2000년에 2차 개정된 품질경영시스템(ISO 9001:2000)과 2004년에 개정된 환경경영시스템(ISO 14001:2004)은 국제표준화기구(ISO)에서 요구사항들이 제정되었으나 안전보건경영시스템은 현재 ISO에서 국제표준이 제정되지 않아 각각 자국에 맞도록 개발되고 있다. 대기업에서는 최근 여러 경영시스템을 통합하여 도입, 운용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세계 제 1의 조선 수주국으로 성장한 한국 조선업계 내의 조선 기자재업체들이 현재 운용중인 여러 가지 경영시스템과 통합경영시스템에 대한 현황 및 실태를 파악하고자 한다. 조선기자재 산업은 선박에 탑재되는 주 기관을 포함한 $450{\sim}500$여종의 다양한 선박용 제품을 공급하는 산업으로서 대형 조선소의 수주를 받아 제품생산이 이루어진다. 부산 경남 일원에 위치한 조선기자재 업체들을 대상으로 우편과 웹 기반 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 근거로 하여 조선기자재 업체들과 여러 경영시스템들에 대한 인식도, 실행정도와의 관련성을 살펴보고, 업체들과 통합경영시스템의 필요성에 대한 인식, 통합경영시스템 추진단계, 통합경영시스템의 장점에 대한 통계적 분석을 실행하고 그 결과를 정리한다.

이제 HACCP가 무엇이며 왜 이것을 단체 급식소에 적용해야 할 것인가의 것은 더 이상 논의 과제가 아니다. 문제는 어떻게 HACCP 원리를 주방 동선 구성에 적용할 것이며 동시에 이 원리 기준에 적합한 주방 기계 선정 및 운영 절차는 무엇인가에 관한 하드웨어적 접근에 관심이 모여지고 있다. 작은 정부를 주장하는 메리랜드 주에서는 미국에서 최초로 새로운 조리 시설을 짓거나 전반적 보수공사 하는 모든 외식업체는 HACCP Plan을 제출한 후 통과된 경우에 한하여 공사 허가서를 내어주고 있다. 이로써 업체 종사원 스스로가 위생 상태를 점검 기록함으로 함으로 식중독 사고를 사전에 예방함과 동시에 공무원의 업체 방문을 최소화 하여 적은 인원으로 효율적인 주 정부 운영을 하고 있는 것이다. 또한 자발적으로 많은 외식 업체들이 마케팅 차원에서 경쟁 업체와의 차별화 정책의 일환으로 스스로 서둘러 HACCP를 도입하고 있다. 워싱턴 DC지역에서는 요식협회 스스로 HACCP를 도입한 외식업소에 "Extra Step"이라는 로고를 사용케 하고 있다. 이로써 보다 많은 고객들이 이 로고를 보고 해당 식당을 선택토록 광고의 효과를 더 하기 위함이다. 당연히 이와 같은 추세에 따라 유럽과 미국의 세계적인 주방 기기 메이커들도 미국의 National Sanitation Foundation(NSF), US Dept of Agriculture(USDA) 및 FDA 의 규제 흐름에 따라 상당히 빠른 속도로 HACCP 원리에 적합한 기능을 기계적으로 보완해 가고 있다. 최근 4/15/98, FDA가 대량 급식소를 포함한 주방의 HACCP 적용매뉴얼을 인터넷 web 주소 http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/ hret-1.htm 통하여 발표한 내용과 미 육군의 식당 위생 기술 자료 TB MED 530 자료, 그리고 87년 12월 이후 (주)HRS 에서 기계 설치 사후 관리하면서 경험한 사항을 중심으로 다음 내용을 정리해 보고자 한다.리해 보고자 한다.

This study investigates impact of smoothed replenishment ordering policy on the performance measures such as lead time, order fulfillment ratio, and inventory cost. We consider a two-echelon supply chain: a single retailer orders using smoothed order up to replenishment policy and a manufacturer produces the retailer's orders on a make to order basis. Simulation result confirms that lead time from the manufacturer can be reduced by smoothed ordering policy as expected. However, smoothing orders may deteriorate the customer order fulfillment ratio and inventory cost in a retailer. We also observe that variance of manufacturing time contributes more than mean of manufacturing time to both order fulfillment ratio and inventory cost. Therefore, variability of upstream manufacturing time should be minimized.

This study is to suggest strategies of specialty contractors that provide labors oriented engineering service by interaction analysis between construction business indicators and business performance indicators. For specialty contractors that mainly provides labor oriented engineering service, the amount of construction orders imposes lasting impact to the turnover ratio of current assets supposedly because they are operating current assets to secure labor. In other words, this type of specialty contractors are focused on mobilization of labor not materials or equipment. So, it is determined that they will be able to increase revenue by operating current assets to address current liabilities and labor mobilization.

'서포트업' 앱은 음식점을 경영하는 소상공인들과 식자재 공급업체 사이를 연결해주고 관리하는 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 앱으로서, 소상공인들이 손쉽게 창업 및 경영을 할 수 있도록 지원함으로써 지역 경제 활성화에 기여하기 위한 목적으로 구현되었다. 모바일 앱의 특성상 터치 몇 번으로 간편하게 거래처와 연결될 수 있다는 점에 포커스를 맞추어 음식점 경영자들에게 편리성과 유용성을 제공한다. 특히 처음 창업하는 경영자들이 평이 좋고 지리적으로 가까운 식자재 공급업체를 쉽게 찾을 수 있게 해주며 공급업체에 연결하여 식자재 확보 과정도 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 서비스를 지원한다. 앱을 이용하는 음식점 경영자들은 자신이 원하는 조건과 환경에 맞추어 식자재 품목별로 공급업체들에 대한 정보를 비교해보고 거래처를 정하여 거래를 할 수 있으며, 이용한 거래처에 대한 평을 남김으로써 다른 이용자들에게 거래처에 대한 정보를 제공할 수도 있다.

The purpose of this study was to conduct importance and performance analysis of sanitation management in workers at small and medium foodservice industries using HACCP prerequisites. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 small and medium foodservice industry workers in Seoul Gyeonggi province, and a total of 458 responses were used for analysis. Factors with relatively low comparison degree were as follows. 'Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', 'regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', 'checking stocked raw materials', 'recording and filing the results of improved food safety factors', and 'regular cleaning and sterilizing of monitoring tools' factors must be improved along with their performance levels through sanitation education. According to the IPA results, among the 15 HACCP prerequisite factors with high importance but low performance were '2. Regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', '4. Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', '14. Preventing food cross-contamination'. Furthermore, the small and medium foodservice industry IPA with high importance but low performance were 'Regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', 'Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', and 'Preventing food cross-contamination' for the small foodservice industry, along with 'Vermin and rodents control' and 'Recording and filing the results of improved food safety factors' for the medium foodservice industry. Thus, there is a need for reinforced hygiene education through case studies on actual food service establishments to fulfill sanitation guidelines and set amended guides for much-needed items for small and mid-sized food service.

This study was to examine the effect of the environmental characteristics on overall quality of employee and food service in Korean foodservice firms. The four factors of the environmental characteristics of Korean foodservice firms consist of service, atmosphere, food & beverage, and event. To analyze the data collected from 414 respondents, the several statistical methods were used including frequency and descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, and multiple regression analysis. The empirical results are as follows: First, the employee service factor has a significantly positive effect on overall employee service quality. Second, the food & beverage factor has a significantly positive effect on overall employee service quality. Third, the food & beverage factor has a significantly positive effect on overall food & beverage service quality. Fourth, the event factor has a significantly positive effect on overall food & beverage service quality Managerial implications can be drawn from the present data. First, Korean restaurant managers can identify which factors of environmental characteristics influence customers' attitudes and evaluations in service encounter. Second, Korean restaurant managers can use the environmental characteristics as differentiation strategy, and allocate their resources into the activities of marketing strategy.

담배자판기에 성인인증장치 부착을 의무화한 국민건강증진법 시행규칙이 올 7월 29일부터 본격 시행에 들어갔다. 한때 존폐 위기로까지 몰렸던 담배자판기가 우여곡절 끝에 합법화됨에 따라 시장 활성화에 대한 기대를 한껏 머금게 만들고 있다. 담배자판기 시장을 둘러 싼 업체간의 경쟁이 가속화되고 있고, 신규투자를 준비 중인 업체도 속속 등장하고 있다. 그렇다면 과연 업체의 기대만큼 성인인증 담배자판기 시장은 활성화될 수 있을까. 금호 기획취재에서는 그 가능성을 진단해 봤다.

CALS는 1982년 미국방장관 캐스퍼 와인버그가 미 국방예산과 운영유지비를 줄이기 위해 연구를 시작한데서 비롯되었으며 그 연구결과 국방예산의 낭비는 낙후된 통신방법과 서류에 의한 행정때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 바로 그 해결책으로 등장한 것이 CALS의 구현이다. 따라서 CALS의 구현은 군에서 먼저 서류에 기초한 군수지원 업무를 디지털방법으로 종이없는 환경으로 전환하는 것부터 시작되고 후에 방산업체와 함께 무기체계획득(설계 및 제작부분)분야까지 포함하게 되었다. 최근에는 군과 방산업체뿐만 아니라 민간업체와 경영단체에 이르기까지 확장된 개념으로 새롭게 발전하고 있다.

2005년도 아시아EPS산업회의(AMEPS, Asian Manufacturers of Expanded Polystyrene) 특별위원회, 이사회 및 정기총회가 11월 30일부터 12월 2일까지 인도네시아 자카르타 임페리얼 자카르타 임페리얼 아리아두타호텔에서 개최되어다. 회의 참석자는 AMEPS 이사 12명(한국 최주섭 부회장, 일본, 필리핀, 말레이시아, 태국, 홍콩, 대만, 싱가포르, 인도, 뉴질랜드, 중국, 인도네시아, 단 호주 및 준회원국 베트남은 불참)과 인도네시아EPS생산자기구(INAEPSA)회원 업체 대표 100여명이 참석하였다. 이어서 생산 및 재활용기술세미나에는 EPS 성형기계 생산업체 6개소(KURTZ, DAISEN, HIRSH, STYROTEX, FANYUAN, ERLENBACH 등), 재활용업체 1개소(TIMBRON Int.)가 발표하고 인도네시아 환경부 환경오염관리부장 등 내빈이 자리를 함께하였다.
