This study examined social relation of cyber sports supporter's community and social capital as time passes. This study selected spectator sports supporters of cyber sports community based on number of number and history of cyber sports supporter. This community is a representative supporter's club of spectator sports. This study utilized 1,848 members accumulated during three month. To analyze data, Netminer 4.0 and social network analysis were used. The conclusion is following: First, social relation of cyber sports supporter's community showed up dynamic change. Second, social capital of cyber sports supporter's community shows Sports events and training schedules, player transfer, manager, record, game watching and TV watching, cheering, cheering uniform and tools, players, teams and clubs, game photos and video, etc. This is the poor-get-poorer and the rich-get-richer phenomenon.

The R-trees are usually used for an index of trajectories in moving-objects databases. However, they need to access a number of nodes to trace same trajectories because of considering only a spatial proximity. Overlaps and dead spaces should be minimized to enhance the performance of range queries in moving-objects indexes. Trajectories of moving-objects should be preserved to enhance the performance of the trajectory queries. In this paper, we propose the TP3DR-tree(Trajectory Preserved 3DR-tree) using clusters of trajectories for range and trajectory queries. The TP3DR-tree uses two split policies: one is a spatial splitting that splits the same trajectory by clustering and the other is a time splitting that increases space utilization. In addition, we use connecting information in non-leaf nodes to enhance the performance of combined-queries. Our experiments show that the new index outperforms the others in processing queries on various datasets.

In this study, cyclic tests of beam-column connections composed with members applicable to the domestic low-middle rise steel buildings were conducted to develop seismic connection details and its evaluation. Connection types and material properties of the steel were testing variables and the difference between the newly developed seismic rolled section (SHN490) and existing rolled section (SM490) was also investigated. Distributions of the yield strength and the ultimate strength of the SHN490 rolled section were relatively uniform comparing to those of the SM490 rolled section Brittle fracture in the weldments of the test specimens was not observed. Instead, fracture occurred at heat-affected zones or the stress-concentrated point near the weld access hole of the beam flanges. In the case of identical rolled-section specimens, the rotational capacity and dissipated energy of the WUF-W connection was larger than those of the WUF-B connection. In the case of identical connection types, the rotational capacity and dissipated energy of the SHN490 section connection was larger than those of the WUF-B section connection.

Thermo-mechanical behavior of flip-chip plastic ball grid array (FC-PBGA) packages are characterized by high sensitive $moir\'{e}$ interferometry. $Moir\'{e}$ fringe patterns are recorded and analyzed for several temperatures. Deformation analysis of bending displacements of the packages and average strains in the solder balls for both single and double-sided package assemblies are presented. The bending displacement of the double-sided package assembly is smaller than that of the single-sided one because of its symmetric structure. The largest effective strain occurred at the solder ball located on the edge of the chip and its magnitude of the double-sided package assembly is greater than that of single-sided one by 50%.

This study examines the practice of maeul community media as follows; Who, why, and how the role of participants is related to the operation of maeul community media, and the participation requirements. For this purpose, the maeul newspaper published in rural areas was approached by ethnographic Research, and participation observation, in-depth interview, and content analysis were performed. In conclusion, it was confirmed that harmonious participation of residents is the core condition of maeul community media practice. Residents' participation is based on the requirements of spontaneity, openness, talent donation, and local relationship. Spontaneity is a desire and effort for the activation of the community as a member of the local community. Openness is related to the operation structure of maeul community media where anyone can freely participate. Talent donation is based on their experience, knowledge, and expertise as a concrete practice of resident participation. Local relationship is the network of community that connects spontaneity and practice, and the operating structure of maeul community media. These requirements should be operated positively to ensure the function of maeul community media and sustainability.

본 연구에서는 비선형 FEM 해석을 이용하여 PSC(Prestressed concrete)와 강으로 구성된 혼합구조 보의 휨 실험을 검증하였다. 혼합구조 보의 거동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 연결부는 Perfobond rib로 구성된 경우와 스터드로 구성된 경우를 고려하였다. 이종 재료가 접하는 경계면의 상호 작용에 대해 완전합성과 부분합성인 경우를 고려하여 혼합구조 보의 비선형 해석을 수행한 후 해석 결과와 실험 결과를 비교하였다. 하중-처짐관계, 파괴 형상 등의 해석 결과를 실험 결과와 비교한 결과, 부분합성을 고려한 모형이 실험 결과와 유사한 거동을 보였으며 또한 Perfobond rib를 갖는 실험체가 스터드를 갖는 실험체보다 해석 결과와 비교 시 안전측의 결과를 나타냈다.

최근에 무선통신망을 이용한 데이터 서비스가 폭넓게 제공되면서, 이동체(MS:mobile station)에 대한 위치정보나 교통상황 둥의 부가 정보 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이와 같이 이동체가 자동차와 같은 운행수단일 때 사용자가 디스플레이 되는 문자정보를 확인하게 되면 운전의 안정성이 저하되어 실용적이지 못하다. 이를 위해서 문자를 음성으로 전환하여 주는 문자-음성변환기(text to speech : TTS)가 필요하다. 본 논문은 car navigation용 '한국어 무제한 어휘 음성합성기' 를 저가의 DSP chip(ADSP-2185)과 저용량의 4M bits ROM을 사용하여 low-cost system으로 하드웨어를 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 실시간 한국어 음성 합성기는 저가의 통신 단말기로서 사용 될 수 있으나, 반음절 연결부분의 연결이 불완전한 경우가 많았다. 그러나 종성이 없는 음절에 대해서는 명료도가 비교적 우수하였다.

This paper proposes a distinction algorithm of Korean and English characters which can be applied to multi-font from the results of thinning. The proposed algorithm distinguishes Korean and English characters as the number of connected components. If it can not distinguish those characters with the number of connected component, it distinguishes them as the vowel included in Korean characters. In experimental results, the distinction rate is about 99.82% for the 21,150 characters of three widely used fonts.

Precast beam column joints with thru-connectors are developed from precedent study. The seismic performance is evaluated by experimental method. The test results of the precedent study showed that failure modes for all specimens were a compression failure by characteristics of unbonded tendon. Thus, variable considered in the research program for a tensile failure include the use of dog-boned longitudinal steel and concrete confined with steel spirals. The analysis of structural characteristics and evaluation of seismic performance of specimens was conducted by the experimental way. Comparison of result with the test specimens indicates that seismic performance is higher than the precedent study due to concrete confinement effect from steel spirals.

최근 전기전자기기 및 광학기기 등의 소형화 및 고기능에 맞추어 구동 장치의 소형화가 필수적으로 요구됨에 따라, 보다 간단한 구조의 다양한 소형 압전 선형 모터에 대한 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 굴곡 진동 모드를 갖는 평판형의 압전체와 탄성체로 구성된 압전 트랜스듀서와 두 개의 압전 트랜스듀서를 연결하여 타원 운동을 구현하기 위해, 굴곡 변형이 발생하는 한 쌍의 압전 트랜스듀서에 $90^{\circ}$ 위상차를 갖는 정현파를 각각 인가하여, 한 쌍의 압전 트랜스듀서를 연결하는 돌출부에서 타원궤적을 형성하는 소형 압전 액츄에이터를 설계하였다. 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ATILA를 이용하여 결합부의 타원 궤적의 형성하기 위한 압전 트랜스듀서의 최적 동작 주파수로 운동 모드를 결정하고자 한다.
