The evolution and application of RFID technologies have been at the forefront of allowing aviation industries to improve the quality of aircraft maintenance and air cargo handling. However, safety problems in airplane operation are arising from the hazards of frequencies transmitted due to RFID systems. Though the intensities of frequencies back-scattered from the tags are very weak, some malfunctions are anticipated due to induction coupling on aircraft wiring. Therefore, safety assessment such as electromagnetic compatability should be accomplished upon aircraft critical and essential equipments before installations.

최근 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제와 글로벌 환경문제가 심각하게 대두됨에 따라 스마트워크와 모바일 오피스 등 새로운 개념의 근무형태에 대한 중요성과 관심이 커지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 대부분의 기존 연구는 스마트워크 또는 모바일 오피스의 도입 효과에 대해서만 논하고 있으며 실질적인 활용과 업무 만족도 향상 등 활성화를 위한 구체적인 방안에 관한 연구는 미비하다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 오피스 활성화를 위해 필요한 조직적 측면의 지원에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 모바일 오피스 사용자 172명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 조직에서 제공하는 물리적, 금전적, 업무적 차원의 지원이 모바일 오피스에 대한 사용자들의 인식과 활용, 그리고 만족감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 조직지원은 시스템품질이나 정보품질과 같이 사용자들이 모바일 오피스에 대해 인식하는 품질을 통해 모바일 오피스 활용 및 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 모바일 오피스 활성화를 위한 구체적인 민관의 지원방안과 시사점을 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 모바일 오피스 관련 정책 및 전략 수립의 가이드라인으로 작용할 것이다.

The importance of information management has been emphasized in Korean construction industry, Both public and private have invested to establish and operate construction CALS, construction management (CM), computer integrated construction(CIC), and earned value management system(EVMS). A standard construction information classification system is essential to operate the systems mentioned above. Therefore, Korean government released Integrated Construction Information Classification System(ICICS) in 2001. However, the ICICS is not widely used in construction due to: 1) difficulty of changing existing system, 2) insufficient publicity of the ICICS, and 3) no legal binding force. Especially, participants in construction do not recognize applicability of the ICICS. This research surveyed the degree of recognition and utilization of the ICICS. This survey includes both customized classification systems used by companies and the ICICS and investigates the degree of utilization and drawbacks. The results show some construction companies use their own classification systems and the others use the ICICS prepared by the government. Furthermore, the degree of recognition is in sufficient. The degree of use in design management, specifications, cost and schedule management is very limited. The publicity and education are critical to induce the utilization of the ICICS. The necessity of revision was recommended based on pilot project study that is performed to measure the degree of application of ICICS on the projects. Therefore, this research proposes the measurement model for information application and analyzes the degree of utilization of the ICICS in different phases of construction.

The objective of this study is to suggest the utilization of educated dental hygienist as the solution to the problem of supply and demand in dental clinics that has been brought up recently. Through document research and National Health Personnel Licensing Examination Board homepage, we estimated the number of dental hygienist and the condition of employment as well as gotten a grasp of the current activities carried out by dental hygienists. Furthermore, through discussion of researchers, suggested reform bills to guarantee and extend the work of dental hygienists as well as to train dental assistant. The findings were as follows: As the result of the estimation of dental hygienist, in the year 2009, two dental hygienists structure will be formed in each dental clinic. Currently the practice ratio of non-law activities of dental hygienists is high and in order to increase the practical use of dental hygienists, there is a need to reform bills that guarantee and extend the work of dental hygienists. In order to train new labors, there is a need for cautious consideration to distinguish the activities of existing trained labors, reforming of bills, and considering from various other sectors. From present point of view, solving the problem of existing trained dental hygienists, researching for the plan of utilizing dental hygienists and carrying it into practice must be the priority.

As SNS has increased its influence on the society as a whole, companies also have started to consider how to take advantage of the new service paying specific attention to its characteristics of immediacy, sharability and interactivity. This study aims to circumstantiate the relationship between a task support tool of SNS and task-media fit, user characteristics and performance by focusing on its usage in work field. To address this issue, a Task-Technology Fit model is used to propose a research model considering the characteristics of SNS as a social element, information technology as well as its user characteristics. The outcome shows that job characteristics, virtual competence and media characteristics have a significant influence on task-media fit, whereas virtual competence and SNS characteristics variables have a significant influence on SNS usage. Besides, task-media fit has a significant influence on SNS usage and work performance while SNS usage has a significant influence on work performance. The study suggests that strategic use of SNS helps improve work performance and these individual characteristics should be considered in planning of SNS utilizing strategy.

현대전에서는 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석 능력과 이를 이용한 효과적인 의사결정을 전쟁의 승패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분야를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템 지식베이스의 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다. 화력분야 의사결정은 아군의 가용 화력자산을 효과적으로 운용하는 화력분배가 중심이 되며 이 업무는 화력분배에 전문적인 지식을 가진 장교에 의해 실시된다. 이러한 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 규칙집합을 추출하였으며 규칙 집합들간의 상호관계, 입력요소, 출력결과 등을 식별하였다. 또한 규칙집합별로 세부적인 규칙을 도출하였고 객체지향기법을 이용한 클래스, 객체, 속성들을 식별하여 에디터를 이용해 지식베이스를 구축할 수 있도록 설계를 완료하였다.

도시의 안전을 위해서 재해 발생시 대응 및 복구와 같은 사후처리도 중요하지만 재해에 취약한 지역을 사전에 파악하고, 예방적 차원에서 이러한 지역들을 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 대도시 관리차원에서 필요한 방재지도의 유형 중 하나로 화재를 상정하여, 화재위험지역을 선정하는 기준을 설정하고 이 기준에 맞춰 서울시 종로구 창신동을 사례지역으로 하여 화재위험지도를 시범적으로 구축하는 것을 주요 내용으로 한다 화재위험지도성은 방재업무에 있어 지역성에 기초하여 취약지구를 사전에 파악하고 체계적으로 관리하는데 활용될 수 있으며, 나아가 지구단위계획 등의 도시계획업무에서 방재를 고려한 토지이용계획 수립 및 도시계획시설 배치 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

지금까지지 PERT/CPM기법은 대형 Project 및 건설공사등의 공정관리업무에 주로 활용되어 왔으며 공정관리분야에 커다란 기여를 해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 PERT/CPM기법의 새로운 적용분야로 각종설비의 정비(Maintenance) 또는 수리(Repair)작업에의 Approach를 시도했다. 에너지 설비는 제철소내 80여개 설치되어있으며 설비별 수리주기, 에너지수급 Balance 정비인원등의 요소를 고려해 년간 계획수립 후 수리를 실시하게 된다. 일련의 수리작업관리는 경험에 의한 수작업 공정표작성, 계획수립 및 진행관리등으로 공정관리에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 수리작업 공정관리, 즉 수리계획수립, 진행관리 및 실적관리에 이르는 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 SAS(Strategic Application System) S/W를 활용하여 System을 개발하였다.

로봇산업과 정밀기계산업을 포함한 많은 산입현장에서 서보모터를 이용한 기기 및 응용제품들이 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 이때 현장의 특성에 맞는 제어 시스템의 개발을 위해서나 사용 현장에서의 모터 동작 모니터링을 위해 제어가 편리한 사용자 친화적인 모니터링 시스템을 활용 한다면 업무 효율을 향상 시킬 수 잇다. 본 논문에서 개발한 DC모터 제어 및 모니터링 시스템은 임베디드 시스템을 기반으로 설계되었다. 이 시스템은 Intel PXA255 CPU를 장착하고 리눅스를 OS로 사용하였으며, 블루투스를 이용한 무선통신으로 모터 드라이버와 모니터링 및 제어에 필요한 데이터를 주고 받는다. 또한, 사용자 친화적인 GUI(Graphical User Interface)로 구성되어 조작 및 관리가 편리하다. 임베디드 기기의 특성상 시스템의 규모가 작고 무선 통신이 가능한 블루투스를 사용하였기 때문에 휴대성과 이동성이 뛰어나다는 장점이 있다. 이는 업무 효율의 향상을 기대할 수 있게 한다.
