청소년 유해 사이트의 대명사인 음란 사이트의 증가는 인터넷의 역효과를 대신하는 대표적인 사례라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 음란 사이트의 접속을 차단하기 위해 웹 브라우즈가 접속한 모든 사이트를 데이터베이스에 기록할 수 있도록 하여, 보호자에 의해 유해 사이트로 판정 받은 사이트는 접속 할 수 없도록 하는 기능을 갖는 웹 브라우즈를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 웹 브라우즈는 한번 접속한 모든 사이트를 데이터베이스를 통해 관리할 수 있으며, 유해 사이트에 대한 정보는 패스워드에 의해 데이터베이스의 접근이 가능한 보호자에 의해 보호될 수 있도록 하였다. 특히 아직 한번도 접속하지 않았던 사이트들에 대해서도 보호자에 의해 유해성이 인정되는 특정 단어를 등록함으로서 특정단어가 들어 있는 유해 사이트에 대한 접속을 예방 할 수 있도록 하였다.

최근 통신의 발달과 함께 그의 역효과로 정보의 유출에 관한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 데이터를 저장하기 전 중요 데이터에 대해 대칭키, 즉 세션키를 이용하여 암호화를 하고 이 세션키를 비대칭키인 공개키와 개인키를 이용하여 암호화한다. 우선 세션키를 자신의 공개키로 암호화하여 저장하므로 데이터에 대한 접근을 하기 위해 필요한 세션키를 자신만이 볼 수 있도록 한다. 그렇게 하므로 데이터 암호화하는 속도를 빠르게 할 수 있고, 세션키를 따로 공개키로 암호화하여 저장하므로 보안성을 강화할 수 있다.

대금굴은 3년여 동안 암석 틈새를 들춰내며 150m쯤 물길을 찾아 들어가, 다시 18m의 수직동굴로 하강하여 좁은 틈새를 비집고 70m를 들어가는 악전고투의 탐사 끝에 2003년 동굴을 발견했다. 이렇게 3년여 동안 발굴된 대금굴은 또다시 4년여 동안의 모노레일 설치와 동굴내부 관람로 및 조명설치 등의 공사를 거쳐 2097년 6월 5일 일반 공개를 하였다. 총 길이 610m 중 4분의 3정도는 동굴 입구로 향하는 산길이고 나머지는 동굴 안쪽 길이다. 승강장에서 동굴 내부 140m에 설치된 "대금역"까지는 약 7분이 걸린다. 운전석이 없고 자동으로 운행하기 때문에 앞뒤로 동굴 안팎이 잘 보인다. 동굴 내부에 열차를 타고 들어가는 건 분명 이색체험이다. 그러나 모노레일 내부에 울리는 비발디의 "사계"라든지 동굴 벽에 붙여 놓은, 네온 빛에 가까운 퍼런 빛깔의 조명이 조용한 동굴 감상에 역효과가 초래될 수도 있다.

V-형 선형 초음파 모터를 설계하고 유한 요소 해석 소프트웨어인 ANSYS9.0을 사용하여 모터를 해석하고 그 결과를 도출하였다. 이 모터의 기본적인 구조는 압전 세라믹을 V-형 모터 stator 에 부착한 형태이다. 모터의 동작을 위해서 90도 위상차가 있는 2개의 교류전원을 각각 세라믹에 인가하였다. 그러면 각 세라믹은 압전 역효과와 위상의 차이에 의해 모터 arm을 대칭-비대칭 운동을 하게 만든다. 그리고 이 운동이 타원 제적을 발생시킨다 즉 모터와 슬라이드의 접선에서 이 타원궤적 운동의 마찰력으로 모터가 동작하게 된다. 최적의 조건을 찾기 위해 ANSYS를 이용하여 모터의 구조에 여러 가지 변수-고정점, stator의 재질, arm-body에 부착한 세라믹의 위치, 위상차, arm의 결합각 차, arm-body와 세라믹의 크기 변화, arm의 크기 변화-를 주어 선형 초음파 모터 구조의 최적 조건을 찾아 설계를 하였다.

Most of the previous researches for the electronic cash system guarantee unconditional untraceability for the purpose of individual privacy. Such untraceable electronic cash system that only focuses on untraceability, however, has side effect such as money laundering, criminal activities. We present a escrow cash model using anonymous channel that supports not only untaceability but also crime prevention, and prove the efficiency of our scheme relative to previous escrow cash systems.

현재 세계 모바일 App 시장에서는 메신저 서비스가 꾸준히 인기를 이어가고 있으며 국내 모바일 메신저 시장 또한 월간이용자수가 꾸준히 유지되고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 App들이 메신저 기능을 제공하기 위해 자체 채팅 서비스를 도입하거나 외부 메신저 App을 연동하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 하지만 중·소 IT 기업의 경우 자체 개발 인력 및 인프라를 마련하는데 한계가 있으며 외부 메신저 App 연동 시 이탈 역효과의 단점이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문은 중·소 IT 기업에 활용성을 높일 수 있는 STOMP 프로토콜 활용 자체 메신저 App 서비스를 개발하려 한다. 본 논문을 통해 App 자체에서 메신저 기능을 손쉽게 도입해 이용자 이탈율 최소화를 기대한다.

최최근 자율주행차의 안전한 주행을 보장하기 위한 모델 공식 기반 접근이 제시되고 있으며, 인텔-모빌아이의 RSS(responsibility-sensitive safety) 모델[1, 2]과 엔비디아의 SFF(Safety Force Field) 방법[2]이 주목받고 있다. 자율주행차 시뮬레이터을 이용하여 이러한 안전 주행 모델 적용의 효과와 역효과를 시뮬레이션하는 것은 자율주행 자동차와 제도의 개발에 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 RSS와 SFF 모델을 살펴보고 이를 자율주행에 적용하기 위한 비교 연구 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

This is Kangwon Land casino case due to the damages of betting money, which is likely to affect the contents industry in the future. The reason why the gambler and his family's suit is that why the manager did not control their own access or did not supervise the wagering rules. The provisions of the "Restriction on the amount of money to be paid to the casino" in the Article 14 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Support for the Development of the Abandoned Mine Area are not intended to increase the duty of the casino managers. It is just one of many public regulations imposed. No matter what legislation is made for public interest, it can not be considered equally in the private duty. If so, too much effort will be required to enact or amend the public law and this makes the legislative activity impossible. The Act on the Restriction on Access to the Casino shall be construed accordingly. From the point of view of economic efficiency theory, if we overestimate statutory duties (liability for compensation) excessively, the price goes up on the market, and the volume of transaction decreases drastically. This reduces the economic utility of resources in the society as a whole (total output, foreign currency acquisition amount, etc.).

There is considerable interests in the effect of regular, vigorous exercise, in particular weight training as a possible measure in improving myocardial function. The present investigation aimed to examine possible effect of a long-term weight training program on the heart in aging rats. Male rats aged 3-,10-, and 20-month-old were divided at random into a control (sedentary) and the exercise group. The training group was exercised for 5 days a week by 1 RM of ten times with weight training apparatus. This investigation examined the changes of the heart muscle relative to histological, ultrastructural, cytochemical, and stereological studies in rats. Quantity of lipofuscin pigments was clearly increased in the weight training group of 15-month-old rats, and mitochondrial degeneration, vacuolization, and interstitial proliferation were observed as well. In the weight training group of 25-month-old rats the frequency as separated intercalated discs, fraying myofibrils and hypercontraction band increased in number compared with the same 15-mon1h-old group. From the experimental result of glucose-6-phosphatase activity, the enzyme activities decreased in the weight training group of 15-month-old rats, and more decreased in the same 25-month-old group. In stereological study, both 15- and 25-month-old training groups, mitochondrial and myofibrilar volume densities significantly decreased, whereas interstitial volume density significantly increased. From the experimental results obtained in the present study, it is suggested that long-term weight training exercise do not cause any significantly qualitative and quantitative ultrastructural change of the heart muscle in the young. On the contrary, long-term weight training exercise stress may actually induce degenerative changes in the heart muscle in the old age.

To justify the economic impacts of the internet access management is a purpose of this paper. Previous researches on economic justification were reviewed and the internet access management system. sniffer, and firewall were implemented to monitor real-time sessions and to record blocked attempts. This paper suggests the impact factors and measurement methods to justify the economic values of the internet access management system. Finally, this paper Proves that the overall impacts of the internet access management system have a Positive value because filtering mechanisms cause users to lose a small number of URLs including useful information and to diminish refreshment but save users from various risk points and enhance labor productivity.
