앞으로의 에너지수요는 환경보전적인 측면과 사용의 편리성 등으로 전기에너지의 사용비중이 점진적으로 높아질 것으로 예상되고 있으나 자원이 부족한 우리나라로서는 에너지 수급물체와 화석연료사용에 따른 환경문제 등 불리한 여건에 놓여있다, 그리고 세계의 경쟁과 협력은 경제와 과학기술을 중심으로 이루어진다는 점을 감안해 볼때 이러한 제반문제를 극복하고 21세기의 선진국 대열에 진입하기 위해서는 새로운 신에너지 기술개발은 필연적이라고 생각되어지고 그 개발성과 여하에 따라 국제사회에서 우리나라의 위상을 결정해 주는 중요한 요소가 될 것으로 본다. 세계적으로 신에너지 연구개발분야에서 미국은 화석연료자원이 풍부함에도 불구하고 태양광발전 풍력발전 등 신.재생에너지 기술개발과 석탄청정이용기술 개발을 정부와 민간의 공동사업으롤 적극 추진중에 있으며 일본조 1974년 부터 통상산업성 주도하에 신에너지 기술개발 계획인 Sunshine Project와 1978년 에너지 절약기술인 Moonlight Project를 수립한 이후 1980년 신에너지 산업기술 총합개발기구(NEDO)가 설립되어 지속적인 에너지 기술개발이 추진되고 있다. 그러므로 에너지 자원이 빈약하고 기반기술이 취약한 우리나라의 경우에는 정부차원에서 신에너지 기술개발에 대한 적극적인 의지와 민간기업의 참여를 유도할 수 있는 제도적 지원이 필요하며 선도기술개발 사업 신에너지 기술개발의 성공을 위하여 정부와 민간의 공동노력을 위한 장기적인 안목의 투자와 연구가 지속적으로 필요한 것으로 본다.

Korea is one of the countries that propel new renewable energy industrialization actively in the context of change in this industrial structure. The previous government declared this kind of industrialization as a national goal in 2004 and the current government also supports this strategy. However, it is necessary to check whether this strategy is proper and effective. The reason is because solar, wind and fuel cells that have attracted public attention as the new growth engines cannot replace main industries yet. This paper tries to analyze the economic effects of new renewable energy industrialization by dividing them into production effect and job creation effect. The result of this analysis shows that solar energy is not effective at all, while wind energy is very effective in both production and job creation. In conclusion, this paper suggests that the government has to propel new renewable energy industrialization after consideration of these kinds of economic effects.

Recently, the energy industry is implementing renewable energy supply policy to reduce energy consumption. The purpose of this study is to build a database that can help promote the supply of geothermal energy system to prepare for the increase of renewable energy demand and to develop a method to evaluate the possibility of geothermal energy system installation by using database information. The data used in the study was reliable using open data provided by national agencies. We obtained information necessary for the possibility of geothermal energy system installation, constructed a dedicated database, and studied the method of calculating the geothermal well capacity by using the database information. In the future, this study will establish a local environmental evaluation standard and add information on other renewable energy to contribute to the activation of renewable energy supply.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the effective alternative plan of the human resource training in the new reproduction energy industry, here in Gwang-Ju area. Nowadays, we, Korea is confronted with great changing moment to reform the developmental model in social situation & economical paradigms. Based on the aspect, the study showed that how suitable place to carry out the aims in Gwangju area ; first, the good equipped natural environment for activating is apt to build the new reproduction energy industry. And next, the good skilled human resource training is to get into the newly industry. According, the various policy of educating manpower for activating new reproduction energy industry need to be driven in short and long term.

신재생에너지의 발전산업은 지구온난화가 우려되는 현시점에 적극적으로 적응되길 요구하고 있으며 전 세계적으로 태양광발전(PV), 풍력발전, 연료전지발전 등 기타 신재생에너지 발전 산업이 전력수급의 역할을 해 나가고 있다 PV산업은 국내외적으로 독립형시스템에서 연계형시스템으로 옮아가는 추세에 있으며 이들의 시장 확장 및 보급을 위해서는 틈새전략이 필요하며 특히 국가의 정책 드라이브와 규제가 필요한 시장이다. 본 연구에서는 현존하는 각 국의 태양광발전 시스템 보급의 활성화를 위해 각 국가 및 주요 지원 정책에 대하여 논하여 향후 태양광발전산업의 시장개척에 대한 방향제시 하고자 한다.
