  • The value engineering(VE) in construction projects is systematic method which improve quality as well as reduction input cost and as construction VE work extends the range of application, the importance is rising. For this reason studies are needed to enforce design value engineering work systemically and effectively. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the present construction VE processing and deduced the model to be most suitable the work efficiency. As suggested model reflects systemically requirement item of owner and user, it will make approaching direction and standard establishment possible. So it will increase the following function analysis in analyzing step and the effectiveness of creating idea and make successful VE result.

The Influence of Job Stress and Ego-Resilience on Nursing Performance New Nurse In Secondary Hospitals (2차 병원 신규간호사의 직무스트레스와 자아탄력성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This is an explanatory study to figure out the relationship job stress, the ego-resilience, and nursing performance of new nurses. The data were collected from 198 new nurses who have been working for 6-12 months in six secondary hospitals in province from February 16 to April 30, 2016. The degree of nursing performance were found to be high and the degree of job stress and ego-resilience were found to be middle. There was negative correlation between job stress and nursing performance. There was positive correlation between ego-resilience and nursing performance. Factors influencing nursing performance were ego-resilience, job stress, Motivation to choose nursing which explained 33.6% of the variance. It is suggested to highlight the importance of the nursing performance and to develop and execute the nursing intervention program for enhancing the ego-resilience of new nurses.

  • Becoming construction projects larger and more complicated, and utilizing more varied and complex contracting and delivery systems in the industry, integrating information and managing constructability from project inception to completion became the most critical tasks for the successful project management. However, current industry practices of constructability analysis which are too much dependent on field engineers and managers' experiences, are not performed efficiently and also not managed effectively. Then the scope, method, and procedure in performing analysis tasks are not certain as well as not systematic, In addition, due to using 2D based drawings and documents, information required at project phases for the analysis is inconsistent and inaccurate. This study aims to suggest the use of BIM technology and functions for solving various problems of current constructability practices. In particular, constructability analysis tasks performed at design and construction stages are identified and their adaptability, applicability, and benefits of BIM are investigated through interviews on constructability and BIM professionals in the industry.

  • 본 논문에서는 업무맞춤메뉴를 설계하여 기존의 연구지원포털에 구현하였고 사용로그를 분석하여 맞춤메뉴 사용비율과 설정유형의 2가지 측면에서 효과를 평가하였다. 사용비율은 연구지원포털의 트리구조메뉴 대비 업무맞춤메뉴의 사용횟수를 비교한 것인데 트리구조메뉴의 메뉴항목수 대비 업무맞춤메뉴의 항목수는 10%에 불과하지만 업무맞춤 메뉴를 사용한 비율은 43%로서 업무맞춤메뉴의 사용비율이 상대적으로 대단히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 설정유형으로는 (1) 사용자별로 사용빈도가 높은 메뉴를 종합하여 모아둔 유형, (2) 담당업무에 자주 사용하는 메뉴를 종합해서 모아둔 유형, (3) 동일업무를 자주 반복하다 보면 메뉴사용순서가 자연스럽게 정해지므로 사용순서 기반으로 메뉴를 설정한 유형의 3종류를 식별할 수 있었다. 이것은 사용자들이 자신의 필요성에 맞추어 적절하게 맞춤메뉴를 설정사용하고 있다는 것을 보여주는 것으로 해석된다. 분석결과로부터 사용편의성 측면에서 업무맞춤메뉴의 도입효과가 뛰어나고 사용자들의 자발적인 설정사용을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 사용빈도가 낮은 메뉴항목까지 맞춤메뉴화 할 필요는 없으므로 트리구조메뉴와 병행하여 맞춤메뉴를 도입하는 것이 바람직하다는 점도 알게 되었다.

  • The study analyzed how the user uses the smart mobile device to assess the effects of the user's acceptance factor and user-factors affecting the work performance of Public Agencies. And Prove that leveraging smart devices can improve your business performance, It was aimed at making strategic recommendations to improve the suitability of smart mobile devices and Tasks. Smart mobile devices User Innovation has affected Usefulness, such as B=.296. p.000, it also affected Perceived Ease-of-Use, such as B=.326, p.000. job fitness has affected Perceived Ease-of-Use, such as B=.261, p.001. Usefulness and Ease-of-Use had a positive affect on work performance. Each of affect on much of B=.382 and B=.488(p.000). At the conclusion, it has been validated that the effects of smart mobile devices user Innovation and job fitness on work performances are mediated by perceived usability and perceived ease of use of the smart mobile device.

The Influence of Work Delivery using SNS out of Duty Hours on Job Performance (업무시간 외 SNS를 통해 업무전달이 직무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In the Chinese workplace, the use of SNS such as Wechat and QQ for work delivery out of duty hours has become a very common phenomenon, which is also known as the "new night shift". This study is to empirically analyze the effect of work delivery using SNS out of duty hours on job performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 310 Chinese workplace employees. In order to verify the hypothesis, structural equation model analysis will be implemented. Analyzing the questionnaire data and receiving frequent work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will increase job stress, aggravate the conflicts between work and family, and lead to the decrease of job engagement and job performance. The study provides implications for the establishment of related theories by providing a different view form previous research results that work delivery using SNS out of duty hours will definitely improve job performance. In addition, in future studies, it will be necessary to analyze the effect of the moderating effect in converging these conflicting views.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of leader-member exchange(LMX) on employees' creativity, and task performance focusing on the mediating effect of information sharing and job involvement. Based on the review of related references, we suggested our research model and hypothesis and then tested empirically. From these analyses, we can find some significant findings. First, LMX has a positive impact on information sharing. Second, information sharing has a positive impact on job involvement, creativity, and task performance. Third, information sharing has significant mediating effects on the relationship between LMX and job involvement, creativity, and task performance. Fourth, job involvement also has significant mediating effects on the relationship between information sharing and creativity and task performance. These results showed that information sharing and job involvement played their role as a meaningful mediator.

A Convergence Study on the Effects of Self-leadership and Self-esteem on Nursing Performance (간호사의 셀프리더십과 자아존중감이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of nursing self-leadership, self-esteem, and nursing performance and to analyze the relationship between these variables, and its effect on nursing performance. The self-leadership of the study nurses was $3.37{\pm}0.45$ on the 5-point scale, $3.02{\pm}0.36$ on the 4-point scale, and $3.59{\pm}0.45$ on the 5-point scale. The variables affecting nursing performance were self-expectation(${\beta}=.24$, p<.001), rehearsal(${\beta}=.15$, p=.008), and self-esteem(${\beta}=.28$, p<.001), these variables accounted for 53.0%(F=41.45, p<.001). The study could serve as a base material for the development of strategies to improve self-assured attitudes and positive self-esteem when performing tasks aimed at improving nursing performance.

  • I. 목적 : 결막 림프종 환자의 전자선 치료를 위해 Lens shielding block의 제작시 외부 의뢰 제작과 SMC 자체 제작의 장${\cdot}$단점을 비교해보고 제작 과정에 있어 업무의 효율성을 평가하고자 한다. II. 대상 및 방법: Lens shielding block의 제작시 외부의뢰제작과정과 자체 제작 과정을 비교하여 업무의 효율성, 인력의 변화 및 두방법의 장?단점을 분석하였다. 모의치료후 두 방법의 제작 시간을 비교하였으며, 재료의 차이점과 이용방법을 비교하여 개선된 사항을 알아보았다. III. 결과 : Lens shielding block의 자체 제작시 치료 시작시기는 모의치료 실시 후 7일에서 3일로 단축되어 업무의 효율성과 그에 따른 환자의 불편함이 줄어들게 되었다. 또한, 외부의뢰 제작 과정에서 실시되었던 치과와 치과 기공실에 의뢰하던 과정이 없어지고 과내 모의치료실과 공작실에서 작업하게 되어 모든 작업을 과내에서 일률적으로 실시할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, 모의치료를 실시하면서 실시간으로 shielding block을 수정 할 수 있어 정확성이 재고되었고, 반복되는 제작 작업으로 인해 제작 공정이 보편화되고, 손쉬어졌으며, 재료 활용의 효율성이 증대되었다. IV. 결론 : Lens shieiding block의 자체 제작으로 시간이 단축되어 업무의 효율성이 증대되었고 그에 따른 인력소모와 환자의 불편함이 줄어들게 되었으며, 제작자가 모의치료를 통해 바로 block의 오차를 수정할 수 있어 치료의 안정성 및 정확성이 높아졌으므로 결론적으로 의료의 질 개선과 서비스 향상이 이루어졌다.
