As generative artificial intelligence (AI) services become more diversified and widely used, attempts and discussions on their application in education have become active. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze general and work-related perceptions, utilization, and needs regarding generative AI in elementary and secondary education. A survey was conducted among teachers and staff in Chungcheongbuk-do, and 934 responses were analyzed. The main research results are as follows: First, their work-related use of generative AI was lower than their general use, and considering the periodic frequency of more than once a month, the rate was much lower. Second, the main expectation when using generative AI in work appears to be improved work efficiency. Third, regarding the use of generative AI for each task, differences in perception of its usefulness were noticeable depending on position and occupation. They generally responded positively to the usefulness of generative AI in processing documents. To facilitate the use of generative AI for work by elementary and secondary teachers and staff, it is necessary to create an environment that promotes its use while ensuring safety against potential side effects. Additionally, requirements and needs should be considered depending on the position and occupation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between job importance awareness and actual job achievement of archivists of private universities through importance-performance analysis (IPA), and to analyze the difference between certified and noncertified archivists about the above two factors. To achieve the purpose, the detailed job activities were drawn through a review of laws, regulations, and policies. The detailed list of job activities was confirmed by a few current archivists, Using the confirmed list of detailed job activities, a survey was conducted for archivists of private universities. The collected data in the survey were analyzed using the IPA method. According to the study results, the two groups of archivists have a clear understanding of their jobs; however, environmental factors influence the actual achievement of the jobs.

The process of design management by public client has not performed effectively due to lack of the formal guidelines and procedures in domestic public projects. The purpose of this research is to develop the guidelines and procedures of design management for public clients. The research methodology is to analyze current status of design management process in domestic and overseas cases and to develop the guidelines based on the administrative stages of design process along the project. The guidelines of design management developed by the design stages of pre-contract, contract, and post-contract stages to classify administrative procedures. The outcome of this research is able to be utilized by the public clients and design firms to standardize the process of design management and minimize potential risk during the process of the project.

This study aimed to clarify the effect of information technology (IT) education on the efficiency and effectiveness of working processes among agriculture corporations. Survey data on information levels from 222 agriculture corporations were collected from the Korean Agency of Education, Promotion, and Information Service in Food, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (EPIS) for a governmental white paper. Structural equation modeling was used for analysis. This study found that IT education increases the ratio of the use of information systems in working processes, especially given the use of data accumulated through information and communications technologies (ICT). The findings of this study suggest that the use of ICT data as an aspect of IT education is beneficial for the agricultural sector.

Most research organizations, universities and enterprises manage the transaction informations (customer informations, account informations, transaction results and so on), which is a fundamental item in the part of buying and research capital expenditure for the execution of R&D project or relative works. But because they don't only manage transaction information systematically but also don't put to practical use as sharing knowledge, many researchers duplicate their operations and it is shown a drop in efficiency. Also there are many problems because useful informations are unapproachable in the side of research management. In this paper, we propose the database design, application plan and service method for joint utilize of transaction information. And we prove the proposed method by service which is operated within intranet system. The transaction information shared by the proposed method will be useful knowledge and a major factor of efficiency improvement in research management field.

In this research, a ubiquitous-based strategy for managing waterworks facilities is proposed to increase the usability of the existing related databases and to ensure the systematic way of distributing information. The current status of the existing waterworks GIS and GIS database were analyzed to achieve the goal. By studying the state-of-the-art technology, we found that importing the LBS(Location Based Service) technology to the databases is necessary. The results of these efforts are exclusive waterworks-mobile-terminals and LBS system supporting them. Furthermore, the applicability of the ubiquitous technology to waterworks has been examined to realize the real-time waterworks management.

본 연구는 산업간호사가 수행하는 산업간호업무 수행실태를 파악하고 업무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 직무만족도와 지식의 측면에서 조사 분석하기 위한 목적으로 이 연구를 시도하였다. 연구방법은 1991년 4월 26일 부터 5일 3일까지의 총 8일간 서울시내에 소재하고 있는 사업체의 산업간호사 77명을 대상으로 연구자와 조사자 1명이 직접방문을 하여 자료수집 하였다. 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 전산처리 하였다. 실수와 백분율, 평균 표준편차를 구하였으며, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, ANOVA 분석방법올 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 산업 간호업무 수행 정도는 근로자건강관리업무 중의 통상질환관리 업무를 대상자의 97.6%가 실시하여 수행정도가 가장 높았고, 가장 수행정도가 낮은 업무는 근로자복리중 진업무로 대상자의 40.2%만이 실시하고 있었다. 산업환경위생관리업무(실시율 45.5%), 직업병 관리업무(실시율 43.1%), 산업보건교육업무(실시율41.5%)로 역시 낮은 실시율을 보였다. 2. 산업간호사 직무만족도는 최대가능점수 240점에 대하여 점수 143.8점이며 최대평점 5점에 평점 3.0으로 나타났고 상호작용, 전문적위치, 자율성면에서 3.4점으로 높았으며 보수에 관한 만족도는 평점 2.3으로 가장 낮아 산업간호사들이 보수에 대해 불만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 산업간호사의 산업간호업무 관계지식정도는 최대가능점수 21점에 대하여 점수 17.9점을 나타내었다. 영역별로 가장 많이 알고 있는 지식은 건강관리실운영업무 관계지식으로 정확하게 알고있는 사람이 63명으로 전체의 81.4%이었고, 가장 낮게 알고 있는 지식은 산업환경위생관리 업무 관계지식으로 정답자는 42명(54.2%)이었다. 4. 산업간호업무 수행정도와 직무만족도 및 지식정도와의 상관관계를 분석하여 본 결과 직무만족도가 높을수록 업무수행정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 (r=.3010, P<.01), 업무수행정도와 지식정도 역시 순상관관계 (r=.2591, P<.05)가 있음이 통계적으로 유의하여 지식정도가 높을수록 업무수행정도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 직무만족도와 지식정도는 상관관계가 없었다. 결론적으로 연구에서 나타난 산업 간호사의 업무수행은 통상질환관리 위주의 업무로서 직업병 예방, 산업보건교육, 산업환경위생관리 업무등에는 수행이 미비한 것으로 나타났으며, 업무수행과 직무만족도 및 지식정도는 순상관관계가 있어 직무만족도와 지식정도가 높을수록 업무수행이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

As more than 80 percent of tasks within corporations are performed through information systems, they have become large in scale and complicated, which make the range of the system users diverse and specialized. and as recent corporate strategies focus on the real-time environment in businesses, the organizational structure within companies tend to show frequent changes. In order to ensure the business continuity in this environment, the most important aspect is to prevent incompleteness of business by narrowing the gap of understanding of business process between the system users and the maintenance managers. In order to address this problem, this study suggests a modeling method that utilizes business scenarios reflecting actual business rules and procedures which ultimately transforms the optimized and standardized form of business scenarios into the actual software maintenance activities. This modeling method improves reusability and usability through the repeated feedback mechanism for modified software by leading to gradual fine-grained process. The feasibility of this is to be proven by applying the modeling method to the real business environment.

경영환경의 변화에 대한 기업의 대처능력이 곧 생존에 직결되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대한 해결책으로 통합업무 프로세스를 지향하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 통하여 경쟁력을 강화하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 ERP는 적용상의 어려움과 실제 업무와의 차이점으로 인하여 막대한 노력을 들이고도 성공적으로 업무에 활용되지 못하는 사례가 많은 실정이다. 특히 건설업의 경우는 주문생산 방식의 프로젝트 특성 및 영세한 외주업체와 협업해야 하는 환경요인으로 인해 전산환경과 정보화에 많은 제약사항들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업체 D사의 예를 들어 건설업 ERP 패키지를 도입하여 업무 개선에 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 건설사 고유 업무인 공사관리 업무 및 일반관리 업무를 대상으로 현행 프로세스를 진단하고 문제점을 도출하였으며 ERP의 Best Practice를 바탕으로 프로세스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 회사는 ERP와 유기적으로 연결된 개선안의 추진을 통해 지속적인 경영혁신 활동의 토대를 구축하였으며 이에 따른 정성적, 정량적인 성공요인을 분석하였다.

아현동 도시가스 폭발사고와 대구 지하철 공사장 가스폭발사고 등 잇따른 대형 도시가스사고로 인하여 보다 적극적이고 체계적인 가스안전관리의 필요성이 제기되어 1995년 8월 4일 시공감리 등의 제도가 법제화되었으며, 새로이 마련된 시공감리제도 등의 시행을 위하여 1996년 초부터 시공감리업무 수행지침서와 각종 지시$\cdot$지침이 작성되어 가스사고예방을 위한 안전관리에 활용되어 왔다. 이러한 법령의 정비 및 관련지침에 따른 철저한 안전관리와 도시가스사업자 안전의식 향상의 결과 1995년 264건에서 1999년 26건으로 도시가스로 인한 사고발생이 90$\%$ 이상 획기적으로 감소하였다. 그리고 전면적으로 법 개정이 이루어진 1995년 8월 4일 이후 수 차례에 걸쳐 법령 및 관계고시의 개정으로 보다 효율적인 안전관리체계를 정립하여 왔으며 이에 따라 시공감리업무 수행지침서와 각종 지침의 수정이 불가피하게 되었다. 따라서 한국가스안전공사에서는 개정된 법령 및 관련고시에 맞게 시공감리업무 수행지침$\cdot$전기방식 검사업무지침 및 특정가스사용시설 검사업무지침을 수정하였고, 시공감리업무 운영을 위한 각종 운영지침으로 통합$\cdot$개정하였으며, 세부적인 신축흡수조치 방법을 명시한 입상관의 신축흡수조치 지침을 제정하였다.
