4차 산업혁명으로 시작된 해상물류 부분의 스마트 기술 도입은 무인 자동화 항만에 이어 데이터 기반과 인공지능(AI) 등의 최적화를 통한 생산성과 효율성을 높이는 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 이에 우리는 다양한 최신 IT 기술을 사용하여 기존 해양물류 프로세스를 최적화할 수 있는 해양물류 통합플랫폼을 설계하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 해양 물류 주체들간의 원할한 데이터 전송 및 연계를 지원하여 기존 단절된 구간을 연계하는 최적의 물류 프로세스를 생성할 수 있다. 또한 사용자가 손쉽게 물류 프로세스를 생성할 수 있는 기능을 제공하여 사용자 맞춤형 물류 프로세스를 통해 효율적인 해양물류 프로세스 운영이 가능하다.

우리는 국가 경쟁력의 한 분야인 사업관리에 있어 계획, 수행, 성과관리, 개선에 최적의 프로세스 보유가 요구된다. 그러나 Project관리체계의 현 실태는 일정관리, 범위관리, 비용관리에 초점을 맞춘 일정관리체계, WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) 및 OBS(Organizational Breakdown Structure)관리, 비용관리체계의 부분 통합 혹은 서로의 연계 정도이다. 본 연구는 최적의 사업관리를 위하여 계약관리에 체계공학을 연계하여 계약 전에 WBS, IMP/IMS(Integrated Master Plan)/(Integratcd Master Schedule), TPM(Technical Performance Measurement) 등의 SEP(Systems Engineering Plan)와 계약 후의 이행을 검증 할 수 있는 과정의 Guideline을 제시하고, IEEE 1220, ANSI/EIA 632 순기 의거 개념설계부터 통합시험에 이르는 체계공학 순기에 따른 비용예측이 가능한 USC(University of Southern CalIfornia) 대학의 COSYSMO (Constructive Systems Engineering Cost ModeI)를 소개하고 적용 가능성을 고찰하며, Project의 전순기에 걸쳐 TPM 혹은 Quality를 비용과 일정에 통합하여 관리하는 PBEV(Performance Based Earned Value)모델을 소개하고 적용 가능성을 제시한다. Project 관리에 있어 System 차원을 강조한 SE(Systems Engineering), 비용예측의 CM(Cost Management), 성과관리를 위한 EVM(Earned Value Management)의 통합은 사업 관리에 역량을 강화하며 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 적절한 접근으로 사료된다.

최근 다양한 종류의 재난 발생이 증가와 그 피해로 인해 재난에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 재난이 발생 징후가 포착되었을 때나 재난이 발생하였을 때 그 정보를 신속하고 정확하게 전달하고자 국내에서는 각 재난의 특성에 맞는 다양한 종류의 경보시스템을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 다양한 경보시스템들은 그 관리책임기관이 다르기 때문에 개별적으로 등장하였다. 그래서 하나의 경보를 전달하기 위해 여러 시스템을 각각 동작시켜야 하는 등의 비효율성의 문제가 발생하였다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 미국, 유럽등지에서는 재난관리 시스템을 통합하려는 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 국내에서도 통합경보시스템을 위한 연구가 진행되어 이 연구 결과로 "이기종 경보 시스템 서버와 통합 재난 경보 게이트웨이 연계 프로토콜" 표준이 제정되었다. 이에 본 논문은 통합재난경보네트워크(IDAN: Integrated Disater Alert Network)를 계층적으로 분석하고, 경보전달을 위한 국제 표준인 CAP(Common Alerting Protocol)과 비교 연구하여 IDAN의 문제점을 제시하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

This study reviewed theories for database integration, which combines heterogeneous data structures, and suggested a practical method to integrate databases of Korean Research Memory(KRM) and Infrastructural Basic Research(IBR) as a case study. In order to broadly distribute the outcomes of IBR, it is essential to be connected to and integrated with the database of KRM. As a solution, it was suggested that the current database of IBR should follow standard guidelines as a XML database, and its future database should be integrated with the database of KRM or be established as a stand-alone system

It is necessary to propose the plans for achieving a stable supply and enhanced distribution efficiency based on the cooperative integration system in the aspects of product logistics information cash flow among the entities of the entire supply chain in order to overcomes the limitations of separate and independent distribution and logistics management system and solve the instability problems of supply & price in Domestic agricultural products distribution sector. Therefore, this paper looks over the problems of information management system in agricultural distribution process and proposes the reference standard model and the standardization plans for information structure on the agricultural products integrated distribution information system.

There are lots of data-driven analytics approaches to realize smart city. In Korea, Smart City Integration Platform has been deployed in more than 108 cities so It is very important to utilize the platform for smart city. This paper introduces interworking PoC(Proof of Concept) case between Smart City Data Hub, one of the data platform technologies for smart city, and Smart City Integration Platform for enhancing interoperability of city platforms; Smart City Integration Platform sends various city events to Smart City Data Hub and receives predicted city events produced by data analytics in Smart City Data Hub.

본 연구는 국내 장애아 통합교육의 환경에서 통합교육의 특수성과 교육주체들의 현실적 한계를 고려할 때, 온라인 통합교육 지원 인프라의 구축이 필요함을 전제로, 장애아의 통합교육 지원을 위한 공익적 성격의 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성을 연구하고, 국내 특수교육 및 통합교육 관련 온라인 사이트의 사례분석을 통해 장애아를 위한 통합교육 포털의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 공익성 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성 측면은 통합교육의 사회적 당위성을 바탕으로 국내 특수교육 관련 법률 및 장애인 교육실태의 의미와 연계하여 제시하는 동시에 교사, 장애아, 장애아 부모로 구분한 교육주체별 통합교육의 현실적 한계성을 공익성 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성과 연결하여 제시하였으며, 이러한 필요성에 입각하여 장애아 교육 및 통합교육 관련 웹사이트의 비교/분석을 통해 통합교육 포털 사이트의 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다.

UCI (Universal Content Identifier) as a national digital content identification system for identifying digital content and ICN (Integrated Copyright Number) for copyright management are operated by Korea copyright commission. However, They are not interoperable with international standard identification system such as ISRC (International Standard Recording Code), ISWC (International Standard Works Code), and ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) due to lack of linkage system. Hence, extra works with international standard identification system are needed for international market entry and integrated management of statistical information including content settlement in international market is impossible. In this paper, the domestic/international identification systems are surveyed, and by metadata analysis of identification systems, linkage method with UCI/ICN is proposed. And also by developing the prototype model, research direction to UCI/ICN with international standard identification system is proposed.

The current development of digital platform-based online retail business leads to the rapid growth of freight demand and service innovation. With the demand for converged logistics technologies, our government supports R&D projects to innovate the logistics service. The digital platforms are developed based on their own standard process and data formats. It may cause interoperability and connectivity-related problems. In this research, the standard data flow to connect the data among systems is defined based on the standard process. Especially, data for connectivity is categorized into three groups, common data, connected data, and management data. It may be possible to enhance the applicability to the practical logistics business.

The purpose of this study is to identify the types and characteristics of the integrative thinking that learners with diverse learning backgrounds use in solving earth science problems. Four students in middle school were surveyed using questionnaires to know students' science learning background and test items with integrated content. A total of 200 items, 40 integrated items and 160 general items, were administered ten times. The students did not show a consistent relationship in terms of correct answer percentage in general items and that of in integrated items. In order to understand the type of integrative thinking of each student, after students solve an item, we analyzed the percentage of correct answers by types and interviewed them and analyzed the contents to identify the characteristics of the thinking used in solving each item. As a result, the types of integrative thinking used in problem solving were classified into three types, knowledge-based, real life-based, and integrated inquiry-based types. It is necessary to study various ways to improve the integrative thinking ability considering the characteristics of students in science teaching and learning.
