Woman officers with the power of the future is likely to be more female officers can increase castration. These changes to the times in order to meet the recent Lady, chosen to increase the Police and military, and female employees in the movement to operate inside the police organization to efficiently is increasing. This study with regard to women soldier and police women a typical one of speecial job of womanpower, there is the purpose of study to suggest the direction to improve the job performing ability through the careful anlysis. On account of the minority in number of women soldier and police women in the group which consist of many men, there are lots of difficulties on duty. In order to keep up with the times for the expansion of opportunities for excellent womanpower, army and police should lead to stronger efforts for them. Besides, in comparison with the general work of womanpower, woman soldier and police woman have a special duty assignments in the groups wihich have a specific predisposition. In conclusion, it is necessary to have lots of politicasl support and cosideration.

The study aims to present a solution to the problem of police physical fitness tests as police officers, who tried to subdue the drunk in a video clip titled "Darim-dong female police officer Assault" in May in Seoul, showed a rather lethargic figure, such as being pushed out of a physical fight with the suspect. The police physical fitness test is subject to criticism as it consists of items that are difficult to apply in real life despite having to be linked to job performance. The problem is that the physical fitness test events are not realistic, the physical fitness test standards are set too low, and their credibility is not reliable due to the imbalance of standards between men and women and the vision culture of physical fitness testing methods. First of all, we hope that the Republic of Korea will become a world-class security powerhouse by upgrading its physical fitness standards and establishing a scientific fitness test system for preventing injuries and effectively measuring physical strength.

Protective clothing for riot policewomen is worn by policewomen to protect their body at suppressing a riot. Plastic guards of Nylon 66 material are attached to the base of E.V.A. Foam material. Protective clothing for riot policewomen consists of a jacket, guards for arms and legs, upper arm braces, and thigh pads. This study was aimed to develop the base pattern of the jacket to protect the torso and to improve the body suitability and the adaptability to movements of protective clothing for riot policewomen. Since current protective clothing worn by riot policewomen is manufactured with the same design of protective clothing for riot policemen, the body suitability and the adaptability to movements are not very satisfactory for policewomen who has different body structure than from riot policemen. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reflect the body size and characteristics of riot policewomen and develop the base pattern of protective clothing with better body suitability and adaptability to movements. In this respect, amount and place of dots on the jacket were differently designed, made and evaluated by fitting test. The base with the best evaluation was selected as the final experiment clothing to demonstrate its superiority compared with the existing protective clothing.

본 연구는 국내 창업초기투자생태계의 현황을 진단하고 향후 진화의 방향과제를 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 2013년 정부의 투자중심 창업지원 생태계 구축정책에 힘입어 국내 창업초기 투자생태계는 보다 세분화되고 활성화 되고 있다. 종전의 엔젤투자와 VC 투자자로 양분되었던 벤처투자시장에, 특히 창업초기단계 개인엔젤투자조합, 전문엔젤, TIPS, 엑셀러레이터와 창업초기 전용VC 펀드인 인큐베이팅펀드와 청년창업전용투자펀드등에서 최근 마이크로VC펀드에 이르기까지 다양한 창업초기 VC 펀드가 창출되며 다양한 그룹의 투자자들이 생성 진화중이다. 이렇게 창업초기 다양한 투자자그룹이 생성되고 성장하고 있는 이면에는 정부의 매칭투자와 투자연계 R&D 자금이 큰 역할을 하고 있어 투자자들에게는 창업기업에게 Valuation과 투자 위험 관리에 큰 도움을 주고, 창업기업에게는 과도한 지분의 희석 없이 투자자금이 가진 장점의 혜택을 극대화하고 있다. 그러나 본 연구의 국내창업초기 투자생태계 진단결과, 국내 창업투자생태계는 다양한 투자자그룹이 생성되고 성장하고 있지만 서로 다른 투자자 그룹 간 공동투자나 후속투자 연계 등의 협업적 활동 및 회수네트워크 연계 등 활동은 아직 미흡하다. 또한 투자분야 자체가 모바일 및 인터넷서비스 분야에 집중되고 있어, 상대적으로 긴 시간의 보육과 성장검증기간 및 규모 있는 투자를 필요로하는 제조분야는 비중이 약한 편이어서 투자 대상 사업 분야의 다변화 필요하다. 뿐만 아니라 국내 창업초기투자생태계는 창업의 글로벌 사업성과를 내기 위한 글로벌 투자자들과의 연계구조는 미흡한 상황이어 이를 촉진할 방안이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

The effect of acid hydrolysis on isoflavone contents of defatted soybean flour (DSF) was investigated in this study. Isoflavone analyzed were daidzein, genistein, glycitein, daidzein, genistein and glycitein with using HPLC. The DSF suspension was heated at $95^{\circ}C$ for 4 hour with addition of HCl (0.25-3.00 N) and analyzed isoflavone. The results showed that the total isoflavone was increased as the HCl concentration increased up to 1.0 N HCl during heating, indicating conversion of glucoside isomers of isoflavone to its aglycons. However, higher concentration than 1.0 N HCl caused a relatively fast decrease in isoflavone after 4 hour of heating. These results were probably caused by degradation of isoflavone by high concentration of acid during heating. The glucosides of isoflavone were steadily decreased while its aglycons were rather increased during $1.0{\sim}2.0$ hour of heating.

As the interest in entrepreneurship increases, entrepreneurship education programs for people that are preparing to start a business increased rapidly. Entrepreneurial supporting policy from the government has been diversified and because of increasing support of entrepreneurship education, the demand for entrepreneurship education has been rising. As of today, most educators of entrepreneurship education program are management major, expert or people who has the experience of starting a business. Lately, target of education has been diversified and as the demand of entrepreneurship education increases, the importance of systematic training for entrepreneurship educators have been raised. In the present study, we are going to take a look at the current situation of the training course for entrepreneurship educators in Korea and then do a comparative analysis of the cases overseas. And then we derived the improvement plan for the current situation of Korea. When our training courses for the entrepreneurship educators are compared to the courses overseas, we do not have a systematic and ongoing courses. Training for entrepreneurship educators is not something that can be done in a short period of time. The training of educators has to be done prior to the development of education programs. In accordance to the existing school system, we should strive to achieve educational infrastructure that cultivates specialized educators.

Three varieties of soybean were acidified by soaking in two kinds of vinegar which were persimmon vinegar and brewed vinegar. Chemical properties of soaking solution and physical and organoleptic properties of soybean during soaking at room temperature for 8 days were studied. The soybeans were acidified in vinegar solution at room temperature for 8 days. The results showed that soybean weight was rapidly increased until first two days and then gradually increased thereafter. Increase in total acidity and sugar concentration and decrease in pH of vinegar solution were also measured during initial soaking stage. The changes in pH and acidity were more significant in brewed vinegar than those in persimmon vinegar, The L values of persimmon vinegar solution after soaking the soybean were relatively lower than that of brewed vinegar. The a values of the vinegar solution used for black beans were increased while that of the vinegar solution used for white beans were decreased, The flavor and texture of acidified bean in persimmon vinegar were more soft and less benny than those acidified in vinegar. However sourness of the acidified beans in persimmon vinegar was much softer higher to those values of brewed vinegar.

This study was conducted to correlate the quality depending upon sensory evaluation of ESL(extended shelf life) and non-ESL milk during the shelf life. The most important quality assurance is sensory evaluation for dairy products. ESL and non-ESL milk were stored at $5^{\circ}C$ and $10^{\circ}C$ for 14 days. In order to compare physicochemical and sensory properties, pH, TA(titratable acidity), protein, fat, lactose, FFA(free fatty acid), and other organoleptic characteristics were measured. The results showed that physicochemical properties were not significantly changed during storage. On the other hand, the freshness was affected by storage conditions. The most freshness depending upon sensory evaluation was monitored at 5 days storage. Descriptive and acceptability analysis showed that more acceptable milk was ESL milk than non-ESL milk because of off-flavor and after taste of non-ESL milk. According to these results, it was shown that the freshness of milk products depends on sensory. And ESL milk was fresher than non-ESL milk after storage.

The results of study on the meaning landscape and environmental design techniques of the Byulup, Yoohoedang garden(Hageowon) based on the story in the collection of Kwon Yi-jin (Yoohoedangjip, 有懷堂集), are as below. First, Yoohoedang Kwon Yi-jin (有懷堂 權以鎭 : 1668~1734) constructed a Byulup garden consisting of ancestor grave, Byulup, garden, and a school, through 3 steps for 20 years in the back hill area of Moosoo-dong village, south of Mountain Bomun in Daejeon. In other words, he built the Byulup(別業, Yoohoedang) by placing his father's grave in the back hill of the village, and then constructed Yoegeongam(餘慶菴) and Geoupjae(居業齋) for protection of the pond(Napoji, 納汚池), garden(Banhwanwon, 盤桓園), and ancestor graves, and descendants' studying in the middle stage. He built an extension in Yoohoedang and finally completed the large-size garden (Hageowon) by extending the east area. Second, in terms of geomancy sense, Yoohoedang Byulup located in Moosoo-dong village area is the representative example including all space elements such as main living house (the head family house of Andong Kwon family), Byulup (Yoohoedang), ancestor graves, Hagoewon (garden) and Yoegeongam (cemetery management and school) which byulup type Byulseo should be equipped with. Thirdly, there are various meaning landscape elements combining the value system of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism value, including; (1) remembering parents, (2) harmonious family, (3) integrity, (4) virtue, (5) noble personality, (6) good luck, (7) hermit life, (8) family prosperity and learning development, (9) grace from ancestors, (10) fairyland, (11) guarding ancestor graves, and (12) living ever-young. Fourth, after he arranged ancestor graveyard in the back of the village, he used surrounding natural landscapes to construct Hagoewon garden with water garden consisting of 4 mountain streams and 3 ponds for 13 years, and finally completed a beautiful fairyland with 5 platforms, 3 bamboo forests, as well as the Seokgasan(石假山, artificial hill). Fifth, he adopted landscape plantation (28 kinds; pine, maple, royal azalea, azalea, persimmon tree, bamboo, willow, pomegranate tree, rose, chinensis, chaenomeles speciosa, Japanese azalea, peach tree, lotus, chrysanthemum, peony, and Paeonia suffruticosa, etc.) to apply romance from poetic affection, symbol and ideal from personification, as well as plantation plan considering seasonal landscapes. Landscape rocks were used by intact use of natural rocks, connecting with water elements, garden ornament method using Seokyeonji and flower steps, and mountain Seokga method showing the essence of landscape meanings. In addition, waterscape are characterized by active use of water considering natural streams and physio-graphic condition (eastern valley), ecological corridor role that rhythmically connects each space of the garden and waterways following routes, landscape meaning introduction connecting 'gaining knowledge by the study of things' values including Hwalsoodam(活水潭, pond), Mongjeong(蒙井, spring), Hosoo(濠水, stream), and Boksoo(?水, stream), and sensuous experience space construction with auditory and visualization using properties of landscape matters.
