최근 해양개발에 대한 관심이 증가하고, 해양의 중요성에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있다. 이에 정부 차원에서 다양한 형태의 정책과 연구가 진행중이다. 이러한 해양개발에 필수적인 시설이 해양건축물이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 올바른 플로팅 구조물의 설계법을 제시하고 또한 안전성을 평가할 수 있는 지침을 제안하였다.

상수관망은 충분한 양질의 수돗물을 공급하기 위한 사회기반 시설물이다. 상수관로의 노후화, 누수 등은 수도 사고 발생의 가능성을 증가시키고, 수돗물 안전성에 대한 신뢰도를 감소시킨다. 수돗물 공급 전 과정을 인공지능(AI), 정보통신기술(ICT)과 결합한 지능형 상수도관 예측 및 관리 시스템을 구축하여, 상수도 수질 사고를 조기에 감지하고 사전에 취약지점을 예측할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 상수관로의 위험도를 평가하기 위한 체계적인 데이터와 기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 상수관로의 위험도 예측모델을 개발하기 위해 상수관로 위험도와 관련된 평가 인자를 선정하고 분류하였으며, 각 인자의 명확한 기준을 제시하였다. 국내·외 상수도 위험도 평가 항목에 대한 자료를 비교 및 분석하였고, 전문가 자문을 통해 인자를 정립하여 상수관로 위험도 평가 지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 평가 지표의 현장 적용성과 실효성 검증을 위해 정량적인 데이터 확보가 가능하고 상태를 평가할 수 있는 대상 지역을 선정하였다. 문헌 자료의 평가항목들과 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 상수관로 위험도 평가 인자를 31개의 직접 인자와 5개의 간접 인자로 구분하였고, 인자별 평가 기준을 제시하였다. 직접 인자는 노후화 정도를 파악할 수 있는 노후도 평가 항목, 지역 특성을 반영한 토양 부식성 항목, 실시간으로 측정하여 결과를 제공하는 실시간 계측 항목, 직접적인 수질 결과를 제공하는 정수장 수질 항목, 상수관로의 건전성을 평가하는 자산관리 항목으로 분류하였다. 추후, 위험도 평가 운용을 위한 알고리즘을 개발하면 상수도 사고 위험에 대한 예방 및 대응 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The various models that estimate the reliability of application software system had been made. But most of the existing models are inconvenient to industrial fields because so complicated mathematic methods as method of estimation parameter have been used. The two purposes of this paper are to develop the reliability estimation model which was easily applied to industrial fields, and to prove no differences between the existing models and the developed model. Therefore the reliability of software system and handled informations are upgraded by far.

This paper developed social equity indicators for evaluation of bus networks. This paper divided the social equity is into 4 categories such as horizontal equity, horizontal accessibility, vertical equity, and vertical accessibility and social equity was defined as integrated concept of these individual indicators. A simulation was performed by using the newly developed indicators to the toy network. On the basis of the simulation result, the social equity indicators are significant to the relative comparison for each zone. And, it was proved that optimal bus network alternative could be different depending on inclusion of the social equity indicators. Thus, it enabled to evaluate the bus network, as a public resource, considering not only the economic efficiency but also social equity. This paper suggested evaluation method for bus network considering social equity using indicators newly developed.

평가위원추천시스템은 평가대상과제와 전문가간의 과제일치도와 평가위원의 공정성 및 전문성을 고려하여 평가대상과제에 대한 평가위원후보를 선정하기 위해 개발된 시스템이다. 본 시스템 개발 및 활용을 통해 평가 전문기관으로서의 위상 및 신뢰성을 강화하였고, 자동화된 업무 프로세스를 진행할 수 있어 평가관리 업무의 효율성이 획기적으로 향상되었다.

Evaluation indicators reflecting recent digital environments are needed as a tool to increase research library's competitiveness and productivity. Especially, research libraries have different subject backgrounds and there are many one-person libraries. In this study, we developed new evaluation indicators based on the draft indicators made in 2007 considering these environmental elements so that it may be used easily and applicable to various research libraries. In developing the new indicators, we reviewed other library type's indicators and listened carefully to the comments from expert librarians in the research libraries through several meetings. After developing the indicators, we made a survey in order to verify its validity as well as its effectiveness and also made a test evaluation for research libraries. The proposed indicators will contribute in evaluating the current level of Korean research libraries and promoting them to the future-oriented libraries.

본 연구의 목적은 사용성과 평가에 기초하여 사용성과 착용성 평가에 기초하여 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 디자인 프로토타입을 개발하는 것으로서, 실증적 자료를 토대로 하여 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 디자인 적합성 및 물리적 인터페이스 속성을 개선하는데 목표를 두었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여 웨어러블 컴퓨터에 디자인 시안 1종을 실물로 제작하고 컴퓨팅에 능숙한 일반 사용자 10명과 택배직에 종사하는 전문 사용자10명을 대상으로 디자인 시안을 사용하게 한 후, 디자인 시안의 사용성과 착용성을 평가하기 위한 심층면접을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 도출된 문제점을 실증적으로 분석하였다. ‘외관’, ‘관리의 용이성’, ‘컴퓨팅 기기 위치의 적절성’, ‘와이어 경로의 적절성’, ‘조작의 용이성’, ‘위험성’, ‘유용성’, ‘인지적 변화’, 의 9가지 항목별로 정성적, 정량적 분석결과를 도출하였으며, 이러한 결과를 기반으로 디자인 시안의 세부적인 디자인 수정안을 도출하였으며, 사용성과 착용성 평가를 바탕으로 한 현재의 기술을 통해 구현 가능한 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 디자인 프로토타입의 기본형을 그래픽 시뮬레이션으로 제시하였다.

한국향토문화전자대전은 각 지방의 역사와 문화 유산을 비롯하여, 정치 경제사회의 변화 발전상에 관한 모든 정보를 집대성한 지역 문화 콘텐츠 디지털 백과사전을 말한다. 본 연구는 국내 각 지방의 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 디지털 정보시스템으로 구축함에 있어 적합한 인터페이스의 개발을 위해 진행된 시범 서비스의 사용성 평가에 관한 연구이다. 2003 년 6 월부터 2004 년 12 월까지 경기도 성남시 지역을 대상으로 개발된 디지털성남문화대전에 대하여 전반적인 서비스 및 시스템, 인터페이스 등에 대하여 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 12 개의 콘텐츠 접근방법에 대하여 5 명의 피실험자를 대상으로 한 자유테스트와 15 개의 태스크로 실험된 수행도 평가를 진행하였다. 4 명의 인터뷰 참여자를 대상으로 FGI 를 실시하고, 테스트의 모든 참여자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 전반적인 만족도와 선호도를 분석하였다. 평가 대상 서비스에 대한 시스템, 사용자, 인터페이스, 콘텐츠 영역으로 나누어 문제점을 도출하였으며, 이는 시스템 설계와 세부적인 인터페이스 개선에 제안되었다. 특히 평가 결과 도출된 네이밍의 문제와 사용자 가이드, 메뉴 및 네비게이션 체계 등 인터페이스 설계에 대한 개선은 향후 10 년 동안 구축 될 한국향토문화전자대전을 기획하는데 실증적 기초 연구자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이는 구체적으로 2005 년 청주지역 및 지속적으로 개발되어가는 사업의 서비스, 인터페이스 기획 및 개발에 기초 가이드라인으로 사용되고 있다.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has been developing the digital textbooks from 2007. But the evaluation criteria on the digital textbooks is not prepared, so it is difficult to develop excellent digital textbooks and to select superior ones. In this study, we researched into the concept, attributes and functions of the digital textbook in order to select the evaluation indicators, based on the literature reviews of digital textbooks, core evaluation measures and criteria were identified. And three methods were employed: a Delphi study, expert forums, and simulation tests. The results of these studies led the development of an evaluation criteria which consisted of four evaluation areas and 74 questions. The four evaluation areas consisted of content area, instrument design area, platform area and user area.

Health Impact Assessment (HIA) in Korea is conducted for specific development projects within Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) system. However, as HIA is being carried out in the implementation stage of the development project, it sometimes has failed to take proper actions despite the significant adverse health impact. Considering an environment conflict regarding adverse health impact in developing industrial complex and the current application of HIA in EIA system, it is necessary to come up with an adequacy evaluation in the industrial complex development considering health impact. This study proposes an adequacy evaluation method considering health impact for the industrial complex development and embodies the method by applying it to actual cases. Referring to methodologies of US EPA's CalEnviroScreen 3.0 and US ATSDR's Public Health Assessment, this study proposed using indicators divided by community characteristic, background exposure and development burden as an adequacy evaluation method to consider health impact. Five indicators for community characteristic, three indicators for background exposure and seven indicators for development burden were selected through literature survey, and the weights for each indicator were calculated through Analytic Hierarchy Process's survey of experts related to HIA. Through a pilot application in the three government-led industrial complex development projects, the method was further elaborated by clarifying the evaluation data and subdividing the evaluation criteria for each indicator. Adequacy criteria of plan considering health impact could be presented in three ways to be linked to the government's policy stance on the industrial complex development criteria of total score, criteria of total score and community characteristic score, and criteria of total score and community characteristic allowed by development burden.
