동일본 대지진 이후로 일본은 원자력 발전 가동을 점차 중단시켜 가고 있으며 이에 따라 신재생에너지 발전 비중은 높아지고 있다. 이러한 신재생 에너지원의 확대는 계통의 입장에서 외란의 요소로 작용할 수 있으므로 각 전력회사들은 계통 보호 협조에 관한 규정을 엄격히 적용해 가는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 일본형 대용량 계통연계형 태양광 인버터들이 가져야 할 기능 중 계통보호 협조에 관한 FRT 기능에 대하여 일본 계통연계 규정인 JEAC 9701-2012[1] 를 기반으로 알아보고 이 규정이 적용되어 개발 된 LS산전의 250/500kW 태양광 PCU를 소개하고자 한다.

기존의 LMS(Learning Management System)는 웹 기반의 e-Learning 교육의 장점에도 불구하고 학습자의 요구와 수준에 무관하게 학습과 관련한 컨텐츠들이 획일적으로 구성됨으로써, 학습자의 요구를 만족시키지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LCMS(Learning Content Management System) 와 LMS를 연계한 학습 통계 모듈을 제시하고, LMS에 학습자와 운영자에게 학습정보 데이터를 제공함으로써 학습하는 과정을 추적하고 학습이력을 관리 할 수 있는 학습통계모듈을 설계하고 구현한다. 제시된 모듈에서는 효과적인 학습통계을 위한 검색 방안으로 LCMS의 메타데이터와 다양한 학습관리 정보(CMI)값을 LMS를 호출하는 기능인 API(Application Program Interface) 어댑터를 이용하여 연계된 값과 LMS시스템에 학습지원과 운영지원 기능을 추가하여 나온 결과값을 바탕으로 하였다. 이 학습통계모듈을 통해서 LMS운영자는 학습자의 컨텐츠의 활용을 더욱 확장할 수가 있으며 학습자의 학습정보관리를 하는 LMS의 성능을 향상 시키고자 하였다.

The existing note on mobile can store only text data and cannot share the data, which means that the notes stored on mobile are just seasonal or temporary memo. Therefore, this research designs an improved note on mobile and gives a chance for sharing by importing a concept of Mindmap and backup server through the internet. The mobile application is developed based on Android Platform and the server applications are developed based on Linux. These can communicate each other throughout the internet to upload and download some mindmap data.

전력 계통에 연계하는 신재생에너지 분산형 전원의 보급량이 지속적으로 늘어나면서 저압 계통의 공통 연계점에 다수대의 PCS(Power Conditioning System)가 집중적으로 설치되는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 최근 일본전기공업회(JEMA)는 계통 사고나 계획 정전 등으로 변전소 차단기가 개방되었을 때, 복수대 PCS의 능동방식이 서로 간섭을 일으켜 정해진 시간 내에 단독운전 검출기능이 작동하지 않게 되는 상황을 방지하기 위해 표준형 단독운전 능동적 방식을 공표하였다. 본 논문에서는 일본 단독운전 검출방식의 표준으로 지정된 스텝주입이 있는 주파수피드백 방식의 원리와 특징을 살펴보고, 이를 적용하여 연계 보호기능의 안전성 확보와 분산형 전원 보급에 기여하는 효과에 대해 소개하였다.

본 논문에서는 Online UPS system에 계통 연계가 가능하며, 피크 전력을 저감 할 수 있는 기능을 추가한 UPS를 제안한다. 제안한 UPS는 계통 연계와 피크 전력 저감을 위하여 AC/DC PWM 컨버터와 배터리 단에 양방향 Buck-Boost 컨버터를 적용하였으며 역률 0.98 이상과 THD를 3%이하의 조건을 만족하고 IGBT의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 발열 및 방열을 검토한다.

Until now, in planning and constructing KTX and the Express Way, the connectivity and transfer between these facilities have not been considered. In this study the effect of mode choice behavior by connecting KTX and the Express Way is analyzed through estimating Multinomial Logit Model and Binary Logit Model. The SP and RP surveys to develop these models were carried out and the data were selected from the passengers using the KTX station, Express Bus Terminals and Rest Areas in the Express Way. To test the effect of connectivity and transfer in the field, the case study for Dongtan KTX station was carried out. According to the results, connecting the KTX station and the Express Way has the effect of increasing the demand by 30%. And this is caused by saving about 120 minutes of traveling time from Seoul to Pusan. This study shows that the connectivity and transfer can increase the efficiency of transportation system and the improvement in the mobility and accessibility will maximize the usages of these two facilities.

This study aims to investigate a framework for linkage of national research performance evaluation and research information service from the perspective of metadata representation and exchange. Based on results of the functional requirements for metadata of national research performance evaluation are derived, this study suggests strategies for the application of international metadata standards. Also, this study presents an method to implement the metadata of research performance evaluation based on OAI-ORE, which is an international standard that can reuse and exchange the research information on web architecture.

재다중화기는 여러 개의 TS를 입력으로 받은 후 다중화하여 출력하는 시스템이다. 이를 위해서는 PSI 재구성 및 PID 재배열 등의 과정을 거친 후 T-STD 모델에 맞게 다중화하고, PCR 수정하여 전송하는 기능이 필요하다. 재다중화기는 부가적으로 MPEG 스트림을 끊어 잇는 스플라이싱 기능과 PSI와 PSIP의 상호 연계를 위해 PSIP 데이터를 처리할 수 있는 기능을 갖출 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 TS 다중화를 위한 기본 기능과 함께 스플라이싱 및 PSIP 스트리밍 등의 보조 기능을 수용할 수 있는 재다중화기의 구조를 제안한다.
