The purpose of this study aims to provide possible suggestions for the improvement of the korean Decimal Classification System in 21th century through the analysis of history field as the subject of study. As a result of this study, some problems(for example, irrational classification number system, very simplicity of $\lceil$Table of Geographic Areas. Historical Periods. Persons$\rfloor$. improper development of class 900, necessity of some internal tables and $\lceil$Table of Racial, Ethnic, National Groups$\rfloor$, insufficiency of note etc.) were found out. This study can be useful for the future revision of KDC4 because a revolutionary improvement were provided.

The congestion of pedestrians impedes the utilization efficiency of a subway station. Conflicts among pedestrians due to unseparated pedestrian flows not only increase the impedance of pedestrian mobility but also negatively affect on pedestrian safety. This paper analyzes the travel characteristics of bi-directional pedestrian flow based on microscopic movements, and evaluates the operation efficiency on separating the traffic line. The subway station was simulated in a 2-D grid structure by applying Discrete Element Method, and the movement is organized in each cell of the grid. As a result, the model explicates that separating the traffic line and encouraging the 'Keep right rule' would be mostly effective for the conflicting flows. Therefore, applying the 'Walking Guidance System' would be efficient to improve the pedestrian convenience and mobility.

류시화 시집은 탈역사적인 측면에만 너무 집착했다는 아쉬움을 갖고 있다. 역사적인 성찰이 토대를 이루지 못했을 때 자칫 초월적 환영과 같은 것으로 끝나지 않을까 하는 아쉬움도 갖게 한다. 또 그의 밑바탕을 이루는 '인도체험' 역시 비현실적인 측면에 초점이 맞춰진 것 같다는 느낌이다.

인류의 역사에서 "제2의불"의 발견이라고 하는 것이 화약의 발명이다. 이 화약은 활용성과 기능성 및 안전성에 따라 흑색화약으로부터 에멀젼(Emulsion)폭약에 이르기까지, 그리고 공업 뇌관에서부터 비전기식 뇌관에 이르기까지 부단히 개발 발전되어 왔고, 그 응용범위도 다양해졌다. 또한 "불의 예술"이라고도 하고 "밤하늘의 서사시"라고도 일컬어지는 연화를 사용한 불꽃놀이가 각종 기념행사 때 볼거리로 모든 이를 즐겁게 하여준다. 이에 화약류의 올바른 이해와 사용을 위해 연화를 포함한 화약류의 역사를 살펴보고 화약기술의 발전방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.를 살펴보고 화약기술의 발전방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

Explosive substances requires much effort for safety management because of the basically risk. The risk of explosives is increasing actually explosives accidents and crimes have been occured repeatedly and explosives used IED(Improvised explosive device) or roadside bomb recently. South Korea's basic legislation on the management of explosives is "guns, swords, explosives control Act" was enacted in 1961 as many amendments have been made. However, the Act has increased complexity gradually because of the technical expertise of explosives such as the development of new techniques. This study examines the historical background of Korea's explosives management and considers enactment amendments and propose measures to improve of explosives management Act.

The core version of UDC(Universal Decimal Classification) is available in an electronic form called MRF(Master Reference File) which supports the maintenance of the quality of the scheme as a working tool for the UDCC(UDC Consortium) by annual reviewing its content and initiating revisions and extensions. In this paper, we discuss outcomes of our in-depth analysis of the geography, biography and history disciplines in UDC focused on the its evolutions and characteristics, including the common auxiliaries of place, the common auxiliaries of time and the common auxiliaries of race, ethnic grouping and nationality. Based on the in-depth analysis, we suggested some ideas which can be applied into the history class of KDC(Korean Decimal Classification). In particular, its principle of combination methods in the history of individual regions, the way of its assignment of physical geography and human geography in the same division, the possibilities of the extension of the table of geographical division and the adaptation of the table of chronological division in KDC.
