In the information-oriented society, the paradigm of education has changed from the existing traditional teaching-centered education to the learning-centered education. In the Web-based Learning System which an learning-centered educational environment using the internet, students should have responsibility of their learning as taking more opportunities to participate their learning positively, to control their process of learning and to evaluate their learning by themselves to improve self-directed loaming ability. In this paper, the Web-based Learning System with a Self-Study Plan to lead students to select own purposes and methods of the study and write a self_evaluation is developed. The Self-Study Plan is a guide to lead the process, an order to have an individualized study and a report to evaluate own study. In addition, the suggested System is designed through object-oriented method using the extension mechanism of UML to archive the improvement of reuse and maintenance.

Changwon National University has been developing and using a computerized supporting system named SAVIORS for ABEEK(Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea) related tasks since the year of 2001. The main purpose of the development of SAVIORS is to totally computerize all tasks related to ABTEK so that faculty staff may perform their job as readily and efficiently as possible. In this paper, detailed functions and utilization records of the SAVIORS are introduced for sharing the advantages of the system with other institutes.

This study described about the procedure and method to type certification of KAS 23 civil aircraft that is developed in domestic. It is important to obtain type certification within defined period based on the proposed process and method to prove compliance through certification basis according to certification plan. This process referred to FAA Order 8110.4 C, "Type Certification" and domestic regulation and showed example of compliance check list(CCL) defining means of compliance(MOC). Also, proposed method to prove compliance according to means of compliance and classified item of test & evaluation.

This paper develops a course named $\ulcorner$Academic Itnernship Program$\lrcorner$ that is designed to be offered jointly by the Statistics department and the Mathematics department. Our aim of developing the course is as follows. This program enhance students' academic and career goals. This program provides students with opportunities to apply classroom theory to real world situations. Students learn a practical theory that is actually used in the real industry. This program enhance students' skills and abilities. This provide financial assistance. Students get a competitive edge in employment after graduation.

During the complex systems development, a great deal of data are generated from both the systems engineering process and project management process, and also some data are required to be prepared for the system engineering management plan (SEMP). For the successful completion of the project, it is necessary to effectively manage all the data in order to maintain data consistency and traceability. To fulfill the necessity, this paper introduces the concept of an integrated data architecture and discusses its realization with $Cradle^{(R)}$(a computer aided systems engineering tool). Also, it was described how to automate the production of the SEMP in that working environment. The result of the approach, managing complex data efficiently in the systems engineering view, has been successfully applied in the Railway Safety Development Program.

The current electrical safety plan developed for the national electricity system has been playing an important role in handling a variety of electrical accidents. However, it can be more effective to prevent or reduce those accidents if a preventive electrical safety plan is available. In this paper, an approach to developing the safety plan is described. We first discuss the contents that should be included in the plan. Noting that an effective plan requires the system level consideration of all the factors affecting the safety issues, an operation concept document (OCD) is considered. The OCD can allow us to understand the behavior of the safety system based on the operation environment, the system functions, the performance requirements, all at the system level of the safety system. Thus, the OCD can be useful in developing the safety plan. A detailed description then follows on how the OCD is developed for the electrical safety system under study. Finally, we discuss how the developed OCD can be used in deriving the preventive electrical safety plan.

소상공업은 서민 경제의 근간을 이루는 중요한 부분으로서, 일반 대중과 가까이에 있으며 경제 환경에 가장 민감하게 반응한다. 또한 수적인 측면과 고용창출의 측면에서 대기업 혹은 중소기업만큼 우리 경제에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 국내 소상공인의 창업과 폐업현황을 살펴보면, 전체 창업률은 2.1%, 폐업률은 2.5%, 음식점 업종의 창업률은 2.8% 페업률은 3.1%로 조사되었다. 음식점 업종은 소상고인 폐업률이 가장 높은 업종이며, 음식점 중에서도 커피전문점은 창업률 3.2% 폐업률 4.5%로 창업과 페업이 빈번하게 반복되는 취약한 구조를 보인다. 이는 진입장벽이 낮은 업종은 대규모 소비시장이 아닌 특정 지역이나 계층에 대한 소규모의 무한한 시장을 형성하고 많은 자본이나 대규모 고용의 필요성이 낮다. 따라서 구체적인 사업계획서 없이도 창업하게 되어 운영을 위한 전문성이나 자금이 부족한 경우가 빈번하다. 소상공인으로 창업을 할 경우 창업프로세스가 전문성의 유무에 문제가 없기 때문에 용이하다. 그로인해 전문성이 없는 비전문가로 창업을 하는 경우가 비일비재이다. 대기업이다. 프랜차이즈에 비해 마케팅 믹스활동이 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이에 고객이 인지하는 마케팅 믹스활동이 브랜드이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향으로 소상공인커피전문점의 마케팅 믹스활동을 중심으로 조사할 예정이다. 그리하여 비자발적 창업을 준비하는 커피전문점 소상공인에 시사점을 제공하여 창업 시 유의할 점을 파악하도록 할 것 이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집한다. 대상은 소상공인을 이용하는 고객과 소상공인을 대상으로 마케팅믹스 7P's가 브랜드이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다.

Professionalism, objectivity, and fairness are highly required in the assessment of tasks in national research and development projects. Experts in the technologies should thus focus on the task's plan in the review process. The same scores in the assessment, however, do not mean that the judges don't have the same opinions. Another problem is the possibility that different weights can be applied for evaluation indexes. This study proposed an AHP-based assessment criteria decision system for national research and development tasks to reduce errors in task assessment and selection and improve the professionalism and fairness by objectifying the evaluation criteria of each index. As a result, the assessment criteria were objectified for each index in the projects. In addition, the professionalism and fairness of experts were secured in the process of setting assessment criteria for each index based on the given marks of weights.

Although fairly descent amount of research outcomes has been generated on problem-based learning(PBL) with regard to science and medical subjects, relatively less outcome has been generated on social science and management subjects. Therefore this study attempts to exam effect of problem-based learning in food service entrepreneurship subject on improving problem solving skills. After literature review, for constructing for this research frame, each class schedules were formed by hybrid-PEL and traditional lecture style respectively then problems, solution, and evaluation process were generated for hybrid-PBL. Through the result, there was hardly any differences occurred before and after traditional lecture approach on students' problem solving skills. There was, however, certain differences appeared on students' skills after hybrid-PBL approach. Through the study, hybrid-PBL learning can be an effective teaching method in social science and management subject for improving students' problem solving skill.

This study examined the curriculum CQI forms implemented at A university for quality management and improvement of instruction. Under the reorganization of competency-based curriculum, University A has improved the CQI form so that the planning, process and outcomes of class can be managed systematically. This study proposes a CQI form through literature research and has undergone a revision process through external expert verification. The major findings are as follows. First, when developing the CQI form, the questions were composed to evaluate and reflux the entire course of the class, including the planning, operation, results, and feedback of the class. Second, it was divided into three stages such as last semester, current semester, and next semester to prepare a comprehensive analysis and improvement plan, so that the effect of continuous class improvement and reflux can be obtained. Third, integrating the lesson plans and lecture evaluation results in the preparation of CQI increased the convenience of instructors. Fourth, the objective results (achievement results for each evaluation tool, lecture evaluation results) were provided to the instructor so that they could sufficiently reflect on them. This study is significant in that it provides implications for future CQI development.
