The purpose of this study was to analyze the problem solving strategies of ordinary students, gifted students, pre-service teachers, and in-service teachers with the 'chicken and pig problem,' which has multiple strategies to obtain the solution. For this study, 98 students in the 6th grade elementary schools, 96 gifted students in a gifted institution, 72 pre-service teachers, and 60 in-service teachers were selected. The researcher presented the "chicken and pig" problem and requested them the solution strategies as many as possible for 30 minutes in a free atmosphere. As a result of the study, the gifted students used relatively various and efficient strategies compared to the ordinary students, and there was a difference in the most used strategies among the groups. In addition, the percentage of respondents who suggested four or more strategies was 1% for the ordinary students, 54% for the gifted students, 42% for the pre-service teachers, and 43% for the in-service teachers. As suggestions, the researcher asserted that various kinds of high-quality mathematical problems and solving experiences should be provided to students and teachers and have students develop multi-strategy problems. As a follow-up study, the researcher suggested that multi-strategy mathematical problems should be applied to classroom teaching in a collaborative learning environment and reflected them in teacher training program.

경제적 로트 일정계획 문제(Economic Lot Scheduling Problem : ELSP)는 지난 수십 여 년간 많은 연구가 이루어진 생산일정계획 문제 중의 한 분야이다. 이 문제는 NP-hard 문제이기 때문에 수많은 발견적 기법이 제안되고, 사용되어져 왔다. 그 중에서도 Dobson［1］의 발견적 기법이 그 수행도의 우수성으로 보아 최고의 기법으로 여겨지고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 Dobson［1］의 시변 로트 크기(time varying lot size) 접근방법에 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 새로운 발견적 기법을 제안하고, 수치실험을 통해서 새로운 기법이 기존의 Dobson［1］의 기법보다 더 우수하다는 것을 보이고자 한다.

Internet상의 전자문서, 전자거래 등과 관련된 전자업무에서는 다음과 같은 중요 인증 문제를 필요로 하게 한다. 첫째, 당사자(사용자)의 신분확인 기능(신원확인). 둘째, 전자업무 내용의 정보보호 및 무결성 기능(비밀성 보장). 셋째, 전자행위에 대한 부인봉쇄(분쟁해결) 등이 그것이다. 따라서 이러한 전자업무의 중요 인증 문제와 관련하여 신뢰할 만한 제3자, 즉 인증기관(CA : Certificate Authority)의 확인 및 증명해주는 제도가 필요하다. 위에서 언급한 제 가지 인증 문제 중 전자업무에서의 가장 기초적인 인증 문제인 당사자(사용자)의 신분확인 기능(신원확인)에 대한 문제를 연구하고자 한다.

본고에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS - Social Network Service)에서 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시 문제 및 보호방안 연구 현황을 알아본다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 SNS는 개인 신상정보 및 개인 간의 관계 정보를 기반으로 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 이러한 정보 관리 미흡으로 인한 프라이버시 노출이 사회적 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 문제가 발생하는 원인을 파악하고 알려진 해결 기법을 소개하며, 향후 연구 방향도 함께 알아본다.

최근 각종 미디어를 통해 "Sick House" 또는 "Sick House 증후군"이란 말을 종종 들을 수 있다. 이것은 Sick House 문제로 인한 피해의 심각성과 높은 사회적 관심을 나타내는 것이다. 이러한 배경 하에 2002년 7월에는 건축기준법의 개정이라는 형태로 법률적인 규제가 실현되기에 이르렀다. 이 법률의 개정을 계기로 Sick House 문제극복을 위한 각종 대책이 시행되고 있다. 이러한 의미에서 Sick House 문제는 전환기를 맞이하고 있다고 말할 수 있다. 이 원고는 이러한 법률의 개정을 둘러싼 주변현황을 포함한 Sick House 문제의 현황과 과제, 그리고 최근의 연구동향을 소개한다. Informatics curriculum has been revised for informatics principles and concepts to effectively teach. According to the revised curriculum, researches are verifying the educational effects of algorithmic thinking and problem-solving abilities using programming language by applying it to various area. However, researches in programming education considering the level of student are yet incomplete. This research has analyzed the impact of the perceived level of problem solving on the performance of project completeness. As results of difference of project completeness, a high perceived level of problem solving group's performance of project completeness was higher than a low perceived level of problem solving group's one. Analysis of the impact of the perceived level of problem solving on the performance of project completeness, 'problem finding' factor had a significant impact. Problems in mathematics textbooks are very important because there is a high reliance on textbooks in elementary school mathematics classes and there is a strong belief that mathematics is to find the solution to problems. Considering this importance, we analyzed problems in elementary mathematics textbooks quantitatively and qualitatively. Concretely, problems of addition and subtraction with carry on in the range of two digit numbers in the mathematics textbooks from the 1st to the 2015 national revised curriculum were analyzed. As a result, the problems in each textbook were found to reveal important features of the textbook reflecting changes in curriculum and educational background. And the problem of textbooks has changed in the direction of enhancing students' reasoning, communication, and problem solving ability. Based on these results, we suggested several implications for dealing with problems in elementary mathematics textbooks.

This research intends to look into how mathematically gifted 6th graders (age12) who have not learned conditional probability before solve conditional probability problems. In this research, 9 conditional probability problems were given to 3 gifted students, and their problem solving approaches were analysed through the observation of their problem solving processes and interviews. The approaches the gifted students made in solving conditional probability problems were categorized, and characteristics revealed in their approaches were analysed. As a result of this research, the gifted students' problem solving approaches were classified into three categories and it was confirmed that their approaches depend on the context included in the problem.

Currently, Korea is entering an aging society, causing the issues of older adults in a wide range of fields. This study focuses on the health and safety issues of the older adults. As a theoretical background, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory was applied, and a new theory was established in connection with the physiological needs and safety needs of the 5 stages of desire in relation to the health and safety issues of the older adults. Health issues applying to physiological needs for the older adults are examined in detail in the body, perception and psychology areas, and safety accidents occurring indoors and outdoors are examined in relation to safety needs. Naver DataLab, a big data portal, shows that the number of bugs regarding health and safety of the older adults is steadily increasing. And through Google Trends, we can understand the interest setting up related search keyword about the older adults. According to the related search keywords, social part related to health in health issues is ranked high and kewords related to accident type in safety issues is ranked high. These findings will be an important basis data for research and solution to the issues of older adults.
