The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance by efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation. The results of this study as follows : The characteristic variable evaluation model that extended from the performance(user's value, perceived usefulness) of Logistic Information System were verified meaningfully. In this study, the efficiency of internal operation and organizational innovation were very important factor, to analyze the effects of Logistic Information System on performance. This study expect that Logistic Information System will achieve their Logistic Information System competitiveness through continuous quality measurement and improvement to increase the performance.

The progress in IT has increased work efficiency in many fields, leading to the start of a new era where information is exchanged by connecting all objects under the paradigm of IoT. Interest is growing on the convergence of various fields of study that goes beyond simply applying IT to research to increase efficiency in multidisciplinary studies. As such, there is a need to develop an IT-based model that can be applied to social welfare work. Social welfare workers in Korea at present have twice the workload and stress of those of their counterparts in other OECD countries. This leads to decreased work efficiency. This paper seeks to suggest a way to increase efficiency in social welfare work by improving the work process through IT-based systems. The study is expected to contribute to increased efficiency in the area of social welfare.

우리나라 생명보험산업(生命保險産業)은 과거 40여년간의 비약적인 외형성장(外形成長)에도 불구하고 내적(內的)으로는 인위적(人爲的)으로 조성되어 온 과점적(寡占的) 시장체제하(市場體制下)에서 여러가지 문제점이 노정되고 있어, 금융(金融)의 자율화(自律化) 개방화(開放化) 국제화(國際化) 시대(時代)를 맞이하여 대외경쟁력(對外競爭力) 강화(强化)와 내부효율성(內部效率性) 제고(提高)를 위한 본격적인 연구(硏究)가 시급히 이루어져야 할 시점에 섰다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 계량적(計量的)인 기법(技法)을 활용함으로써 우리나라 생명보험산업(生命保險産業)의 효율성(效率性)에 관한 실증분석(實證分析)을 시도하여, 내재(內在)하고 있는 문제점(問題點)을 파악하고 이에 대한 발전방안(發展方案)을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적(目的)을 두고 있다. 규모(規模)의 경제성(經濟性)(economies of scale) 분석결과 생명보험회사들이 영업인원(營業人員)에 대한 과다(過多)한 투자(投資)에 상응하는 규모확대(規模擴大)나 효과적인 경비절감(經費節減)을 이루지 못하여 내부적으로 과다인력(過多人力)의 사용으로 인한 경영(經營)의 비효율화(非效率化)가 초래되고 있으며, 대리점(代理店)을 통한 점포정책(店鋪政策)에서도 규모(規模)의 비경제성(非經濟性)이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 범위(範圍)의 경제성(經濟性)(economies of scope)과 관련해서는 주업무(主業務)인 보험영업업무(保險營業業務)와 부대업무(附帶業務)인 자산운용업무(資産運用業務)간에 비용보완성(費用補完性)(cost complementarity)이 존재하고 있는 것으로 나타나, 자산업무에 대한 적극적(積極的)인 투자(投資)와 효율적(效率的)인 관리(管理)로 업무다변화(業務多邊化)를 추진하여 범위의 경제성을 높이는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다. 이 밖에 本(본) 논문(論文)의 분석(分析)을 통하여 도출된 우리나라 생명보험산업의 문제점으로 낮은 수익력(收益力), 저생산성(低生産性), 재무구조(財務構造)의 부건전성(不健全性), 비효율적(非效率的)인 자산운용(資産運用), 소비자보호장치(消費者保護裝置)의 미비(未備) 등을 들 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 업무(業務) 및 제도개선(制度改善)의 구체적인 방향을 제시하고 있다.

건물의 대형화로 인하여 건물의 이력관리 및 자재관리 둥 설비관리 시스템이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라, 건물 내의 모든 것의 자동화가 이루어지고 있지만, 기기의 자동화에 비해 업무의 자동화는 미흡한 실정이다 기존의 시스템은 설비업무의 특성상 외부 업무가 많은데 네트워크 지역에서만 전송이 가능하였다. 이로 인하여 문서의 누락이 많았고 업무의 효율성에 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 설비관리 시스템의 문제점인 네트워크 음영지역에서의 업무의 단절을 극복하기 위하여 모바일 기기에 Oracle Lite를 탐재해서 음영지역에서도 문서를 저장할 수 있게 하여 업무의 효율성을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한다.

사무자동화 시스템 연구 대상인 (주)현대 자동차 홍성 정비 센터는 1급 정비센터로 지역 제일의 정비업체로서 일괄 정비 체계와 경쟁력 있는 기술력을 갖추고 있지만 늘어나는 업무량에 비해 체계적인 사무자동화 시스템이 운영되고 있지 못하여 업무효율이 떨어지고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 시스템은 각 부서의 업무에 따라 다른 프로그램을 사용하여 업무처리에 비효율적이므로 고객에 대한 질 높은 서비스 제공과 사무처리의 효율성을 높이기 위해 시스템 개선이 요구되고 있다 따라서, 본 논문에서는 부품의 관리와 고객서비스, 사무관리 등 정비센터 관리 전반에 걸친 통합관리에 의한 보다 효율적인 사무 자동화 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 업무의 전산화로 정확성과 효율을 극대화시켰으며, 실시간 부품 현황 파악, 사원들의 업무량을 파악 및 통계 냄으로써 인사고가 및 포상의 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며 고객에 대한 질 높은 서비스 제공 및 정확한 업무처리로 고객의 신뢰도 향상 둥의 사무처리 효과를 가져 올 수 있도록 하였다.

분산된 조직들 간의 다양한 업무정보의 효율적 교환과 제품제조정보의 자유로운 유통은 생산성향상에 크게 기여한다. 이를 위해 인터넷기반 'Manufacturing Desk'를 개발하여 분산된 제조조직들 사이에서 제품생산과정 중 발생하는 문제를 효율적으로 해결하고 제조정보의 원활하고 신속한 공유 및 흐름을 유지하고 궁극적으로 제조조직의 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위해 자동차의 프레스금형 생산을 대상으로 사례기반 추론과 검색을 구현하였다. 실시간으로 제조조직들을 연계하여 업무효율성을 높이기 위해 Net Meeting의 기능을 구축하였다.

본 논문에서는 기숙사 업무의 효율성과 사생들의 편리성을 향상시키기 위한 모바일 기반의 웹 서비스 시스템을 개발하였다. 전통적인 기숙사 업무 중 가장 전통적인 업무는 사생들의 점호와 관련된 출결 관리 업무이다. 기존의 수작업 관리 체제에서는 임원이 점호를 확인 후 엑셀 등의 자료 관리 프로그램에 자료를 입력하는 등 전산화에 많은 시간이 소요되고 특정 조건에 따른 조회 업무 처리 등이 불편하였다. 본 논문에서는 기숙사 업무 중 점호 업무를 모바일 웹 기반으로 개발하여 서비스함으로 사생들에게는 편리성을 제공하고 업무 처리에는 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

With advances in IT Smart-Work is emerging as a new way of conducting business and several companies are considering to introduce the Smart-Work digital convergence technology. In this paper, we examined the effects of the Smart-Work IT resources on the work efficiency and the corporate performances in service industry by applying the Resource-Based View. The results of the structural equation modelling analysis showed that Smart-Work IT infrastructure and individual IT skills had positive influence on individual work efficiency while business application software and IT skills affected team work efficiency. Also, we confirmed that individual and team work efficiency positively affect financial and market performance of business firms. With the findings of the study, we expect that the introduction of Smart-Work would have positive effect, at least in service industry, on work efficiency and corporate performance, which will in turn lead to gaining competitive advantage for those firms adopting Smart-Work.

The purposes of this study were to examine a tendency of kindergarten teachers' daily work performance and to explore their perceptions on the reality and efficiency of working hours. 273 public and private kindergarten teachers completed questionnaires. The findings of the study are as follows. First, kindergarten teachers carried out an average of 1.41 duties per a 30-minute segment, and there were some differences in their duties between public and private teachers. Second, as a key reason of their lack of preparation time for class, public teachers indicated much administrative work, whereas private teachers indicated many events and common work. In addition, for the work duties that require supporting staff, public teachers pointed out clerical work, whereas private teachers named event-related duties. Third, in terms of efficiency of their working hours, both public and private teachers highlighted excessive workload as a key obstacle; public teachers also indicated the shortage of supporting staff, while private teachers indicated many event-related duties and lack of directors' leadership. These findings imply that it is important to maintain an optimum level of workload for kindergarten teachers, to secure preparation time for class, to increase work efficiency, and to provide support specific to kindergarten types.

Recent increasement of metropolitan infrastructure due to rapid expansion and development of urban areas which caused complexity and diversification of management system demands higher cost and effort to manage and maintain the facilities. The reason why it requires continuous and systematic management by national government is that the infrastructure facilities takes important role as it is directly related to public's living. Thus this study suggests an efficient management plan for increasement of work efficiency, cost reduction, and time saving by introducing 3D geospatial information system for water distribution reservoirs which is managed by the Office of Waterworks Seoul Metropolitan Government. This study evaluates and quantifies the range of work improvement using the 3D GIS technology through carrying out a survey targeting people in charge of the Office of Waterworks Seoul Metropolitan Government and other 8 offices. From the result of the research, applying the 3D-GIS improves by 90.32%, 93.55%, and 91.61% in the area of work efficiency, cost reduction, and time saving respectively. Consequently, using 3D GIS in future management of infrastructure could be used as a way of producing base data which supports administrative decision making through statistical and case analysis based on continuous data management. Also it would contribute to improving work efficiency by improving management system through preventing data omission.
