본 연구는 건설산업 현장 프로젝트조직의 프로젝트사업 참여자 간 지식공유·활용이 조직몰입 및 협력과 현장 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 건설산업 현장 프로젝트조직의 특성을 분석하고자 본사 인력을 제외한 현장 프로젝트사업 참여자를 대상으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 구조방정식을 이용하여 현장 프로젝트사업 참여자 간 지식공유·활용이 조직몰입 및 협력과 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는지 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

The e-Learning contents producing industry has been situated at the difficult status because of excessive competition and small-scale business company in unprofitable contents development market. One of the most important issues is low cost for e-Learning contents development. This paper is focus on analysis of e-Learning contents development cost and suggest the rational alternatives for policy making. In order to make successful study, this paper tell about various contents development cost, comparison analysis among them, and e-Learning contents development cost model. As a result of the study, this paper suggest the rational alternatives of of policy making for e-Learning contents development cost.

The Korean government's recent R&D policy has focused on encouraging government-funded research institutes (GRIs) to develop mid-term, long-term, and large-scale R&D projects. It is necessary to prepare thoroughly for the new R&D strategy, but there is no systematic accumulation of planning expertise, and there has been continued demand for good examples of research planning. Therefore, this study analyzes the reports of preliminary feasibility for government R&D programs through a meta-analysis of detailed evaluation items and contents to help researchers enhance their project-planning ability. The evaluation items that can be applied to R&D planning for GRI were reviewed, and twelve detailed evaluation items were selected through content analysis. The results of this study could contribute to practical R&D project planning and the improvement of evaluations.

As Korean national R&D projects have steadily grown in size, the needs of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the national R&D budge spending has been also discussed. Therefore, many efforts have been made to establish performance assessment system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the national R&D project. One example of such efforts is the stipulation of connecting the results of performance evaluation ranking of the national R&D projects with the budge allocation of for the coming fiscal year. Unlike the stipulated article in the law/regulation that 'more budge shall be allocated to a project rated over excellent grade and vice versa', however, precedent studies have been casting mixed opinions over to the effectiveness of the connection between assessment results and budge allocation. In this respect, the present study attempted to empirically examine if the laws and institutions related to the results of performance evaluation ranking of the national R&D projects with the budge allocation work properly, using panel regression analysis and quantitative data. In addition, this study investigated into the deterrent factors to the connectivity between the performance results of the national R&D projects and budge allocation and sought for a way to improve the system of performance assessment and enhance the reliability of the results by minimizing the hindrance factors.

The purpose of this study is to diminish the risk through identifying the risk factors occurring in the process of real estate development projects, and analyzing and coping with the risk factors, and enable stable advance in the development process by improving the roles and work distribution of the project investor. The results of this study are as follows : 1) identifying the risks of contractions from the step of selecting the sites must be made possible through supplemental human resources expertise in plan and construction of the operation 2) as an improvement scheme, heightening the penetration wall of development projects from the investors, proposing a registration law and a selection standard of construction companies to investors' cooperating companies enabling the growth of superior investors.

방재마을만들기는 지역방재개념을 도입하여 마을단위에서 자치단체와 주민들의 참여를 통해 지역자율 방재의식을 고취시키고, 마을에 조성되어 있는 환경적 영향을 고려하여 재해로 인한 취약요인을 조사하고 취약요인이 유사/인접되어 있는 마을을 대상으로 취약요인을 종합적으로 검토한 재해예방사업의 추진이 필요하다. 방재시범마을만들기 구축사업의 계획범위는 동/리 행정구역 단위로 실질적인 생활권 단위로, 생활권 단위에서의 방재관련 사업의 패키지화를 통하여 지역의 자주적 방재역량이 향상되도록 하는 사업으로 현재 방재시범마을은 조성/운영중에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지역방재 실무 담당자, 대학교수, 연구원 등 전문가를 대상으로 의식조사를 실시하여 현 실태조사를 토대로 한국형 방재마을 구축 방안에 대해 도출하고자 한다. 전문가 설문결과 현 지역의 방재대책은 전반적으로 미미하며, 구조적인 부분과 비구조적인 부분 모두 보강되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 그 중에서도 지역주민의 방재에 대한 관심부분은 상당히 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 방재마을이라는 사업의 이미지는 대부분의 응답자가 재해위험지구의 정비사업 혹은 지역단위의 종합적 방재대책이라는 의견이 다수였으며, 방재마을 전반에 대한 의견으로는 지자체의 추진의지, 방재마을관련 법 제도 정비, 사업예산의 지속적인 확보, 방재마을 홍보 및 주민참여 등의 중요성을 강조하는 의견이 있었다. 이러한 설문결과를 바탕으로 지자체의 추진의지가 어느 정도냐에 따라 사업의 형태를 갖추고 성공할 수 있으며, 지속적으로 사업이 추진될 수 있는 방안 및 사업의 안정적 확보방안이 중요하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 한국형 방재마을 조성을 위해서는 주민참여가 바탕이 되어야 하며, 이를 위해 방재마을 사업을 시민들의 풀뿌리 방재활동과 연계하여 추진하는 것도 요구된다.

The Ocean Drilling Program (ODP) is the world's largest and most successful multinational earth science research program. It is an international partnership of scientists and research institutions from 20 countries around the world organized to explore the evolution and structure of Earth as recorded in the ocean basin. ODP provides scientists access to a vast repository of geological and environmental information, and samples for studying oceanic basins and their evolutions. ODP began in 1983 and is the successor to the DSDP (Deep Sea Drilling Project) which began to explore ocean in 1968. In 1996, Korea became a member of the ODP as Pacific Rim (PacRim) Consortium with Canada, Australia, and Chinese Tapei. The Korean Committee for Ocean Drilling Program (KODP) has organized Korean ODP Council (KOC), and Korean ODP Scientific Committee (KOSC), and Korean ODP Secretariat (KOS). This paper is a synopsis of the KODP's activities and guidelines for future researches using samples and data from ODP.

우리 나라는 60년대 초부터 경제개발정책을 지속적으로 추진한 결과 세계에서 유례를 찾아 볼 수 없는 급속한 발전을 이루었다. 그러나 선진국 진입의 문턱에 서 있는 지금, 보다 한 단계 높은 산업구조고도화와 미래 첨단기술산업으로의 진입이 시급한 과제로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 첨단기술의 결집체이며 관련산업에 파급효과가 큰 우주항공산업진흥이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 삼성항공은 1977년 삼성그룹의 일원으로 항공엔진사업을 시작하여 우주항공산업, 방위산업, 정밀공업산업 등과 같은 첨단의 초정밀 사업과 국가적으로 중요한 과제들을 개척 추진해 왔다. 창립이래 국가전략사업으로는 한국전투기사업(KFP) 및 헬기.중형항공기 제작사업에서 다목적 실용위성개발까지 기술개발, 첨단시설 확보 및 고급인력 양성에 투자하고 있으며 21세기 한국을 대표하는 세계적인 우주항공업체로 발돋움하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 삼성그룹내 우주항공분야 연구개발의 핵심기관인 항공우주연구소의 한만섭 소장님으로부터 야심찬 우주항공산업의 마스터플랜과 추진현황, 전망 등에 대하여 들어보았다. 대담에 응하시는 소장님의 모습에서 우주항공산업에의 밝은 미래를 확신할 수 있었으며, 바쁜 일정 중에도 대담에 응해주신 점 깊이 감사드린다.

KSTAR(Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research)는 고성능 플라즈마 연구를 위한 대형 연구실험 장치이다. 이러한 거대 장치에는 많은 시스템이 분산되어 연결되어 있으며 그 구조 역시 매우 복잡하여 시스템간의 인터페이스에 많은 제약과 어려움이 따른다. 이러한 복잡하고 다양한 시스템을 통합하고 여기서 발생하는 여러 종류의 데이터를 획득하기 위해서 KSTAR는 EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)라는 오픈소스 기반의 분산 제어용 미들웨어를 구축하였고 이를 기반으로 KSTAR 통합 제어 시스템을 개발 하였다. 2008년 KSTAR 최초 플라즈마 실험 기간 동안의 운전을 통해 EPICS 미들웨어와 EPICS channel archiver를 이용하여 다양한 24시간 연속 운전데이터를 안정적으로 저장하고 추출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 논문에서는 시스템의 구축 방법 및 운전결과에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

현재의 인터넷 기술들은 수십 년 전에 설계된 구조와 프로토콜을 근간으로 점점 늘어나는 사용자들의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 부분적으로 개선하는 방식으로 진행되어왔다. 향후 $1{\sim}20$년 뒤의 미래를 고려한다면 현재 인터넷의 약점들을 극복하는 혁신적인 방식으로 미래 인터넷 구조와 프로토콜들을 재설계할 필요가 있다. 이러한 미래인터넷 기술에 대한 연구는 미국, 유럽, 일본 등 국제적으로 본격적인 활동에 돌입하였으며 국내에서도 2007년 정보통신부 신성장동력사업의 일환으로 미래인터넷 핵심기술 연구 사업이 선정되어 연구기획, 원천기술연구, 표준화 분야 등에서 국제 협력 및 한국의 미래인터넷 연구를 이끌어 나가고 있다. 국제적으로 경쟁력을 가지는 미래인터넷 연구를 위해서는 국제 협력을 기반으로 지속적인 지원 및 실험환경 구축이 필수적이며 미래인터넷 연구 인력의 양성이 뒷받침되어야만 할 것이다.
