 때 반도체를 매개로 한 20세기 정보전자혁명을 대신할 새로운 기술혁명으로 대두하고 있는것이 마이크로혁명이며, 이 마이크로혁명을 주도할 기술로서 세계적인 주목을 끌고 있는 기술중의 하나가 초소형 미소기계, 즉 마이크로머신(Micromachine)이다. 현재 '반도체를 능가할 수 있는 차세대 메카트로닉스(Mechatronics)혁명'이라 평가되고 있는 마이크로머신 기술은 과거 꿈으로나 가능하던 공상과학의 세계를 현실로 만들어 주는 경이로운 기술이며, 나아가 분자기술을 응용한 생체로봇, 생체컴퓨터 등 이른바 나노기술(Nano-technology)의 신세계로 향하는 입구라 할 수 있다. 이기술은 기계공학, 전자기술은 물론 물리학, 생물학, 화학, 재료공학 등 광범위한 분야의 기술이 총망라되어야 개발이 가능하며, 그 실현을 위해서는 매크로 한 세계와는 판이하게 다른 물리현상 등 마이크로한 세계의 특수성을 이해해야 함은 물론 에너지공급, 재료, 데이타통신, 구조조립 등 많은 기술적 난제를 극복해야 한다. 마이크로머신기술은 현재 일부 전문가를 제외하고는 일반은 물론 자기학분야의 연구자들에게도 별로 익숙하지 않은 분야이다. 그러나 이 기술의 미래 영향력이나 가능성, 필요성을 고려할 때 이제는 자기분야 연구자들도 이 분야에 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 생각하여 연구자들도 이 분야에 관심을 가져햐 할 것으로 생각하여 본고에서는 먼저 최근 마이크로머신의 기술동향을 개괄적으로 소개하고, 다음으로 마이크로머신에 사용되는 주요 재료들과 자성재료가 주도적인 기능을 하는 자기마이크로머신(Magnetic Micro-machine)에 사용되는 자성재료들에 관해 소개하고자 한다.

기관의 성능에 영향을 주는 인자로서는 외적인자(outside factor), 작동인자(operating factor) 및 설계인자(design factor)의 3가지로 나눌 수 있다. 작동인자로서는 기관회전수, 공기연료비, 점화 시기 또는 분사시기 등이면 설계인자로서는 행정체적, 압축비, 흡배기계통의 구조 및 치수, 냉각 방식 등으로 기관에 따라 고유한 값을 가지는 인자이다. 그러나 외적인자인 대기조건 즉 대기 압력, 대기온도 및 대기습도는 계절, 지역 및 기상조건에 따라 달라지므로 이것에 따라 기관이 흡입하는 공기의 압력, 온도 및 습도는 변화하게 된다. 그러므로 대기조건의 변화에 따라서는 기관작동인자인 공기연료비에도 영향을 미치게 할 것이고 또한 연소상태의 변화로 유효압축비 에도 영향을 미치게 할 것이므로 대기상태의 변화는 곧 바로 기관 출력의 변화를 초래하게 될 것이다. 그러므로 같은 운전조건에서의 기관출력도 대기상태의 변화에 따라 변화하게 되므로 임의의 대기 상태에서 측정한 기관출력을 표준대기상태의 기관출력으로 환산해서 평가할 필요가 생긴다. 이것을 일반으로 출력수정(output correction)이라 하고 있으며 각 나라마다 공업규격 또는 기타규격으로 출력정식을 제정하고 있다. 예를 들면 K.S.B 9102, SAE J816B, B.S. 765, DIN 70020, JIS B 8013등이다. 이들 출력수정식들은 많은 문제점을 가지고 있으므로 종래의 출 력수정식으로 출력수정을 하여도 정확하게 맞지 않은 경우가 많다. 출력수정에 관한 문제는 수 10년전부터 많은 연구자에 의하여 연구되고 거론되어 왔으나 과거의 연구자들이 제안하고 거론 되어 왔으나 과거의 연구자들이 제안하고 있는 출력수정식, 또는 규격으로 정하고 있는 출력수 정방법은 어느 것이나 실용상 만족스러운 것이 아직 없다. 그러므로 본 자료는 스파아크 점화 기관의 흡기습도에 관한 출력수정의 문제를 실험적으로 수행한 실험적 출력수정방법에 의한 것과 종래의 출력수정방법에 의한 것과를 비교 검토하였다.

본 연구에서는 정보컨설팅시스템과 지식베이스 관리시스템을 이용하여 연구자에게 연구과제 단위로 정보를 제공해 주는 연구컨설팅시스템을 인터넷 웹상에서 구현하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 먼저 정보컨설팅시스템에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 조사한 다음 본 시스템을 맨체스터대학의 NetEc와 문헌과 웹사이트 등을 조사하여 비교 분석해 보았다.

컴퓨터 비젼에서의 여러 문제를 해결하는데 있어서 최소화 기법이 많이 사용되지만 구체적인 구현 방법이나 성능 평가에 대한 자료가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 다른 연구자들이 기법을 선택하는데 참고가 되도록 널리 사용되는 최소화 기법들의 방법, 구현, 성능 등에 관하여 기술한다.

메타분석은 evidence-based medicine의 한가지 수단으로서 현재까지 알려진 모든 지식을 체계적으로 종합하고 평가하는 분석법을 의미한다. 인의학에서는 80년대 이후 메타분석이 보편화되어 있으나 수의학에서는 거의 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 원고에서는 메타분석법에 대한 수의학 관련 연구자들의 이해를 돕기 위하여 젖소의 요네병 (Johne's disease)을 진단하는데 사용되는 ELISA검사의 정확도에 대한 메타분석기법의 적용사례를 중심으로 설명한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanical properties of high strength concretes reinforced with hooked steel fiber. For this purpose, total 36 specimens whose variables are concrete compressive strength, steel fiber aspect ratio, and steel fiber volume contents, are made and tested. From the test results including previous research work, flexural performance of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete is evaluated in terms of flexural strength and toughness index. Flexural behavior of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete is enhanced with respect to the fiber volume content, the aspect ratio, and concrete compressive strength. More efforts are devoted to evaluate quantitatively between the flexural strength and the structural parameters such as the fiber volume content, the aspect ratio, and concrete compressive strength.
