While temporary construction work applies to a temporary facility, it has a high use frequency during the construction period accounting for around 10% of the construction cost, it requires systematic management. However, construction inspection information of temporary construction work often has no special specification in the design documents and specification items, with the items on various standards also being formidable. Because of this, related inspection are likely to be performed inefficiently with a high probability for occurrence of human errors when quality inspection is conducted for the temporary construction work. In the present study, therefore, apply to the electronic operation support system capable of supporting implementation of inspection of providing related information for the contemporary construction work. To achieve this, a prototype is developed by using IDEF0 to identify information flow by process and organizing EPSS-based quality inspection Task. And then, efficiency of the quality inspection and information accessibility for temporary construction work are to be improved by verification method of Sample Project.

In this study, we propose an ubiquitous computing technology (UCT) based construction management (CM) framework which is composed of processes, information systems, and organizations. For this, we first define 14 promising UCT based CM tasks from 140 candidate tasks using a matrix analysis technique. After defining the 14 tasks, we survey the construction management experts with questionnaire of the importance, improvement possibility, ease of implementation of the tasks. Based on the survey results, we select three high priority tasks: material management, operation management, inspection and measurement management. We conceptually design the framework, that is, processes, information systems, and organizations for the 3 tasks to be more innovative by applying the UCT to the CM tasks. Finally, we apply the proposed framework to some construction fields and estimate the effectiveness of the framework. Estimation results show that the CM tasks can be performed more quickly with less man powers using the UCT-based CM framework.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways of improving systematic records management based on the results of analyzing the present records management situation of college and department in an university which is operating archives. To achieve the purpose, survey and interview of the persons in charge of producing and managing the administrative documents of college and department were conducted. Furthermore, actual condition investigation of records management of college and department and university archives were analyzed. According to the results of analysis, the following problems were found: 1) lack of sufficient records management by college and department, 2) lack of understanding of tasks by processing staffs, 3) operational problems of university archives. Based on the results, recommendations were made as follows; First, it is necessary to improve an awareness of records management by operating staffs. Second, it is necessary to educate staffs through the development of training programs reflecting the characteristics of the university and set up guidelines for records management by college and department. Third, it is necessary to execute reorganization and supplement the personnel of university archives.

경영혁신을 하고자 하는 기업들은 모든 정보기술들을 전사적 입장에서 통합 관리하는 시스템의 도입을 필요로 하는데, ERP 시스템은 정보 기술 전략과 BPR을 통합할 수 있는 방법으로, 이것은 ERP 시스템이 업무 프로세스의 표준화라는 사상을 바탕으로 전사적인 관점에서 비즈니스의 모든 영역을 최적화할 수 있는 효율적인 해결책임을 의미한다. 기업 경영 활동에는 많은 정보의 흐름(Flow)과 활동(Activity)들이 있다. 이러한 정보의 흐름과 활동을 관리해야 하는데, 현재 나와 있는 많은 Business Application들 중 WFM(Work Flow Management)를 Embedding 하고 있거나 ABM(Activity Based Management)의 개념을 지원해주고 있는 Business Application은 없다. 기업이 기업의 모든 자원을 전사적으로 통합, 관리해 주는 정보시스템을 구축하기 위해 기업에 알맞은 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 ABM의 개념을 포함한 WFM를 해 줄 수 있는 정보시스템을 어떻게 구축해야 하는가 그 방법을 제시한다. 즉 기업의 경영성과를 측정할수 있는 정보 시스템의 구축 방법론이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템과 WFM의 연계를 통해 WFM를 자동화할 것과 그 WFM에 ABM 개념을 도입하여 관리할 것을 제안하고 그러한 기업 정보시스템을 구축하기 위한 방법론과 모델 제시하고자 한다.

전자 상거래의 증가에 따른 물적 흐름의 증가와 기업의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 물류비용 최소화는 이미 큰 이슈가 되었다. 또한 성공적인 비즈니스를 수행하기 위해 전통적인 기업프로세스에서 벗어나 기업간 경계를 뛰어 넘는 기업간의 물류업무에 대한 협업은 필수 요소가 되어가고 있다. 물류 처리의 효율성 향상과 기업간의 협업을 위해서는 개방형 정보 인프라를 통한 물적 흐름의 가시성과 즉시성이 확보되어야 하는데 이러한 것은 정보통신 기술을 이용한 다자간 협업 물류 기술로 해결할 수 있다. 하지만 전자상거래에 참여하는 상당수의 기업은 그 규모가 크지 않아 이러한 정보시스템을 구축하기가 쉽지만은 않은 상황이다. 본 기고에서는 다자간 협업 물류의 정의와 다자간협업 물류를 개발, 운영하고 있는 선진 물류사업자와 국내의 사례를 분석하여, 이후 관련 시스템 개발에 분석 및 비교 자료로 활용되고자 한다.

현재 국제물류 프로세스를 면밀히 분석해보면 기업들은 등록 키 값을 사용하여 물류정보와 물류의 흐름을 탐지하고 있다. 그러나 기업별로 사용하고 있는 등록 키 값이 상이하여 기업 간 정보연동이 되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RFID를 이용하여 국제물류 업무를 처리하는 기업들이 기존 사용하던 등록 키 값을 활용하면서도 물류흐름의 가시성(visibility)을 확보하는 표준화 방법을 제시하였다.

전통적인 굴뚝산업으로 대표되는 전력산업에서 경쟁과 효율에 입각한 시장경제 지향의 전력산업구조를 선택하게 되는 배경에는 디지털경제 시대의 도래에 따른 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전과 인터넷을 이용한 e-Business가 전력거래 업무의 주된 흐름으로 정착되고, 효율적인 발전기술의 등장으로 전력산업에 경쟁적인 거래구조의 도입이 가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 전기에너지 전자상거래를 위한 통합된 포탈시스템(e-Marketplace)의 구축으로 전기에너지 전자상거래(e-Business)의 주요 기능에 부합되는 전력공급입찰, 전력시장가격 조회, 전력거래대금 청구 및 대금결제 서비스를 종합적으로 제공하는 전력거래 e-Marketplace를 구현할 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 전력거래 업무현장에 전기에너지 전자상거래(e-Business) 비즈니스 모델을 적용함으로써 e-비즈니스 전략에 맞는 인프라와 프로세스를 확보할 수 있고, e-비즈니스 추진결과에 따른 전력거래 고객만족도 향상, 비용절감 등 부가가치 증진 요소가 지속적으로 발견될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

항만물류 산업에서는 ebXML이 부분적으로 이루어지고 있지만, 도메인 단위의 ebXML이 적응된 것은 거의 없는 실정이며, XML/EDI, ebXML 정보 시스템에 관한 연구가 진행되었지만 업무 전반에 적용되지 않고 있으며, 또한 항만물류 산업의 등록저장소가 따로 없는 실정이다. ebXML 기반의 선용품 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 시스템을 통해 각 업체간의 재고파악이 실시간으로 가능하게 되며, 이를 통해 각 업체간의 정보 공유는 물론 비용절감 면에서도 큰 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM의 기본개념과 항만물류업무인 선용품 거래의 흐름을 분석하여, 차세대 전자상거래의 기반 구조가 될 ebXML 프레임워크에 기반한 선용품 SCM 시스템을 개발한 방법을 소개한다.

전사적 자원 관리 또는 기업 통합 정보시스템으로 해석되는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템이 최근 들어 널리 확산되고 있으며, 향후 그 정도가 커질 것으로 예상되고 있어, ERP에 관한 지식을 가진 인력의 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 필요성을 충족시키기 위해, 본 연구에서는 가상 기업을 대상으로 한 시나리오를 바탕으로 기본적인 업무 흐름과 ERP를 통해 처리될 때의 과정을 업무프로세스, 사용자 화면 및 동영상을 통해 학습할 수 있는 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교육시스템은 크게 ERP 개요, ERP 사용법, 비즈니스 프로세스, 적합화(Customization)의 4부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 향후 Web 환경에서도 쉽게 사용될 수 있도록 수정될 경우 교육의 효과가 클 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 화합물 반도체를 생산하는 중소기업의 정보시스템을 설계하고 개발하여 적용하는데 있다. 제품의 수주에서 일정계획수립, 제품 재고관리 및 원·부자재 관리, 생산 가동율 등 생산활동전반에 걸친 업무 흐름을 분석하여 이에 사용되는 기초정보를 얻어내고, 이들 기반으로 관리자를 위한 관리정보와 의사결정자를 위한 경영정보를 Web상에 가시화 하는 시스템을 개발한다. 인터넷을 활용함으로써 기업 정보를 원격지에서 조회, 검색 할 수 있고 빠른 의사결정을 지원할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 기업 내부의 인트라넷 시스템과 연동하여 부서간 업무연락 및 정보시스템에서 발생하는 의사결정 요구사항을 쌍 방향으로 전달함으로써 그 활용도를 더욱 높인다. 본 시스템은 영업, 물류, 생산, 구매, 자재 인사, 회계 개발 등 기업 전체에 대한 자원관리를 위해 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 주문/수주정보관리, 제품재고관리, 원·부자재관리, 공정관리, 입출고 관리 등으로 구성되어 있다. 중소기업환경에 적합한 MS-SQL Server를 DB server로 사용하였고 Windows-NT기반의 ASP ( Active Server Page)를 사용하여 전 모듈을 개발함으로써 인터넷이 지원되는 모든 곳에서 접근 가능하도록 하였다.
