웹 정보 자원은 서지 자료와는 달리 인터넷상에 널리 분산되어 있으며, 그 특성상 계속하여 동적으로 변화하기 때문에, 전통적인 메타데이터의 주제 접근방식으로 접근하기는 어렵다. 또한, 인터넷상의 웹 정보 자원에 폭발적 증가는 더 이상 메타데이터 전문가가 아닌, 저작물의 생산자가 직접 메타데이터를 만들어내는 생산자로서의 역할까지 수행하도록 요구한다. 디지털 콘텐츠를 위한 메타데이터는 인터넷 전자상거래에서처럼 보다 복잡하고 다양한 용도로 그 사용범위가 확대되어짐에 따라, 디지털 콘텐츠를 위한 새로운 메타데이터 표준안은 기존 메타데이터들의 역할인 대상에 대한 세부적인 유형과 특징을 기술한 형식적 정보(syntactic information)전달기능을 제공함과 동시에, 어떠한 사건이 발생한 상황을 정확히 기술할 수 있는 의미적 정보(semantic information) 전달기능의 역할을 수행해야 한다.

모바일 디바이스는 PDA, 휴대전화 등 고정된 역할을 수행하는 임베디드 개념에서 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC 등 다양한 역할을 동시에 처리하는 스마트 개념으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라, 모바일 디바이스는 가정용 및 일반 상업용에 국한되지 않고, 산업용 유무선 원격 컨트롤러, 디지털 정보 안내 시스템 등 산업 현장에서도 관심과 역할이 증대되고 있으며 적용분야를 점차 확대하고 있다. 기존의 모바일 디바이스는 내부 메모리에 단일한 운영체제를 탑재하여 다양한 운영체제를 사용하고자 하는 사용자의 요구를 충족시키지 못하고 다른 운영체제 사용을 위한 추가적인 가상화 프로그램 사용으로 인해 제한된 자원을 소모하게 만들며 사용자 데이터는 내부 메모리 혹은 단일한 외부 메모리에 저장하여 디바이스 분실이나 파손시에 데이터의 손실과 개인정보의 유출 등의 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 모바일 디바이스의 외부 메모리 슬롯을 증설하고 운영체제를 외부 메모리에 탑재하여 외부 메모리 교체를 통한 다기종 운영체제의 사용과 필요시 추가적인 데이터 저장 용도의 외부 메모리를 사용할 수 있는 모바일 플랫폼을 제안한다.

정보통신기술(ICT - Information and Communications Technology)의 발달, 정부와 민간의 스타트업 발굴 및 투자 규모의 확대로 인해 혁신적인 아이디어를 기반으로 우수한 성과를 창출하는 스타트업들이 증가하고 있다. 이를 롤모델로 삼고 창업을 준비하는 예비 창업자들도 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 성공을 경험으로 연쇄창업을 도전하는 창업자와 달리 초기 스타트업들은 팀원 채용, 기술 개발, 자금 유치 등 다양한 문제에 직면하게 된다. 엑셀러레이터는 스타트업들이 직면하게 되는 다양한 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 교육, 멘토링, 컨설팅, 네트워크 연계, 초기 투자 등의 활동을 통해 스타트업이 성장할 수 있도록 멘토와 투자자의 역할을 동시에 수행한다. 본 연구의 목적은 스타트업의 특성과 창업성과과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고, 엑셀러레이터의 역할이 스타트업의 창업성과에 매개역할을 하는지 분석 하는데 있다. 최근 국내에서는 다시 벤처 붐이 일어나고 있으며, 유니콘 기업의 양적 질적 증가, 정부 지원을 통한 초기 스타트업의 성과 등 창업생태계에서 의미 있는 지표들을 볼 수 있다. 스타트업의 성과와 관련된 지표들은 직/간접적으로 엑셀러레이터와 관련이 있으나, 그동안 국내에서 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 스타트업의 창업가의 기업가정신이나 창업가의 역량을 기반으로 주로 연구하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스타트업의 특성으로 대표되는 독립변수 혁신성, 조직 문화, 재무적 특성, 네트워크 지향성과 학습지향성이 종속변수인 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하며 매개변수인 엑셀러레이터의 역할의 효과를 확인하고자 한다.

This research aims to perform an in-depth investigation about meanings and essence of working as clinical research nurses in local general hospitals. In order to interpret and reveal the meanings of role experience, data were collected from objects of 7 participants for 3 months. Data were analyzed by ethnographic research tools of Spradley. Themes conducted from this study were 'new experience about social learning process' and 'joys and sorrows through study participants ', 'lack of specialized learning course in nursing curriculums' and 'roles of general research planner', 'one's own work space' and 'proactive work environment that is relaxing and filled with consideration for others', 'hardship of being temporary employees. Clinical research nurses have experienced expansion of roles through new social learning processes. Conclusively, this study will provide useful basic data to develop new curriculum about clinical research nursing for nursing students and to improve working conditions for clinical research nurses.e purpose of this study is to design and implement a sign language dictionary for the deaf to understand information communication terminologies. When the deafs who have difficulties in communication use the internet, they can get help from this dictionary in accessing various types of information and expressing their intension. In order for the deaf to utilize the internet as efficiently as ordinary people, they must understand information communication terminologies first.

In this study, a survey was carried out on 200 23-year old unmarried men and women attending j university in j city from October 4 to October 7, 2011 to figure out pre-parents' perception of parental role and view of children, and put forward the necessity of pre-parent education by providing opportunities for pre-parent education. The results are summarized as follows. First, the perception of general parenting and parental role showed that 'parenting' is the highest, following by 'parental role'. For women, nuclear families and large families, who feel much necessity of pre-parent education in the academic liberal arts, the perception of general parenting, parental role and parenting by sub-factors was positive. Second, the perception of general view of children showed that 'children plan' is the highest, followed by 'pregnancy and birth.' For those surveyed, who have a plan for marriage and children plan or feel much necessity of pre-parent education in the academic liberal arts, the perception of general view of children, children plan by sub-factors, and pregnancy and birth was relatively positive. As for findings stated above, for pre-parents in their 20s~30s, women' perception of parental role and view of children was more positive than men'. And nuclear families' or large families' perception was more positive than single parent families'. These findings confirm there is a difference between parental role and view of children according to growth environments of pre-parents in social realities that the low birth rate is growing.

The advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), along with the expansion of government and private investment in startup discovery and funding, has led to the emergence of startups seeking to generate outstanding results based on innovative ideas. As successful startups serve as role models, the number of aspiring entrepreneurs preparing to launch their own startups continues to increase. However, unlike entrepreneurs who challenge themselves with serial entrepreneurship after experiencing success, early-stage startups face various challenges such as team building, technology development, and fundraising. Accelerators play a dual role of mentor and investor by providing education, mentoring, consulting, network connection, and initial investment activities to help startups overcome various challenges they face and facilitate their growth. This study investigated whether there is a correlation between the characteristics of startups and their entrepreneurial performance, and analyzed whether accelerators mediate the relationship between startup characteristics and entrepreneurial performance. A total of 11 hypotheses were proposed, and a survey was conducted on 302 startup founders and employees located across the country, including the metropolitan area, for empirical research. SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 were used for statistical analysis. Through this study, it was found that factors such as innovation, organizational culture, financial characteristics, and learning orientation among the characteristics of startups, rather than having a direct impact on entrepreneurial performance, are linked to entrepreneurial performance through the role of accelerators. By analyzing the impact factors of startup characteristics on entrepreneurial performance, this study presents research on the role of accelerators and provides institutional improvements. It is expected to contribute to the expansion of investment and differentiated acceleration programs, enabling startups to seize the market and grow stably in the market.

This study aims to present a direction for local libraries on how to collect folk culture content and provide services in cooperation with public libraries across the country, with a focus on public libraries, in implementing the government policy to collect, classify, store, research, and utilize folk culture content. Results of the study drawn from literature review, surveys, case-studies are as follows: First, based on the advantage of higher accessibility than other institutions in charge of folk culture content provision, libraries should take a role to collect, store, and utilize folk culture content for public purpose of improving knowledge and interests of residents and storing local history. Second, folk culture content collection, enhanced content-creating, and user-oriented services reflecting various demands should be expanded, seeking ways to improve management conditions of folk culture content based on collaboration network between libraries, along with drawing interests and support from the local government and the central government. Thirdly, libraries should provide expanded services of collection, creation, use of folk culture content with a focus on local culture through regular and systematic study and building of folk culture content.

1997년 IMF 경제위기 이후 한국사회의 뚜렷한 변화의 하나는 빈부격차의 확대와 함께 사회계층의 양극화가 진행되고 있다는 점이다. 이 논문의 목적은 사회적 양극화의 주요 원인은 무엇이며, 사회적 양극화가 공간적으로는 어떻게 나타나는가를 서울을 사례로 하여 규명하는 데 있다. 서구 선진자본주의 국가에서 사회적 양극화에 대한 논의는 이미 1990년대 초 세계화 또는 세계도시가 주요한 연구주제로 등장하면서 시작되었다. 1980년대 이후 선진자본주의 국가를 중심으로 한계에 도달한 포드주의 축적체계가 포스트 포드주의로 급속히 전환되면서 사회적 양극화가 자본의 유연화 및 세계화 전략과 맞물리는 현상으로 인식되었기 때문이다. 이런 점에서 최근 전개되고 있는 한국의 사회적 양극화는 서구 선진국과 유사하다. 1997년 경제위기 이후 세계화가 급속히 진행되는 가운데 지식기반경계의 대두로 고소득 전문직이 등장하는 반면, 중산층의 몰락과 더불어 임시적 고용이 확대되고 실업이 만성화되는 등 자본의 세계화와 유연화 과정에서 나타나는 양극화 양상이 보이기 때문이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 한국의 사회적 양극화는 이미 1990년대 초부터 진행되어 왔으며, IMF 경제위기는 단지 그러한 사회적 양극화를 급속히 진행시키는 방아쇠 역할을 하였다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 양국의 사회적 양극화는 직업구조와 임금소득의 격차만으로 설명하기 어려운 또 다른 특성을 갖는다. 왜곡된 시장구조에서 무엇보다도 부동산과 같은 자산소득의 격차가 큰 역할을 하기 때문이다. 서울은 이와 같은 한국의 사회적 양극화가 한 도시 내에서 전형적으로 전개되는 곳이라고 할 수 있다. 한국 내 어떤 도시보다도 세계화되어 있고 전문지식을 기반으로 하는 산업이 발달하고 있기 때문이다. 서울의 사회적 양극화는 공간적으로도 나타난다. 일반적으로 서울은 크게 주거지로서는 공동화되고 있는 중구 종로구 용산구 등 사대문안의 구도심지역, 강남구 서초구 송파구 등을 중심으로 한 1970년대 이후 계획적으로 계발된 이른바 강남의 신흥주택 및 신산업 지역, 영등포구 구로구 금천구 성동구 동대문구 등 제조업 중심의 구 산업 및 저소득층 주거지역 그리고 그 나머지 강북 강서 강동 등의 전형적인 주거지역 등 4개 유형으로 지역이 구분된다. 그러나 IMF 경제위기 이후에 강남구 서초구 송파구를 중심으로 하는 고소득증의 주거지와 그 나머지 주거지로 공간적 양극화가 이루어지고 있다. 사회적 양극화의 이와 같은 공간화 과정에는 자산소득의 격차를 확대하는 강남구 서초구 송파구의 높은 지가 및 아파트 가격이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 높은 부동산 가격이 이 지역에 대한 일종의 진입장벽을 참음으로써 고소득층에 의한 공간독점을 가능하게 하기 때문이다. 공간적 양극화를 촉진하는데는 지하철 및 문화복지시설의 집중 둥 불균형적인 공공투자와 강북에서 이전한 명문고등학교를 중심으로 형성된 8학군 등 양호한 교육환경 또한 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 서울의 사례에서 확인할 수 있듯이, 한국에서의 사회적 양극화는 직업구조와 임금소득이라는 일반적인 요인 외에도 부동산 가격 및 소득 그리고 생활인프라의 격차를 통해 공간적 양극화물 야기하고 있다. 이러한 현상이 한국내 다른도시에서도 전개되고 있는지, 공간적 양극화로 인한 도시문제는 무엇이고 대처방안은 무엇인지 등에 대해서 후속연구가 요구된다.

After participating in the Second Boer War in 1899, the Australian Army participated in world wars such as World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. To overcome the decline in the social recognition of soldiers and the continuous shortage of troops caused by the protracted war, the status and role of female personnel were expanded. The use of female manpower, which started as medical support during the Second Boer War, expanded to combat support missions such as communications, maintenance, driving, secret document management, and radar surveillance during World War II. After the Vietnam War, the Chiefs of Staff of the Australian Army, Navy and Air Force established a committee to expand women's participation in the military, improved service conditions for female personnel and supplemented regulations so that they were treated as soldiers, not women, and reached a turning point in expanding the role of female personnel in the Australian military. As a result, all combat positions, including special forces, were opened to women in 2014, and a plan was established to increase the proportion of women in each service by 2030. Like the Australian military, South Korea is also experiencing a demographic cliff and shortage of troops due to the continuing low birthrate problem. Through the history and current state of the use of female personnel in the Australian military, we would like to draw implications for the direction our military should go.

Thanks to the rapid advance of modern technology in industrial society, economic and material abundances have not only caused a variety of cultural industry to develop but also brought about the development of beauty treatment industry. Like this, the industry has continually expanded into the public rapidly by forming a new beauty trend along with the growth of mass media such as T.V, advertisement, vogue magazine, and film. And make-up is also broadening its artistic areas by utilizing various expression skills and consistently changing with beauty trends, which has influences on Make-up Illustration. As a result, it has been recognized as a new conception of 'art' expanding in interpretation of communicating with the masses under condition of modern culture and stressed in its part more and more. It is expected that Make-up Illustration playing an important role in the exchange of fashion trend information between beauty treatment industry and people will be studied in different-image-expression ways to raise its artistic value and be a useful material for research and creation activities in the foreseeable future by Make-up Illustration made of computer graphics.
