IT Industry Complex Scheme in Yongin City (용인시 IT산업단지 조성방안)

  • In this paper, we suggest the IT industry complex strategy based on previous study on the success factor and success strategy for the promotion of IT industry in Yongin city. The strategy factors are evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy, and the priority and important rate of strategy analyzed by AHP. The results of this research extracted through expert inquiry and survey contribute to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy.

  • 녹산국가산업단지는 부산광역시에서 서쪽의 연안매립지 형태의 공업단지이며, 이 지역은 1990년대 초반부터 약 10여년간에 걸쳐 산업단지가 조성되었다. 녹산국가산업단지는 연안 매립에 따른 연약지반으로 인하여 지반침하현상이 지속적으로 발생하고있으며, 이와 같은 이유로 2000년대 초반에는 침하계를 이용하여 지반침하현상을 관측하였다. 레이더 차분간섭도를 이용한 지표변위는 침하계 자료와의 비교 및 분석을 통하여 연구지역의 지반침하현상을 지속적으로 관측할 수 있으며, 실측 자료가 획득되지 못한 2000년대 중반과 후반의 지반침하현상도 측정할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 이번 연구는 2002년부터 2003년까지 획득된 RADARSAT-1 F4 fine-bem모드와 2004년부터 2007년까지 획득된 ENVISAT IS-2모드를 이용하여 2000년대 초반부터 후반까지의 녹산국가산업단지의 지반침하현상을 관측하고 이를 분석하는데 있으며, 관측결과 약 4년동안 최대 33 cm의 침하량을 보이는 곳도 있었다. 이 결과는 C-band 레이더 위성자료의 차분간섭도가 국가 주요시설물 지역의 지반침하 측정에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 중요한 사례가 될 것이다.

  • In recent years, many researchers and developers have been interested in renewable energy all over the world. Particularly, the development of wind power is being processed actively due to its high economic efficiency. A few years ago, Korean government has started the research for building a large-scale offshore wind farm in domestic west-southern area. Current domestic SCADA technology level for operating wind farm is very low compared with foreign SCADA technology level. In this paper, we found IT issues and solutions for developing SCADA system. Based on these solutions, we designed SCADA system for a large-scale offshore wind farm.

  • This study investigates investment attraction in manufacturing and reviews the current trend of Korean companies' overseas expansion, targeting Vietnam and Indonesia to create a demand-based overseas industrial complex. Furthermore, a survey was conducted with domestic companies located in industrial complexes to analyze the details of their intention to enter overseas markets. By linking the previously specified industrial sectors for investment attraction with the desired industrial sectors for overseas expansion and previously entered industries, measures to promote overseas industrial complexes are proposed. For instance, combining with already expanded industries, entering attractive fields to develop new markets, and deriving specialized strategies for each country. These strategies can be useful as basic resources when establishing plans that reflect the domestic and foreign needs of the key target countries to attract companies to overseas industrial complexes.

The Effects of APT Management and Residence Quality on Residence Satisfaction and Recommendation Intention (아파트단지 관리와 주거품질이 주민들의 주거만족 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of apartment complex management and residential quality on the residents' residential satisfaction and recommendation intentions. A survey was conducted on the residents of an apartment complex in Doan, Daejeon. Statistical analysis was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was carried out to verify the validity of the measurement tools for apartment complex management, residential quality, living satisfaction, and recommendation intention. The Cronbach's α coefficient was evaluated to verify the reliability of the measurement tools. Multi-regression analyses were conducted to verify the research hypotheses. As a result, the following main results were derived. First, maintenance factors and living management factors among apartment complex management factors were found to have a significant effect on the residents' residential satisfaction. Second, among the factors of residential quality in apartment complexes, convenience, safety, comfortability, and economy had a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Third, residential satisfaction had a significant effect on the recommendation intention. Overall, the factors of apartment complex management and residential quality affecting residential satisfaction and recommendation intentions were derived.

Applying CVM for the Reinvestment Ratio of Development Profits Generated by Renewing Old Industrial Park in Daegu Metropolitan City (CVM 분석을 이용한 개발이익 재투자 비율 설정에 관한 연구: 대구광역시 노후산업단지 재생사업을 중심으로)

  • In December 2019, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced the revision of the Enforcement Decree of the Industrial sites and Development Act. In this revision, the reinvestment ratio of development profits generated by renewing the old industrial park is delegated to the local government ordinance. According to this announcement, the reinvestment ratio can be adjusted to less than 50% of sales revenue from construction projects and 25% of land sales for non-industrial use depending on local government conditions. This study aims to investigate the policy rationale for the adjusted ratio of reinvestment in development profits and explore how Daegu City can use this policy when revising ordinances in the future. A survey was conducted with a total of 320 experts, including public corporations, public officials, and industrial site workers in the Industrial Complex Committee. We employ contingent value measurement (CVM) based on 262 valid responses. The results showed that 27% of sales from the construction business and 22% of sales from non-industrial land were derived with an appropriate reinvestment ratio. Although the results in this study might not be generalized in other regions, we provide a potential reference for other local governments who are interested in ordinance revisions in the future. Another contribution of this study is to suggest the statistical method to derive the relevant ratio.

Analysis of Thermal Environment Impact by Layout Type of Apartment Complexes for Carbon Neutrality Net-Zero: Based on CFD Simulation (공동주택단지 배치유형별 열환경 영향성 분석: 유체역학 시뮬레이션을 기반으로)

  • This study attempted to simulate changes in the thermal environment according to the type of apartment complex in Korea using CFD techniques and evaluate the thermal environment by type of apartment. First, apartment complex types in the 2000s and 2010s were referred from previous studies and four types of apartment complex were extracted from. Second, the layout of the apartment complex and temperature changes were analyzed by the direction of wind inflow. Third, a standardized model was created from each type using tower type, plate type, and mixed driving. Last, CFD simulations were performed by setting up the inflow of wind from a total of eight directions. The temperature was relatively low in the type consisting of only the tower type and the type of placing the tower type in the center of the complex, regardless of the direction of the wind. It was due to the good inflow of wind from these types to the inside of the complex. It can be interpreted because wind flows easily into the complex in these types. The findings showed that wind flow and resulting temperature distribution patterns differed depending on the building type and complex layout type, confirming the need for careful consideration of the complex layout in the early design stage. The results are expected to be used as basic data for creating a sustainable residential environment in the early design stage of apartment complexes in the future.

산단지역 복합악취와 개별악취물질의 상관성에 대한 연구

  • 본 연구는 경기도내 악취관리지역으로 지정된 시화국가산업단지, 반월국가산업단지, 반월도금지방산업단지, 아산국가산업단지(포승지구) 4개 공단에 대하여 2006년과 2007년에 실시한 악취실태조사 자료를 이용하여 각 공단별 악취특성을 조사하였다. 또한, 측정된 자료를 통계분석 기법을 사용하여 복합악취와 지정악취물질간의 상관관계를 연구하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 시화공단과 반월도금공단에서는 비교적 NH$_3$와 Styrene이 높고 반월공단에서는 H$_2$S가 다른 공단에 비해 약 5배 정도 높은 평균농도를 보였으며 포승공단은 일반적인 배출형태와 크게 다르지 않았다. 2. SAS를 이용한 통계분석 결과 시화공단의 복합악취는 H$_2$S, TMA, Styrene, nvAldehyde와의 관련성이 높고 반월공단은 H$_2$S, aAldehyde, bAldehyde, 반월도금공단은 NH$_3$의 관련성이 높은 것으로 조사되었다.
