Since assembled temporary equipment is widely used for construction work that should be carried out before this construction begins, it is essential to secure quality during assembly and prevent safety accidents caused by assembled temporary equipment after installation. However, it was investigated that most construction site managers are not aware of its importance, such as recognizing the quality management of assembled temporary equipment as a task of managing temporary structures that are dismantled after installation for this construction. The quality management work of assembled temporary equipment at the construction site is carried out in different ways for each construction site because there is no formalized procedure and the subject of performing. In addition, it is analyzed that the manager of the general construction company inspects and reflects the parts that need to be inspected without evidence, so transparency is not guaranteed and the result leads to a serious disaster. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a document preparation-oriented system that provides systematic quality evaluation and management procedures for securing the quality of assembled temporary equipment, develops a checklist for quality evaluation and management, and supports history management on the web.

The purpose of this study is to identify what factors actually affect the turnover intentions of social workers. It is an important task to grasp the factors of turnover of the social worker through empirical analysis because the high turnover rate of social welfare workers in Korea has a negative influence on their organization and ultimately impedes the stable delivery of social welfare services. This study used the results of analyzing 100 social workers in social service companies. In fact, the data used in this study were statistically analyzed only for 82 subjects, except for 18 subjects who did not respond to the variables used. As a result, the general effects of job stress on job turnover and job exhaustion were examined as much as possible. We examined the effect of job stress, an independent variable, on the turnover and exhaustion of social workers. Specifically, job stress was divided into role, organizational, and relationship, and it was found that role - related factor job stress only affected social workers' turnover intention significantly. In addition, the relationship-related affected the exhaustion of the social worker. Therefore, in order to reduce the exhaustion of the social worker, the desirable direction to reduce the stress of the relationship-related factor should be sought.

지난 10월 23일부터 11월 17일까지 스위스 제네바의 ITU 회의장에서 146개 국가와 25개 국제기구에서 약 1300명이 참가한 가운데 세계전파통신 회의(World Radio communication Conference, WRC-95)가 개최되었다. WRC는 1993년 국제전기통신연합(ITU)이 조직을 바꾸면서 종래 WARC(세계 무선 주관청회의, World Administrative Radio Conference)를 계승하며, 한편 기술의 발달에 따른 통신 사업자, 제조업체 등의 민간 부문의 참여를 활성화하는 전파분야의 국제회의이다. 이 회의에서 결정된 사항은 각국이 따르도록 되어있으므로 국제화 시대를 살아가는 지금에 있어서 뿐만 아니라 전파의 국제적 사용이라는 특성을 고려할 때 그 중요성은 굳이 강조하지 않더라도 관계자 모두가 충분히 알고 있을 것이다. 우리나라에서는 박영일 전파방송관리국장을 비롯하여 모두 28명의 대표단이 참가하였으며, 이와 관련하여 1994년부터 2차례 진행되었던 WRC 준비반 회의(Conference Preparatory Meeting, 이하 CPM)에 참가하여 회의 준비를 하였고, 1995년 5월에는 대표단을 구성하여 각국의 제안 내용 검토와 우리의 제안 내용 관철을 위한 대책 등 착실한 준비를 하였고, 이번 회의에 RR 개정에 대한 우리의 의견과 주파수 분배표 수정에 대한 의견 등 모두 43건의 의견을 제안하여 회의에 임하였다. 이번 WRC-95의 주요 내용은 크게 2가지로 구별할 수 있다. 첫 번째는 그동안 전파규칙(Radio Regulation, 이하 RR)의 개정을 위하여 구성되었던 자발적 전문가 그룹(Voluntary Group of Experts)의 보고서를 토대로 기존의 RR을 수정 및 재구성하므로서 RR을 간소화 하기 위한 작업이 진행되었으며, 둘째로 기술의 발달에 따른 이동위성 서비스 등의 새로운 서비스를 도입하기 위한 주파수 분배표의 수정 작업이 진행되었다. 본 고에서는 이동위성 서비스 도입을 위한 이번 WRC-95의 회의 분위기를 전달함으로서 무선통신 관계자들이 WRC의 의미를 다시 한번 생각해 볼 수 있는 기회를 갖고자 한다.

This study was conducted to establish collaborative governance for North Korean Refugees' settlement support service. Three major actors were identified. At the central government level, there is no control center to coordinate various functions. This study suggested three roles for central government in collborative governance, which are policy planning based on public value, allocating financial resources to implementing organizations, and program evaluation for securing public accountability. The rloes of local government are establishing communication channels between implementing participants, maintenancing good relations, and coordination. Finally, the role of private actors is developing high quality service programs, connecting local resources for settlement service.

The role of social value in public institutions has recently been emphasized. The purpose of this paper is to present key performance indicators(KPIs) and a development model for the realization of social value for port authorities. KPIs that could be quantitatively measured are presented with the five social value assessment indicators of the government management evaluation system for public institutions. Through the analysis of vision, mission and social value promotion strategies and stakeholders for each port authority, the concept of a customer-specific social value model is presented.

This study was to investigate the relationship between safety & quality management changes of patient and changes in management activities based on hospital workers in five mental hospitals and five geriatric hospitals which should be required medical certifying authorities. As a result of the research study, participation whether or not of certification service of mental hospital & geriatric hospital workers was positive correlation to improve change of 'Performance level of Safety Activities for the patient' 'Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient' 'Respect the Rights and Responsibility of the patient' 'Performance level of Infection Control Activities' out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality. Also developmental changes of Safety Activities for the patient Hospital Quality for the patient Rights and Responsibility of the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the Capacity Management Activities through Education and training, and Medical System & Evaluation of Management Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the need to the Customer Orientation Process.

There is various points that should be improved in Fairness such as our contract practice to propose construction projects, project managing and the stakeholders' way of thinking and culture. We consider that the revision of construction related provisions and systems is required but even more, an overall change in business management through the implementation of Integrated Construction Information Management System that will enable the owner, which drives the project, and contractor sharing construction information is required. To mange construction related information in an integrated manner, designing information should be smoothly transferred to purchasing information, and changes are required in order to move ahead to process-oriented work system. Finally information created from various construction organizations should be delivered in an aligned and standardized manner as well. The domestic Nuclear Power Plant Construction has been accepting various technology transfers from U.S, France, Canada and UK, which enabled us to self-support technology and recently even proceeded to the phase exporting our technology to others. However, continuous effort is required to improve internal business efficiency and to respond to external environmental change such aselectricity market deregulation. Recently, in accordance with the result in number of CEO's intention to make progress in IT and improve business efficiency, the number of enterprises introducing Enterprise Resource Planning is increasing. ERP is an innovative tool which changes the way of performing work from organization and department orientation to process-orientation in order to optimize the resources, such as human and material resources, through out the Enterprise by performing BPR which will maximize overall business efficiency of the enterprise, such includes not only construction management, but also business management. KHNP continued to performing large scaled construction projects such as nuclear power plant construction for past 30 years and took the initiatives of large scale project management and Quality management ability in domestic industry by having independent capability of over all construction planning, purchasing and, construction and start up management etc. To maintain our leading position of improving construction management technology based on our accumulated project management experience and technology, KHNP included construction into our ERP project in purpose of innovating construction business. We would like to discuss the characteristics of nuclear construction business, project management system, information system infrastructure and information sharing system among construction related entities, and implementation practices for information system, and consider how to resolve our practice that should be improved in this thesis.

In an extended enterprise, there is a shift to shared services, cosourcing and outsourcing, and extending out to partners, suppliers, and customers to accomplish business objectives more effectively. Along with this critical need, executives should be aware of the need to focus on optimizing the value of their information technology and reducing the related risks. So IT governance is critical, and many companies including spin-off venture are providing IT governance solution, but very little is known about brand management and marketing strategy of IT governance solution provider. The purpose of this study is to investigate brand positioning of IT governance solution company focusing on spin-off venture. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, brand management is needed in the spin-off venture. second, IT governance solution companies including spin-off venture must provide something more than functional value. That is, they actively seek to emotional or symbolic value for their customers.

Since the advent of the internet as representative of the development of information communication technology (ICT), information transfer forms have changed rapidly these days. In the new techno-economic paradigms, I would ultimately consider how spatial structures of a knowledge-based service industry have been altered dynamically. To delve into this background, this study conducts an empirical case study of the internet advertising industry, particularly, among the whole advertising industry. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to identify dynamic characteristics of spatial networks among actors for knowledge creation in Korea's internet advertising industry. In addition, it also is to analyze the formative elements of spatial networks which would have an influence on constructing the space of new economic activities. There are multilateral approaches. This research is classified into types of actors such as inter-firm, intra-firm, and firm-customer, and categorized according to spatial ranges such as local, regional, global levels. In the meanwhile, formative factors of the spatial networks could draw a conclusion from two aspects: inter-firm networks in the process of business in the internet advertising industry, and individual networks in the nonoccupational aspect. Accordingly, the results of this study suggest that actors' networks of two perspectives would make mutually complementary relationships and create new relational spaces in the digital economy.

Education for an organization is implemented to improve the organizational and each individual's performance. However, the actual results are not as expected. Accordingly, this study is committed to investigate the education related factors that have impact on the organizational performance, which is defined by the trainee's organizational commitment and work performance. Based on the acquired knowledge, we suggest things to consider when designing corporate training for performance creation. First, it is investigated whether the task value and job relevance(educational content characteristics) and the degree of support for education within the company(organizational characteristics) affect learning-transfer of trainees. After that, the causal relationship from the learning-transfer to organizational commitment and work performance(organizational effectiveness) is analyzed. In this overall process, the effect of on-/off-line education is analyzed and compared. As a result, it is found that the task value, the job relevance, and organizational compensation have a significant impact on the learning-transfer, and the learning-transfer has impact on organization commitment and work performance. In addition, the moderating effect of the on-/off- education is identified. This study is conducted only with franchise enterprises and as a future study, a more general sampling is required to extend this work.
