This was an investigative study to identify the role expectations for clinical research related tasks that ward nurses can participate in and the awareness of cooperation between ward nurses and clinical research nurses (CRNs) and the obstacles for the same. The subjects were 66 ward nurses and 65 CRNs. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the two-sample t-test, and the 𝑥² test on SAS 9.3. As a result of this study, 4.56±0.41 ward nurses and 3.83±0.60 CRNs were found to have high role expectations of each other and statistically significant role expectations for ward nurses (p<.001). Significant differences were seen in the five categories of cooperation recognition between the two groups. Among the factors for cooperative disabilities, excessive work and lack of awareness of clinical research were ranked high. High role expectation becomes an element of role conflict. To organize the role of ward nurses and clinical research nurses in the new clinical research nursing work, procedures, establishing of effective practices, and the proper operation of an official system are expected to be necessary. To promote cooperation between the two groups, a culture of mutual trust and cooperation should be formed to enable each group to think of the other as partners and to recognize their expertise.

태평양연안원자력협력위원회(PBNCC) PA분과(Public Acceptance Working Group)회의가 작년 11월 18일 미국 로스앤젤레스에서 열렸다. 이 분과 회의에서는 우리나라를 비롯 미국, 일본, 카나다의 대표가 참석하여 자국의 PA업무를 보고하였는데, 다음은 이 회의에서 발표된 내용을 중심으로 각국의 PA활동상황과 PA업무를 담당 수행하는 기관의 주요 활동내용을 기술하였다.

This study reviewed the library cooperation of the National Library of Korea and regional public libraries in Korea, and analyzed the actual condition and cooperation program of public libraries in Incheon. The results of this study proposed some directions to improve cooperation among public libraries in Incheon as follows: to strengthen infrastructure of local public libraries; to build up the position of regional representative library and set up effective management of library policy organization authorities; to resolve the problems derived from multiple administrations and harmonize communications among public libraries; to appoint and administer strongpoint libraries; to specialize local libraries concerning characteristics; to expand and improve the existing library cooperative programs such as shared purchasing, interlibrary loan, preservation, cooperation with small libraries etc.

Social network services are increasingly being used in organizational settings to improve relationships among employees and enhance prospects for information exchange and cooperative work. Social Networking Service(SNS) has deeply penetrated organizational job settings, influencing multiple aspects of employee's life. This study is designed to explore the impact of SNS engagement on the job performance mediated as team cooperation and decision making quality effects. Data were collected from 146 employees who use organizational SNS in there company. Factor analysis and structural equation method are employed. Results from a survey accompanied by the substantial impacts of organizational employee's social networking engagement on social learning processes and outcomes. SNS engagement not only directly influences organizational employee's job performance, but also helps their team cooperation and decision making quality from others and adapt to organizational culture, both of which play prominent roles in improving their job performance.

The cooperation between archives and libraries is necessary for the management of limited operational space and the improvement of work efficiency. "Larchive" is one of the model of cooperation between libraries and archives, so it can be an alternative plan for institutions that face difficulties in collaborating through "Larchiveum" - growing model of cooperation between libraries, archives, and museums. This study presents the recognition of Larchive to university archivists and librarians, and suggests a practical operation plan for cooperation between the archive and library. As a result, "Larchive" was relatively less aware of archivists and librarians, but in the practical point of view, respondents were fully aware of the need for cooperation between archives and libraries. In particular, Larchive was presented as a rational alternative model for both of the groups. And the need for material cooperation can be confirmed through the recognition survey, and the improvement plan for business cooperation can be confirmed through the FGI. Some prerequisites are proposed such as securing a collaborative workplace, assignment of budget and manpower. Through the results, this study presented practical operational plans for organizational cooperation in the form of Larchive, focusing on the perspectives of "teaching and learning support", "research support services", "curation services", "collection and management of school history data", "cooperation for evaluation", and drew discussion points.

The study is to find the possibility of cooperation between civil servants as a mediators for changing a society in a region into community of practice. "Community" is the value-oriented concept and exists in a local community, a community of practice and a organization that have the characteristic of "Community." Public libraries as "Community" have both characteristics of local community and community of practice. And public libraries as community gives public services for neighborhood region problem-solving to people. But in Korea, Residents autonomy system in Dong gives the service to people. They all conducts the business for changing a society in a region to community of Practice. Therefore the study conducted a survey about sense of community and necessity of cooperation in the business. The results are following: The group of higher awareness on community feels less needs to corporate the work in community than the group of lower awareness on community; The group of higher awareness on community or the group having more experience on community have lower job satisfaction. Therefore the motivation on working for community is needed for the mediator.

기업 간 공동의사결정은 기업의 업무 효율성 향상을 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미친다. 두 기업이 상호 목표를 동시에 이루기 위해서는 협력적 공동의사결정이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 협력적 의사결정의 선행요인과 결과요인을 파악하고 실증적 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 PLS 통계적 방법을 이용하여 제시된 가설을 검증하였으며, 그 결과 상대기업의 지식창조 능력, 기입간 프로세스 모듈화, 기업간 신뢰가 기업간 협력적 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 결과적으로 업무성과와 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 재난안전관련 근무자의 업무연속성 향상을 저해하는 부분들을 파악하고 해결의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 공공단체의 재난안전분야 인사제도의 특성을 살펴본 결과, 현행 순환보직 제도와 새롭고 다양한 유형의 재난위험에 대응할 전문화된 근무자의 부족이 재난안전업무에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 현재 문제점으로 지적되는 것은 기간이 짧은 순환 근무형태와 임기만료가 임박하여 전보 사실을 공지하는 문제, 그리고 비전문성 등이 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 부서 당 평균 재직 기간을 최소 5년 이상으로 연장하고, 정책의 지속성 및 업무 연속성을 위하여 2인 1업무제 도입을 고려할 필요가 있다. 그리고 충분한 시간을 두고 전보를 준비할 수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 보인다. 비전문성에 대한 해결 방향으로는 최근 재난의 예방과 대비를 중시하는 추세를 반영하여 공공기관과 민간부문 등 다양한 전문가들의 참여를 통한 해결방식이 필요하다. 미국, 독일, 일본 등에서 민간부문과의 협력적 재난안전관리가 성공적으로 이루어지고 있듯이 국내에서도 의사결정체계를 민간부문과의 협력적 거버넌스체계로 전환해야한다.

구성원 간의 협업과 업무 공유는 원활한 업무 진행을 위해 반드시 필요하며 이메일, 메신저 프로그램으로 데이터들을 상호 주고 받고 업무를 공유 하는 경우도 있다. 그러나 데이터 전송 방법, 조회가 불편하고 또한 업무 이력 관리가 잘되지 않는 경우가 종종 발생하기 때문에 이문제 해결을 위한 대안을 찾게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 기능을 가진 그룹형 상호 협력과 정보 공유를 위한 일정 관리 어플에 대해 연구하고자 하며 캘린더 생성, 이벤트 추가 그리고 이벤트 리스트를 설계, 구축구하고자 한다. 아울러, 사용자의 정보와 그룹의 일정 내용들의 구축 및 저장을 위해 Firebase 기반의 데이터베이스도 활용하고자 한다.

과학기술처는 금년 중 주요 업무 계획의 하나로, 원자력 협력 대상국을 다각화하고, 원자력 협력의 효율적$\cdot$체계적 추진과 원자력 기술의 교류 기반 강화 차원에서 유럽$\cdot$동구$\cdot$아시아$\cdot$북미$\cdot$남미 등 권역별로 원자력 국제 협력 추진을 계획, 기술 조사단의 파견을 추진하고 있다. 이 글은 지난 4월 26일부터 5월 6일까지 유관 부처 및 산업계가 공동 참여한 민관합동조사단이 아르헨티나$\cdot$브라질$\cdot$칠레 등 남미 3국의 정부$\cdot$연구소$\cdot$산업체 등을 방문하여 얻은 각국의 원자력 현황의 조사 결과로서, 향후 남미 국가와의 원자력 협력시 귀중한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
