지상군의 전장가시화 구현의 일환으로 실시간의 전술정보교환 공유와 상황인식 보장을 위한 지상전술데이터링크체계개발이 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 KVMF 기반하 무기체계와 기존 무기체계간 전술정보가 이루어지지 않아 문제점이 발생되어 현재 개발 중 혹은 향후 KVMF 기반의 무기체계 개발에서 전장정보공유가 가능하도록 상호운용성 구축방안을 제시한다.

정부는 최근까지 창업 촉진 및 신규 일자리 창출 도모를 목적으로 비 수도권 제조 창업기업에 대해 창업투자 보조금을 지원해 왔다. 정부의 이러한 보조금 지급 결과, 4년간 총 1조 5천 4백 60억원 정도의 매출 증대 효과와 비정규직 포함 총 3,825명의 고용 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문에서는 창업투자 보조금에 대한 전반적 성과와 더불어 개선되어야 할 정책적 방향성에 대한 제언을 한다.

The Internet has motivated firms to participate in electronic commerce. With the development of electronic commerce, SMEs (small- and medium-sized enterprises) may be forced to use e-intermediaries in export marketing. This study aims at assessing e-intermediaries in various aspects. Empirical and theoretical studies are conducted to investigate determinants and effects of eintermediary use in export marketing. Based on resource-based view (RBV), the study develops a conceptual model that can address the question of which international competence and export performance are closely related to e-intermediary use by SMEs. Based on literature review and theoretical foundations, this study made four hypotheses. With AMOS, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for testing four hypotheses. The empirical findings support all hypotheses. Last, this study suggests examining comprehensive internal and external factors in terms of e-intermediary use as an interesting topic for future research.

OPC는 산업자동화와 엔터프라이즈 시스템을 지원하는 개방형 연결 시스템이다. OPC XML-DA는 웹 서비스 기반의 플랫폼에 독립적인 통신을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 OPC를 사용해 변전소 자동화 프로토콜로 사용되는 IEC61850을 통해 배전 프로토콜인 DNP3.0, AMI에서 사용되는 DLMS 프로토콜간의 상호 연동을 위한 전력 IT 시스템 연동 플랫폼을 제안한다.

We examine the value of information sharing in the context of supplier-buyer relationships after controlling for trading partners' opportunism. Given that trading partners' opportunism is not randomly chosen, we explicitly incorporate their self-selection process into our estimation procedure by employing Heckman's self-selection model. According to our analysis, firms that have built safeguards via mutual trust, commitments and information sharing experience less opportunistic risk in supplier-buyer relationships. Our findings also suggest that information sharing has a positive impact on firm performance after controlling for opportunism. Further, firms that are less exposed to trading partners' opportunistic risk have achieved a higher performance than others that are more exposed. Importantly, higher performance for those firms with less opportunistic risk is driven by safeguards in supplier-buyer relationships as well as information sharing. Our findings can be applied for systems analysts to design information systems of supplier-buyer transactions.

Ontologies are being used in order to define common vocabularies to describe the elements of schemas involved in a particular application. The problem of finding correspondences between ontologies concepts, called ontology matching, consists in the discovery of correspondences between terms of vocabularies (represented by ontologies) used by various applications. The majority of solutions proposed in the literature, despite being fully automatic, has heuristic nature and may produce nonsatisfactory results. The problem intensifies when dealing with large data sources. The goal of this paper is to propose a method for generation and incremental refinement of correspondences between ontologies. The proposed approach uses filtering techniques, as well as user feedback to support the generation and refinement of such matches. For validation purposes, a tool was developed and some experiments were conducted.

소프트웨어 품질에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 품질을 측정하고, 평가, 개선하기 위한 테스트 프로세스에 대한 필요성이 대두했다. 현재, IEEE/Std 829-1983, SEI 의 CMM, DoD 의 MIL-STD-498, ANSI/IEEE 의 SVVP등 테스트 프로세스에 대한 여러 국제적 지침이 많이 있지만 그 수준이 너무 일반적이고 개괄적이어서 실제 소프트웨어 개발에 적용되기엔 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE/Std 829-1983 과 현재 국내 A 대기업에서 실시되고 있는 테스트 프로세스를 소개하고 이들을 조사, 비교 분석해 실제 소프트웨어 개발에 적용할 수 있는 품질 관리 계획 내 포함될 수 있는 엔터프라이즈 테스트 프로세스(Enterprise Test Process)를 제안한다.

엔터프라이즈 환경에서 애플리케이션 개발에 적합한 J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition)의 서버측 컴포넌트 기술인 EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans)는 엔티티 빈(Entity Bean)과 세션 빈(Session Bean)으로 구분된다. 본 논문은 이러한 EJB를 구성하는 요소 중에서 데이터베이스의 효율적 액세스를 위한 DAO(Data Access Object)에 적용된 엔티티 빈의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 적용규칙을 제안한다.

엔터프라이즈 컴퓨팅 환경에서 넘쳐나는 다양한 플랫폼과 언어, 프레임워크가 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 중복 투자를 야기하고 있다. 이종 플랫폼, 나아가 이종 개발 플랫폼을 자유로이 연동시킬 수 있는 개발 방법에 대한 필요성이 대두되면서 등장한 MDA 개념은 개발된 모델을 특정 플랫폼에 알맞은 형태로 변환함으로써 개발 모델 및 코드의 재사용성을 극대화한다. 본 논문에서는 MDA 개발 방법에 있어서 특정 플랫폼에 알맞은 로드를 동적으로 생성하면서 PSM 이나 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 중립성을 가지기 위한 방안으로 템플릿과 언어 처리기를 복합적으로 사용하는 방안을 제시한다.

생산성 있는 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리를 위한 기술적, 산업적 전략은 웹 환경 하에서 컴포넌트 기반의 소프트웨어 개발(CBD : Component Based Development)로 점차 귀결되고 있다. 나아가 정보 공유의 투명성이나 비즈니스 로직의 독립적 패키징과 같은, 이 두 개의 기술들이 개별적으로 가지는 특성과 장점들을 결합한 웹 서비스로 전환되고 있다. 따라서 컴포넌트 중심의 웹 서비스를 위한 인프라 환경의 지원이 무엇보다 중요하게 되었다. J2EE는 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위한 가장 표준화된 플렛폼 중의 하나로, 다중 계층의 엔터프라이즈 솔루션을 위한 간단한 개발과 전개, 관리 방식을 보장한다. 본 논문에서는 CBD의 완성을 위한 실제적인 접근으로서 J2EE 환경의 EJB 컴포넌트를 위한 코드 자동 생성 도구를 개발한다. 이를 위해 EJB 컴포넌트를 구성하는 코드의 속성들을 분석하여 보편적인 EJB 컴포넌트의 템플리트를 설계하였다. 또한 도구 구축의 과정에서 세부적인 EJB 생성기의 구조와 기능적 특성을 명시화하고 개발에 필요한 EJB 컴포넌트 정보를 정의, 분류하였다.
