본 연구는 아직 초보수준인 국내기업의 업무연속성 유지를 위한 재해경감 활동계획 수립 및 실행에 대한 방향을 제시하였으며, 조기대응체계 구축을 통하여 어떠한 재난에도 안전을 기할 수 있는 기업 연속성 유지 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 실현하기 위하여 국내 재난관리 표준으로 채택된 사고대비 및 업무연속성관리 가이드라인을 분석하였고, 국내기업에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 실행지침을 제시하였으며, A기업을 대상으로 재해경감활동계획수립 및 정보기술을 활용하는 방안을 연구하였다. 특히 사고대비 및 업무연속성관리의 가이드라인 5단계 주요 절차 중 계획수립단계의 위험 평가, 영향분석, 예방경감계획 및 대응관리계획 수립에 대한 모델을 제시하였고 국내 재해경감활동이 활성화되기 위한 방안을 도출하였으며, 재난대응 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 필요한 정보기술 부분도 제시하였다.

In order to reduce the possible quality problems in the construction stage. This research will develop a quality management support tool based on Mobile BIM. In order to develop the tools of this study, the procedures of domestic quality management work were analyzed, and 12 functions were derived to solve the existing problems, and the process of mapping checklists by work type and BIM model objects was performed. Finally, through the questionnaire survey on the usefulness of the tool in the actual field, the possibility of props in actual supervision business is verified.

국가과학기술종합정보서비스(NTIS: National Science & Technology Information Service)는 국가R&D 사업정보를 한 곳에서 서비스하는 국가R&D 지식포털이다. NTIS의 효율적 기획 및 업무운영 총괄을 위하여 NTIS 표준운영절차(SOP: Standard Operating Procedures) 수립의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 본 연구에서는 선진이론 모델 및 국내사례를 분석하고, NTIS 구축에 참여한 내부의 환경적 요건과 운용체계 요구사항을 고려하여, NTIS 운용체계에 가장 실무적으로 적합한 NTIS SOP를 수립하였다. 이와 더불어 NTIS 운영주체간 NTIS SOP 정보의 효율적 공유를 위하여 NTIS SOP 공유시스템을 구축함으로써, 업무별 권한별로 NTIS SOP를 공유하고 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

인터넷 기반의 많은 응용이 문서중심의 컴퓨팅 모델로 전환되고 있다. 문서는 문서설계자의 의도를 함축하고 있으며 이는 업무처리 과정의 자동화에 적극적으로 활용될 수 있다. 이러한 무서의 본질 파악을 통해 본 논문에서는 문서를 실행 가능한 컴퓨터 프로그램의 시각으로 접근한다. 이를 위해 서식, 데이터, 규칙 그리고, 질의로 구성되는 능동문서 모델을 제시한다. 모델의 각 요소는 문서의 재사용성과 상호 운영성을 위해 XML로 일관되게 표현된다. 능동문서는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 수동적인 역할뿐만 아니라 문서설계자가 의도하는 문서처리 절차와 업무규칙을 기계가 읽고 추론하여 처리할 수 있는 문서이다. 이를 통해 문서와 기계가 상호작용을 할 수 있으며 다른 응용 프로그램과 협력할 수도 있다. 이러한 능동문서의 적용 가능함을 보이기 위해 기업가거래(B2B) 시스템에서 구매주문 처리의 예를 보였다. 요컨대 본 논문에서 제시한 능동문서는 지식표현 및 처리기능이 내장되어 있는 바, 문서중심의 지능적인 응용프로그램 개발을 가속화하는 토대를 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

As accessibility to health-care service in less populated rural areas is geographically limited and demand for public health-care by the aging is increasing, a new approach for health-care service such as a home care service is becoming more popular. For a home care service, health-care personnels directly visit to location of health-care clients. Such changes in provision of health services require developing innovative and scientific approaches for efficient allocation of health resources and managing services by public health-care organizations. The purpose of this study is to formulate a location model for visiting health-care districting for the rural elderly and to develop an Automated Zoning Procedure (AZP) to solve this model. Mobility, workload balance and contiguity criteria are considered in the model. Three different objective functions are evaluated; 1) minimizing the sum of network distance between the unit areas in a district, 2) maximizing spatial interaction between the unit areas in a district, and 3) minimizing tour distance that visits each unit area exactly once in a district. The AZP for solving the model is developed and applied to a rural area. The application results demonstrate that the AZP can generate different districting systems for each objective functions.

The progress in IT has increased work efficiency in many fields, leading to the start of a new era where information is exchanged by connecting all objects under the paradigm of IoT. Interest is growing on the convergence of various fields of study that goes beyond simply applying IT to research to increase efficiency in multidisciplinary studies. As such, there is a need to develop an IT-based model that can be applied to social welfare work. Social welfare workers in Korea at present have twice the workload and stress of those of their counterparts in other OECD countries. This leads to decreased work efficiency. This paper seeks to suggest a way to increase efficiency in social welfare work by improving the work process through IT-based systems. The study is expected to contribute to increased efficiency in the area of social welfare.

There is the difference of criteria to apply guidelines among the project participants and to depend on the purpose of utilizing BIM models, although modeling criteria are basically provided through BIM guidelines. Therefore, it is quite important to check compliance with guidelines to raise quality of the BIM model. But Quality Checking (QC) items and method for BIM model modeled in accordance with guidelines is not provided. This study suggested QC items and Rule Specifications(RS) for automatic QC. First of all, QC items were derived by analyzing domestic BIM guidelines and a process for structuring natural language is conducted by utilizing flowchart and pseudocode. So, by combining them, RS was suggested. Finally, RS-based case study was conducted by implementing automatic QC process with solibri model checker$^{TM}$. This study will contribute to the improvement of design quality and completeness of BIM model including huge data of 3 dimension. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop BIM guidelines according to the use case and to provide detailed process and standard for QC of BIM model.

사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 구축함의 대공방어분야에 대한 업무를 IDEF0기능 모델링 방법을 통해 체계적으로 분석하였으며 미국방성의 산하기구인 DARPA에서 연구한 CPOF(Command Post Of Future) 의사결정 모델을 토대로 구축함의 대공방어분야에서 상황평가 단계에 대한 의사결정 과정을 심도 깊게 분석하였다. 또한 구축함의 대공방어분야에서 분석된 업무수행 절차를 토대로 상황평가 단계에서 의사결정과정에 따른 필요한 규칙집합을 식별하고 규칙집합 내부의 규칙들을 효과적으로 추출하기 위하여 규칙집합들에 대한 정의, 규칙에 입력되는 데이터, 규칙집합의 결과값, 규칙집합간의 상호관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 도메인 지식개발은 장차 해군 전투체계 지원용 전문가시스템을 개발하는데 중요한 기회기반이 될 것이다.

Domestic maintenance strategies are shifting from safety assessment to performance assessment, and related systems and laws are being restructured to meet those criteria. In order to introduce asset management based on performance evaluation, related evaluation methods such as performance measures and level of service should be made to evaluate performance according to the characteristics of the structure, but these are not well-prepared in Korea. In this study, we present a computerized model and system for implementing asset management that introduces techniques such as performance evaluation, life cycle cost analysis, performance measures, and level of service in conjunction with existing maintenance and safety diagnosis procedures. The features of this system consist of three modules to enable separate operations of existing maintenance, safety management and asset management. The system is designed to be used as a reference for public institutions to introduce asset management in the future.
