일제강점기 부산의 연안공간은 경제, 사회적 시설이 집중되는 중요한 공간으로 인식되어 왔으며, 이로 인하여 부산의 연안공간에는 역사적 가치를 가지고 있는 역사문화자원이 산재해 있다. 하지만 부산 연안에 위치한 역사문화자원에 대한 발굴과 활용이 제대로 이루어지지 못해 역사문화자원이 사장되는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산 연안공간에 위치한 역사문화자원 중 아직까지 그 가치를 제대로 평가받지 못하고 있는 가덕도 외양포 지역 역사문화자원을 대상으로 연안지역의 특성을 고려한 보존활용계획을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례조사 및 가덕도 외양포의 역사문화적 현황을 면밀하게 조사하여 역사문화자원의 보존활용가이드라인을 수립하고 지역주민의 의견 수렴을 바탕으로 역사문화자원을 활용한 연안공간개발계획을 제사하였다.

하천의 기능은 공학적 관점에서의 이수, 치수, 환경 기능 외에도 사회적 관점에서 역사 문화 기능을 포함할 수 있다(우효섭, 2009). 1990년대 말부터 하천복원사업이 본격화 되면서 최근에는 하천환경 기능 외에도 친수를 포함한 역사 문화 기능이 하천관리의 주요 축으로 고려되거나 포함되고 있다. 이 과정에서 하천의 역사 문화 기능을 주문하는 요구가 증가한 이유로는 하천복원사업의 지역적 획일화, 친수(심미) 요구 증대, 지역 경제성 제고, 환경(생태, 문화 등) 가치 증대 등 사회경제적 정책적 환경 변화가 기인한 부분이 크다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때 하천의 지속가능하고 효과적인 관리와 보전을 위한 방안으로 하천의 역사 문화적 요소를 사회 경제적, 생태 환경적 요소와 연계하는 접근방식은 유용할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 우선적으로 지역공동체가 형성해온 물 문화의 특수성을 감안하여 하천유역의 역사 문화적 소재 및 자원을 발굴할 필요가 있다. 그리고 조사 수집된 다양한 역사 문화적 소재 및 자원은 하천사업 및 관리의 주요 콘텐츠로 활용되기 위한 창출과정을 진행함으로써 사회 경제적, 생태 환경적 요소와 연계할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천유역을 대상으로 문헌조사 기반의 사전조사와 심도 있는 현장조사(탐문조사 등) 수행결과를 토대로 향후 하천복원사업에 활용될 수 있는 다양한 역사 문화적 소재와 자원 등에 관한 콘텐츠를 도출하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 활용방안은 하천 역사 문화 자원의 세부적인 콘텐츠를 아우를 수 있는 테마설정을 통하여 대상지 및 지역특성(치수 안전, 지역요구, 물 문화 가치 등) 등을 고려한 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 친수 측면에서 현재 수변공간을 이용하는 방문자수, 목적(산책, 스포츠, 낚시, 물놀이, 레저 등) 등에 대한 패턴과 지역 인구 현황, 접근 인프라(교통, 이동로, 편의시설 등), 주민 요구도 등 잠재적 친수도는 물 문화 형성이라는 측면에서 볼 때 주요한 고려사항이라 할 수 있다.

Yanbian area is a region with great interests to Cultural-Historically Korea as well as China. Cultural-historic study on Yanbian are lots of researches but can find few mapping for sites. This study aimed to make a map and analyze characteristics of distributions in the Cultural-Historic sites of Yanbian using Google Earth. We made a distribution map from stone age to Qing Dynasty. Symbology for mapping made color symbols by time series and categorical symbols. As a research finding, Sites of Balhae and Yuo-Geum age account for large parts in comparison with other ages in Yanbian. Especially, sites of Goguryeo, Balhae and Yuo-Geum age showed spatio-temporal structure of accumulative layers Characteristics of distributions is located in basin and stream area in the early age, and after then historical period moved to hilly sides and mountainous areas. The result of this research is expected to offer information for relevant follow-up studies of Cultural-Historic sites.

This study focuses on the analyzing historical and cultural resources formed during the Goryeo, Chosun, and Anti-Japanese Movement periods after the Silla period with the aim of finding ways to utilize its cultural contents. The viewpoint of analysis was made from the perspective of exchange, naturalization, and faith, and the following conclusions were obtained from the analysis. First of all, from the exchange perspective, the activities of Choi Chi-won, Seogyu, and Song Young-gu contributed to the formation of regional historical and cultural contents, such as leaving a lot of ruins or geographic stories in the area and a heritage of good human exchange. From the point of view of naturalization, Du Kyung-ryeong, Cheon Man-ri, and Jeong Yul-seong contributed to the history and culture of the story and the formation of heritage by doing such as contributing activities to the war, anti-Japanese movement for the nation, and the formation of the nation. The most representative from a religious point of view is the Guan Yu faith, which has become a faith believed by the authorities and civilian as a brave longevity and a symbol of the victory of war. The related symbols, paintings, etc. also are objects of worship and have become valuable local Chinese cultural resources as artistic values. Therefore, from a cultural point of view, there is a need to further develop and utilize these China-related historical and cultural resources as good cultural contents by elaborating their stories and local festivals, book culture branding, international music festivals, and exploring various cultures such as Chinese tour courses.

문화유산이 많은 지역의 경우 관광산업이 지역경제에서 차지하는 비중이 크기 때문에 문화유산을 활용한 지역관광 활성화가 중요한 이슈 중 하나이다. 본 논문은 관광객 유도를 위해 문화유산을 활용한 체험형 콘텐츠를 제공하여 관광 경험을 향상할 필요가 있어 모바일 증강현실을 기반으로 한 역사탐방 게임 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 고대 백제의 왕도였던 부여를 배경으로 증강현실로 구현된 역사 속 인물과 만나며 문제를 해결해나가는 방식의 게임 플랫폼으로, 관광객에게 디지털 경험을 제공하여 문화유산의 가치 재발견과 지역관광 활성화를 꾀하고자 한다.

한국과 중국에는 오랜 천문 역사와 함께 많은 유물과 유적이 남아 있다. 한국은 삼국시대부터 천문학 전반에 걸쳐 중국 천문학의 영향을 받아왔다. 그러나 한국의 고대 천문학에 대한 연구가 부족한 탓에 역사시대 이전의 두 나라의 천문학 특징과 상호 교류에 대해서는 잘 알려지지 않았다. 다만, 청동기 시대 고인돌 덮개돌에 새겨진 별자리와 고구려 고분 벽화의 별자리와 삼국사기에 기록된 독자 천문 기록의 검증 등으로부터 고대부터 이어진 우리의 고유한 천문 지식과 문화에 대해 짐작할 수 있을 뿐이다. 한편, 중국은 고고천문 연구를 통해 중국 여러 지역에서 발굴된 천문유물과 유적의 내용과 특징을 밝히고 있다. 지금까지 알려진 중국의 고고천문 자료들은 역사시대 이전 고대의 문화 지역인 하모도문화(河姆渡文化), 앙소문화(仰韶文化), 대문구문화(大汶口文化) 그리고 홍산문화(紅山文化)와 하가점하층문화(夏家店下層文化) 지역을 중심으로 발견되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들 문화지역에서 발견된 고고천문 자료를 지역별로 분류하여 그 특징을 살펴보고 한반도와 인접한 홍산문화와 하가점하층문화의 고고천문 유적을 중심으로 중국 다른 지역의 고고천문 유적과 비교하였다.

This paper proposed the validity and necessity of establishing the Jungwon Historical and Cultural Area by reviewing the historical characteristics of the name Jungwon and its temporal and spatial range. We also explored ways to utilize the Jungwon historical and cultural Area under the Special Act on the Maintenance of Historical and Cultural Areas. Jungwon, which means the center of the country, has strategic value as a key area connecting the Korean Peninsula to the north and south through the Geripryeong and Jukryeong. It also includes Chungju, which connects the Namhan and Bukhan Rivers . From the Mahan period, the areas of Cheongju and Jincheon, the Miho Stream basin to the west, and Chungju to the east were closely connected to each other. Afterwards, Baekje, Koguryo, and Silla engaged in a fierce battle to occupy the Jungwon area. Jungwon culture was born through the negotiation and fusion of the cultures of the three kingdoms. In particular, Silla continued to value the Jungwon area, demonstrated by the installation of Seowongyeong in Cheongju and Bukwongyeong in Wonju, centering on the Jungwongyeong. Since we have a historical view with a focus on ancient kingdoms, we have overlooked the full value of the history and culture of Jungwon. We need to recognize the importance of Jungwon area and think about how to utilize it. Therefore, we suggested in this paper that there be more public information services on the cultural heritage of Jungwon, the historical heritage experience, and the education programs for local residents. The development and operation of Jungwon's history, culture, and tourism contents, as well as the various academic research papers should be used to reveal the identity of the Jungwon historical and cultural area.

Chungchong-namdo area is place that Baekje cultures are straggling. Many ruinses of grant exist and is having special quality of seeing area such as Muryeongwangreung, Busosanseong, Gongsansung as Baekje cultural areas' center with Kongju of Buyeo. More than goods that equip the area's color if see culture goods been selling in tourist resort that there are many resemblant goods that can see in any local and goods development is insufficient misgovernment. Tourists understand history of the area and culture through head relic of having wide knowledge official rank and master basic knowledge. This research proposes culture goods design that apply relic that is excavated in Baekje culture station as a way to based Chungchong-namdo area culture and keep another province station and discrimination. Meantime, interest about Baekje histories was lacking but interest about Baekje histories is decaying through movie or history drama etc. the latest. Hereupon, Chungchong-namdo area culture expects to be activated developing goods design that combine traditional culture and modem thing accomplishes with beauty appropriateness and formative.
