An Analysis on the Linkage Structure of Industrial Complexes(Clusters) in the Internal and External Capital Region (수도권 산업단지(클러스터)의 광역권 내부 및 외부 연계구조 분석)

  • The policy of industrial complexes (innovative clusters) is being changed to build the linkage structure within Mega Economic Region according to the national policy of Mega Economic Region. The aim of this analysis is to draw the hypothetical linkage structure of industrial complexes in the internal and external Capital Region. First, with the survey data of firms located in the industrial complexes, we can catch the regional linkages of firms in the local area and internal and external Mega Economic Region. Next, the measure of structural similarity between industrial complexes is calculated with the number of employees by industrial sectors. After considering the geographical distance between industrial complexes, the percentage of industrial sectors and the location quotient synthetically, the idea of hub-and-spoke type linkage structure between clusters is deduced.

  • 우리나라의 농촌유역은 일반적으로 상류의 농업용저수지와 하류의 배수장을 통해 홍수조절이 이루어지며, 각 농업수리구조물의 운영이 유역의 홍수 및 침수 발생에 큰 영향을 끼친다. 농촌유역의 홍수 대응 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 농업수리구조물의 통합적 운영이 필요하나 현실에서 이를 시험 운영하기 위해서는 시간적·경제적으로 한계가 있다. 따라서 농촌유역 내 농업수리구조물을 연계한 통합 해석 시스템을 활용하여 다양한 구조물 운영 시나리오에 따른 홍수 위험을 예측하고 효율적인 대응 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 농업수리구조물을 연계한 홍수·침수 모의 시스템을 구축하기 위하여, 농촌유역에서 홍수·침수 모의를 위한 요소별 모듈을 구성하고, 각 모듈의 연계 기술을 개발하였다. 홍수·침수 해석 모듈은 농업용저수지 상류 유역에서부터 하류 하천 및 농경지까지 통합적으로 분석할 수 있도록 강우 분석 모듈, 강우-유출 모듈, 저수지 운영 모듈, 하천 수위 모듈, 농경지 배수 모듈의 5가지로 구성하였으며, 데이터베이스 모듈을 통해 기초자료를 저장하고 모듈 간의 입출력 과정을 처리하였다. 강우 분석, 강우-유출, 농경지 배수 모듈은 python 코드를 기반으로 자체적으로 구축하였으며, 기존의 모형 (FARD, HEC-HMS, GATE2018)들과 비교한 결과 거의 동일한 모의 결과를 나타냈다. 저수지 운영 모듈과 하천 수위 모듈은 각각 미 공병단의 HEC-5, HEC-RAS 모형을 CLI (Command Line Interface) 방식으로 외부 구동하도록 구성하였다. 전체 모듈 간의 연계에는 python 라이브러리인 Dask를 적용하여 대량의 데이터에 대한 병렬 처리 구조를 갖춤으로써 다양한 기상자료와 운영 시나리오에 따른 반복 작업을 효율적으로 수행하도록 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 홍수·침수 모의 요소별 모듈과 연계 기술을 기반으로, 농업수리구조물의 연계 운영을 통합적으로 모의함으로써 홍수 대비를 위한 효율적인 구조물 운영안을 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Fluid/structure interaction (FSI) analysis is necessary to predict the response of a system in which aerodynamic pressure causes deformation of the structure, and vice versa. In dealing with a nonlinear behavior of the structure, however, a simple iterative algorithm of aerodynamic analysis with structural analysis yields no accurate results since aerodynamic pressure need to be changed in accordance with the deformation of structures. In this study, we explore an efficient and accurate method for integrating FSI analysis into structural nonlinear systems. During the course of nonlinear structural analysis, loading conditions are periodically updated by aerodynamic analysis. The accuracy and efficiency of the method is demonstrated with a high-aspect-ratio flexible wing of Global Hawk.

  • 통합 플랫폼의 연계모듈은 구조시스템 대안생성, 구조해석, 구조설계를 수행하는 여러 프로그램들의 자료교환을 지원하는 모듈로서, buildingSMART International에서 개발한 표준자료모델을 기반으로 한다. 이 표준자료모델은 다양한 건축물의 기획부터 유지관리 단계까지를 대상으로 하므로 많은 자료들이 복잡하게 얽혀있어 그 전체적인 구조와 상세한 내용을 파악하기 곤란하다. 그러므로 통합 플랫폼의 여러 프로그램들에 표준자료모델 기반의 자료교환 기능 추가에는 많은 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 시간과 노력을 절감할 수 있는 연계모듈 구조를 제안하고 이를 일부 구현하였으며, 간단한 적용사례를 통하여 타당성을 검토하였다.

A Study on the Effects of Nuclear Power Plant Structure-Component Interaction in Component Seismic Responses (원전 구조물-기기 상호작용이 기기 지진응답에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Seismic design and analysis of nuclear power plant components are performed based on an decoupled model. However, this decoupled analysis has a limitation in that it generates inaccurate results compared to the coupled analysis because it cannot simulate actual phenomena such as the interaction between structures and components. Thus, this study performed seismic coupled and decoupled analysis on an existing nuclear containment structure and related components, considering the mass and natural frequency ratios. And based on these results, comparative analyses of responses of components were conducted. Consequently, the seismic coupled analysis result generally gave a smaller value than the decoupled analysis result. These results were similar to the analysis results for the simple coupled model, which was an existing study, but the difference in component responses was much more pronounced. Also, this was influenced by the installation location of the component rather than the influence of the input frequency of the input seismic motions. Finally, the difference between the decoupled and coupled seismic analysis occurred in the region where the mass ratio of the components was large, and the natural frequencies were almost similar due to the considerable dynamic interaction between the structure and the component in this realm.

Construction of BIBFRAME-Based Linking Structure for Interrelating Bibliographic Records for Alternative Format Materials (대체자료 서지레코드 연결을 위한 BIBFRAME 기반 연계 구조 구축)

  • Bibliographic records for alternative format materials using a flat bibliographic structure based on unit record have limitations in that they cannot be linked with other related resources in record level, which makes it difficult to secure sufficient access to alternative format materials for people with disabilities. In order to address this problem, this research constructed a linking structure which adopted FRBR-based BIBFRAME structure to establish a bibliographic structure that can interrelate the bibliographic records with flat structure and the multi-level BIBFRAME structure. This research proposed a linking bibliographic structure that enables interlinking between bibliographic records for related alternative format materials by composing upper-level linking property categories and interconnecting them to classes and properties of BIBFRAME.

Advancement Plans for Linkage of National Archives Portal Service to Improve Accessibility and Usability of National Records (국가기록물 접근성 및 활용성 향상을 위한 국가기록포털 연계 개선방안)

  • In order to understand a record, not only the contents of the record but also the production background and work context of the record must be grasped. It also requires a function that makes it easy to find related records scattered across various departments and agencies. Accordingly, the 'linkage' of information in archival information services is becoming more important. NAK also emphasizes 'linkage' as a search service function of the archives management system, but some problems were identified at the National Archives Portal Service (NAPS) such as a lack of linkage with authority data, disruption of internal service, and absence of linkage with other related organizations. To solve the limitations of the NAPS, we selected and analyzed advanced record management institutions that have built an ideal linkage service; checked the overall linkage structure of these institutions; and identified characteristics that could not be seen by other institutions. Also, elements that can be adopted from the NAPS were derived. Next, the current status of the NAPS linkage structure was analyzed to identify the parts that were not linked and the items that need to be improved in the linkage method, and specific advancement plans were suggested to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to increase users' satisfaction with search and to advance the accessibility and utilization of records and internal services through improved linkage services of NAPS.

  • This study validated the strategic alignment approach for e-Transformation of the traditional firm through the case analysis of e-Transformation practices performed in Pulmuone Inc., which had been managed and operated in a traditional mode. The e-Transformation approach identified in this study was focused upon the strategic alignment among 4 domains of business strategy, organizational infrastructure and processes, IT strategy, and IT infrastructure and processes, and was performed in the following process: 1) developing IT strategy to perform business strategy, 2) building IT infrastructure and processes to support IT strategy, and then 3) transforming organizational infrastructure and processes based on IT infrastructure and processes. The theoretical implication of this study is to empirically verify the Strategic Alignment Model hypothesized by Henderson and Venkatraman(1994) through the case analysis on e-Transformation of Korean traditional firm, and the practical contribution is to provide a feasible and effective guideline in carrying out e-Transformation of the typical traditional organization.

Suggestion of conjunctive operation approach for flood reduction in urban drainage system (도시침수 저감을 위한 내배수시설 연계운영방안 제시)

  • 기후변화에 따른 수환경의 변화로 도시홍수로 인한 인명 및 재산피해가 증가하여 도시홍수에 대한 중요성이 급격히 부각되는 상황이지만 국내에서는 도시 내배수 시스템의 선진화기술 구축 및 그와 관련된 연구는 미흡한 실정일 뿐만 아니라 효과적인 침수 저감도 어려운 실정이다. 도시지역에서의 내수침수를 효과적으로 방어할 수 있는 구조적, 비구조적 홍수방어 대책의 수립이 시급한 실정이다. 현재 기존의 도시침수 저감 대책들은 유하시설의 용량 증설 및 통수능 확보를 초점으로 하는 구조적인 대책에 머물러 있으며, 유하시설 위주의 대책은 하류에서의 더 큰 홍수를 발생시킬 위험이 있다. 기존 내배수시설의 전체적인 확장은 막대한 예산과 시간을 필요로 할 뿐만 아니라 지구온난화로 인한 이상기후 및 국지성 집중호우에 완벽하게 대응하기 곤란하므로 구조적인 대책과 더불어 집중호우에 대비할 수 있도록 각 시설물의 기능 및 경제성을 최대로 하며 방재성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 비구조적인 대책이 동시에 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 비구조적인 대책 중 하나로 빗물펌프장 및 빗물저류조의 연계운영에 초점을 맞추었다. 모니터링 지점을 선정하여 빗물저류조의 추가저류공간을 확보하는 운영을 실시하고 빗물 펌프장 유수지의 수위를 낮추어 내수침수를 저감시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 운영과 본 연구에서 제안한 연계운영을 비교하고 효과를 분석하였다.

Airloads and Structural Loads Analysis of LCH Rotor Using a Loose CFD/CSD Coupling (유체-구조 연계해석을 통한 소형민수헬기(LCH) 공력 및 구조하중 해석)

  • The airloads and structural loads of Light Civil Helicopter (LCH) rotor are investigated using a loose CFD/CSD coupling. The structural dynamics model for LCH 5-bladed rotor cwith elastomeric bearing and inter-bladed damper is constructed using CAMRAD-II. Either isolated rotor or rotor-fuselage model is used to identify the effect of the fuselage on the aeromechanics behavior at a cruise speed of 0.28. The fuselage effect is shown to be marginal on the aeromechanics predictions of LCH rotor, though the effect can be non-negligible for the tail structure due to the prevailing root vortices strengthened by the fuselage upwash. A lifting-line based comprehensive analysis is also conducted to verify the CFD/CSD coupled analysis. The comparison study shows that the comprehensive analysis predictions are generally in good agreements with CFD/CSD coupled results. However, the predicted comprehensive analysis results underestimate peak-to-peak values of blade section airloads and elastic motions due to the limitation of unsteady aerodynamic predictions. Particularly, significant discrepancies appear in the structural loads with apparent phase differences.
