As the number of SSM(Super Supermarket) has been growing, the conflict between large companies and small-to-medium retailers is being deeper in which large-sized market has been growing rapidly and small to medium retailers has been depressed. To solve the conflict, the government enacted the system of business limiting of large enterprises by SMEs. It brought growth of sales of small-to-medium retailers. However, unintended effects were caused by the system. This research aims to analyze underlying structure beyond conflicts between SSM and small to medium retailers using system thinking and draw relationships between key factors. Thus we can provide political alternatives through simulation model which is developed based on the factors.

본고는 국내외 핀테크 사업 영역별 현황을 알아보고, 국내 핀테크 산업의 향후 성장 방향을 모색하는 것이 목적이다. 먼저 크게 네 가지로 분류되는 핀테크 사업 영역별로 국내외 시장을 간략히 살펴보고, 글로벌 시장에서 각광 받고 있는 분야를 탐색하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 목적인 한국형 핀테크 산업 성장방향에 대한 제언을 위해 국내 핀테크 산업 전문가를 대상으로 조사를 실시하여 (1)국내 핀테크 사업 영역별 시장 매력도를 조망하고, (2)한국형 핀테크 산업 성장을 위한 산업 구조적 지향점 및 (3)국내 핀테크 산업 성장을 위한 선결 과제의 우선순위를 설정하였다.

오늘날 건축분야는 현대 산업사회의 복잡다양화된 구조내에서 여타 전문분야들과 함께 경제적으로나 사회적으로 그 역할과 책임이 날로 더해만 가고 있다. 그러나 건축분야의 경우, 하자에 대한 보상문제 등 건축활동에 따른 건축사들의 책임이 점차 증대되고 있는데 반해 이를 뒷받침해 줄 수 있는 제도적 장치가 미약한 실정이어서 이에 대한 법률적인 공동대처와 배상처리에 관한 전문적 연구가 있어야 한다는 지적과 함께 공제사업의 필요성이 대두되어 왔다. 이와 관련하여 본지에서는 '공제사업의 필요성'이라는 주제를 가지고 공제사업제도 도입에 따른 재원마련 방안과 운영방향 등에 대해 논의해 보고 아울러 국내 유사단체의 운영시스템과 현황, 선진외국의 사례 등을 비교ㆍ분석해 보고자 한다.

본 기술사례는 과학기술부가 주도하는 자연재해방재기술개발 국가중점연구사업 중 기상청주관의 기상지진기술개발사업의 한반도 지각속도 구조연구 과제 중 서산지역과 포항지역을 연결하는 200km 측선에서 2차원 지각구조를 밝히기 위한 지각규모 굴절파탐사의 지진동 source 제공을 위해 발파로 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 국내에서는 거의 실행해 본 경우가 없는 지발당 장약량이 500~1000kg발파를 실시하였다. 200개의 계측지점에 지진동이 전달될 수 있도록 충분한 폭속을 가진 폭약과 외부의 충격과 우수한 기폭력, 시차가 정확한 비전기뇌관을 특수 제작하여 사용하였다. 시추공내로 유출되는 물에 의한 사압을 방지하기 위하여 폭약은 철관용기를 제작하여 벌크형태로 장약을 하여 발파를 하였다. 발파전 용기 밀폐 시험 및 용기제작 후 기폭실험, 수압작용으로 인한 폭약 및 뇌관에 미치는 영향 등을 실험을 통하여 사전 파악을 하였다. 또한 실제 발파 중 진동차를 측정한 결과 보안물건에 대한 진동치값은 미광무국식(USBM)을 이용하여 예측한 진동치보다 평균 180% 정도 높게 나타났다.

Following principal-agent relationship between government and funding agency effects on efficiency and management of project, this paper suppose that project management cost rate variable on outsourcing and administration of institution, applies multiple regression analysis and logit analysis by using factors that procurement status of institutional operating expenses and each subordinates scale (Budget, subject number) and method (Top-down/Bottom-up), not a total amount, for examining factors following project efficiency analysis and way of commission. The major variables which effect on efficiency of institution are management cost scale (0.36), institutional operating expenses ratio (-0.47), way of outsourcing, the factors that affect way of outsourcing are portion of project management cost (-38.5) and institutional operating expenses rate (-11.7). This means both legal and financial stability are necessary and it is avoidable moral hazard and adverse selection on principal-agent problem.

Farm village business performance may be influenced by village leader's leadership and conflict management between villagers, so the objective of this study is to analyze the relationships among farm village leader's leadership, conflict management between villagers and farm village business performance. The questionnaire was performed for 376 villagers in Jeollabuk-do Province. The collected data was analyzed by structural equation model and Sobel test. The result shows that farm village leader's leadership such as human-relationship ability, management ability, communication skills, and industrial knowledge ability have statistically significant positive effects on the conflict management between villagers. The conflict management between villagers also showed a statistically significant positive effects on the social and economic performance. The farm village leader's leadership such as human-relationship ability, sensibility·awareness ability, management ability, communication skills, industrial knowledge ability showed no statistically significant effects on the social and economic performance. But, they showed a statistically significant effects on the farm village business performance in indirect manner with the mediating effect of the conflict management between villagers. It is worthwhile that in this study, the effect of village leader's leadership on the conflict management between villagers and farm village business performance was verified, and then, it is meaningful to present the role and importance of farm village leader's leadership.

The purpose of this study is to induce a indicator related to the response, handling and management which are appeared on each step of business enforcement in housing reconstruction projects. Then, it aims to appropriately and reasonably resolve the conflicts of reconstruction business with relevant subjects. These projects physician satisfaction and continual business was going to have the impact that any analysis of the structure in an evaluation. In addition, this study analyzes the impact structure on the business satisfaction and a intention for continuous business through this evaluation. This study sets a operational hypothesis in order to verify the relationship between the variables. then, it creates the structural model by using the Smart PLS 3.0. After analyzing the impact structure by using total 252 samples, this study adopts the final hypothesis which shows (+) path coefficient as set in the hypothesis and test statistic above 1.65. In result, six out of the nine hyphothesis are adopted. then, The 'Response to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H1)' has a path coefficient of 0.618. In addition, the 'Handling to conflict' which affects the 'Management to conflict(H2)' has a path coefficient of 0.150. The 'Handling to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business' has a path coefficient of 0.101. and the 'management to conflict' which affects the satisfaction of 'business(H7)' has a path coefficient of 0.644. In addition, the 'Intention for continuous business(H8)' shows a path coefficient of 0.258. Finally, The satisfaction of 'business' which affects the 'intention for continuous business(H9)' has a path coefficient of 0.391.

하상 변화는 유량이나 유사의 흐름에 따라 침식, 운반, 퇴적되어 변화하며, 하상변동에 의한 결과는 하천의 형태 (직렬,복렬, 곡렬 등)나 서식처의 구조 (여울과 소, 웅덩이, 습지 등) 형성 로 나타난다. 하천이 공간적 시간적 규모가 연계되어 있음에도, 국내에서의 하천 복원 사업은 서식처의 구조나 형태에 중점을 둔 서식처 조성 사업이 주를 이룬다. 하지만 궁극적인 생태하천 복원 및 관리를 위해서는 생태적인 서식처의 구조가 제대로 발현되는 유량이나 유사량과 연계하여, 통합 유역관리가 가능하도록 진행하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 수리 (유량이나 유사량)-지형(서식처 구조)-생태 (생물다양성)을 연계하여 하천의 환경유량을 산정하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. Nays2D 수리모델링을 활용하여 하상변화를 살펴보고, 수리모델링 결과를 서식처 구조 분포로 해석하여, 서식처가 다양한 유량을 산정하고 제안한다. 수리모델링 이전에 하천건강성 평가에 활용된 하천 생물종 모니터링 결과와 서식처 다양성과의 관계를 우선 분석하고 수리모델링을 진행한다. 본 연구의 대상 하천은 금강 지류인 갑천 약 5 km를 대상으로 2010년대 생물상, 항공사진, 지형데이타 (DEM and 단면도)를 활용한다.

In the process of complex shopping mall development, all the steps (business planning step, pre-sale & completion step, management & operations step) head towards a consistent ultimate goal in an overall business perspective. In this study, we analyze using a structural equation model if an appropriate relations between each of the steps are formed to achieve the ultimate goal. In this study, we find a positive relationship between business planning step and pre-sale & completion step, and also find that for success pre-sale & completion, a faithful business plan is necessary. But we find no statistically significant relationship under significant level 0.05 among business planning step and management & operations step and the level of success, pre-sale & completion step and management & operations step and the level of success, management & operations step and the level of success. This suggests that each of the steps does not form a close relationship to achieve the consistent goal in the complex shopping mall development and each one is doing a short-sighted work for its own profit.

There are many stakeholder whose interests against the rest and lots of complex projects in Urban Regeneration. Moreover, there are various communication routes and complex decision making structure because the benefits among stakeholder are conflict. Eventually, the lots of decision making task and complex structure cause inefficiency and delay of Urban Regeneration business. This Is a basic study for establishing decision making governance which help efficient decision making in Urban Regeneration. This study was conducted follow process. Through the analysis the Urban Regeneration process and literature study of "Governance", we characterize the decision making of Urban Regeneration, and based on that character we founded "decision making governance composition". Finally we suggest the "Decision Making Governance System Concept in Urban Regeneration"
