In this paper, a novel moving least squares interface welding method is proposed to carry out the coupled analysis of whole model composed of independently modeled finite element substructures with nodal mismatching interfaces. To verify the validity, and efficiency of the proposed interface welding method, various numerical examples are worked out including patch tests, convergence tests, and examples of coupled analyses of the structural systems with mismatching substructures. From the numerical tests, it is confirmed that one can efficiently carry out the coupled analysis of whole model composed of mismatching finite element substructures through the proposed method without any remeshing or any additional unknown.

Various basic information is required to scientifically and rationally utilize and manage national territory. For this, a variety of informatization projects have on developed from public sectors. However, there are a lot of problems including weak linkage between individual information systems and databases and lack of the coordinating function in promoting national territorial informatization projects. This study aims to provide policy alternatives on the integration and linkage of basic information within national territorial planning system. These results will be applied to the planned utilization and environmental friendly management of national territory.

MX-S2X(선박중심직접통신)은 디지털 통신 연계기술 개발 및 실증을 통한 육상·선박·시설의 유기적 연결을 제공함으로써, 향후 도래할 해상 통신 기술 인프라로서의 효과적 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문은 '초고속해상무선통신망 무설설비 다각화 및 통신연계 기술개발 '의 1차년도에 수행한 MX-S2X 시스템의 물리계층 설계에 대한 보완 및 해상통신을 위한 최적화를 통해 상세설계를 확정하고, 이를 구현/제작한 HW의 성능을 검증한다. 제작한 HW의 검증을 위해 시험환경을 구성하여 PER 성능을 측정하고 M&S 결과와 비교 분석함으로써 MX-S2X HW의 기능 및 성능을 검증하였다.

해양수산 연구개발사업으로 추진하고 있는 "초고속해상무선통신망 무선설비 다각화 및 통신연계 기술개발"은 LTE-M. 무선설비 다각화 개발, 선내 극한환경 대응 무선 M-IoT 기술개발, 선박 M-S2X 기술개발 및 통신망 품질검증 객관화 고도화 연구로 구분되어 추진되고 있다. 해당 논문을 통하여 관련 주요 추진성과를 공유하고 향후 계획을 제시하고자 한다.

This research applied the concepts of IT architecture and IT governance for managing with an integrated computing environment and organized structure, which base a digital library's management and operation. It also aims to analyze the structural system between information technology of human resources and strategy alignment elements of business, which both constitute the core content. Social network analysis software was used to investigate the complicated relationship between IT and business-related strategy alignment elements. The following is the results of carrying out this research on the social network structure and features of strategy alignment elements for a digital library. First, analysis indexes for strategy alignment elements and social network of a digital library were developed. Second, an analysis model was designed based on the analysis index for social network as to strategy alignment elements. Analysis model was appraised by collecting social network datasets for such strategy alignment elements as Communications, Competency and Value, Governance, Partnership, Scope and Architecture, and Skills against the Business strategy, Information strategy, Business and Technology of a digital library. As for the content of analysis, social network structure and specific features were analyzed in relation to a digital library's (1) General social network, (2) Structure of strategy alignment elements, (3) Strategy fit and Functional integration.

The Integration of biological databases is critically important because of the interconnectedness of biological research. But it's not easy to integrate these databases for the different formats and designers in heterogeneous environments. So initial design is indispensable to integrate heterogeneous databases. In this paper, after we performed conceptual modeling on a popular nucleotide database, GenBank and a protein database, Swiss-Prot and integrated them by considering cross-reference. we also propose the integration system architecture called Bio-Gateway System, which can help users query closely linked information between two biological databases within one system differently from existing systems as well as query easily on condition that user knows fine condition for less effort.

통합물관리 (IWRM; Integrated Water Resources Management)란 생태계의 지속가능성(sustainability)을 해치지 않으면서, 공평한 방법(equity)으로 경제·사회·복지를 극대화(efficiency) 할 수 있도록 물과 토지 및 관련 기타 자원들을 조화롭게 개발하고 처리하는 과정을 말한다. IWRM 패러다임은 전 세계적 및 국가별 물관리 상황에 따른 시대적 이슈에 따라 변천하고 있고 1992년 리우 정상회담 이후 물위기 극복을 위한 새로운 패러다임으로 정착, 물재해 심화에 따라 2000년대 물안보라는 국가 차원의 과제로 발전하였다. 이에 이미 전세계 국가의 68%이상이 도입중이며 모든 국가로 확산 중에 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 향후 통합수자원관리 측면에서의 우즈베키스탄 내 업무와 환경을 분석하여 표준화된 수자원정보화 방향을 제시하고 통합물관리를 위한 통합물관리시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우즈베키스탄은 기본적으로 물관리 여건이 매우 불리한 물스트레스 국가로 분류되고 있다. 국가 내에서 필요로하는 대부분의 수자원이 양적으로 매우 부족하고, 강수량의 지역, 시기별 변동폭 역시 매우 크게 나타나고 있다. 또한 이용가능한 수자원을 작물재배가 가능한 시기에 농업용수로 80%이상을 취수하고 있어 심각한 물부족에 시달리고 있는 실정이다. 지정학적으로는 연강수량이 평균 400mm정도로 나타나고 있어 국내에서 생산되는 물 이외에는 국내를 통과하는 시르다리야, 아무다리야 강의 상류에 위치한 키르기즈스탄, 타지키스탄에서 생성된 물을 하천에서 취수하여 사용하고 있는 실정으로 제한된 수자원을 효율적, 합리적으로 이용하는 데 있어 관리기술의 개선이 필요하다. 수자원의 대부분은 수자원부에서 산하 관리조직을 통해 중앙에서 통제하에 관리하고 있으나 국가간, 지역별 용수배분, 갈등이 심하되고 있는 상태에 있으며 이러한 점을 해결하기 위한 상류-하류간 연계, 수량-수질간 연계, 지표수-지하수 연계 등을 위한 법적, 제도적 기반이 미흡한 상태이다. 이러한 우즈베키스탄 내 IWRM 도입의 필요성을 기반으로 통합물관리를 위한 시스템 구성요소를 도출하고 구축을 위해 고려해야 할 사항 및 발전방향을 본 연구를 통하여 제시하고자 한다.

대부분 학교에서 운영하고 있는 홈페이지는 대외적으로 교육활동을 홍보하고 대내적으로는 업무의 효율성과 학습자료 탑재를 위해 사용되고 있다. 그러나 홈페이지간의 연계기능이 없어 각 학교의 특색있는 교육정보나 자료 공유가 제대로 이루어질 수 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 각 학교 활동들을 RSS를 사용하여 실시간으로 수집하고 지역 교육청 홈페이지에서 안내할 수 있는 학교간 유무선 통합커뮤니티 시스템을 설계하였다.

과학적 논문의 기초가 되는 과학 데이터들은 국가 차원에서 체계적으로 관리가 되지 않아 원활하게 유통 및 재활용이 되지 않고 있으며 논문 원문과 데이터들이 서로 연계, 통합되지 않아서 과학 데이터의 유통이 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 유통 측면에서 과학 논문과 데이터를 비교하고 연계, 통합을 위한 영구식별자의 도입 및 제도적 측면에서 데이터 기탁 및 데이터 리파지토리의 활성화 방안에 대해 논의한다.

최근 물류 분야는 국가나 기업의 가치창출의 핵심동력으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 내륙운송의 경우 정보화시스템의 현대화 및 정보연계는 미진한 실정이다. 국가물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류흐름상의 정보 단절을 방지하는 것이 중요하며, 각 주체별 물류정보 연계/통합의 필요성이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 국가물류 효율화를 위해 각 물류 주체별 정보 현황 및 정보 통합의 문제점을 살펴보고, 물류 정보 표준화 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.
